Hi I have just upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.5.1. The problem I am seeing is that some of my product images are missing and the site is running very slowly. Also, when I add a product to the cart it just seems to be loading forever and does not go through to the cart page. When you try and go directly to the url of an image you get a redirect loop, I think this could be the reason pages are taking ages to load. I have deleted and regenerated the htaccess file, tried it with and without friendly urls, with and without canonical url redirect and with and without the apache module setting (can't remember what it's called). I've tried regenerating my images but always get an exceeded memory limit error message when trying this (even if I try and do it one by one for the individual image types). Has anyone got any suggestions, starting to get very frustrated. Thanks Tom -
Olá pessoal, sou um pouco novo no Prestashop e ainda estou apanhando para poder configurar de jeito a loja que estou lançando. Estou com um enorme problema de loop infinito na página do usuário (http://megatop10.com.br/minha-conta). Estou utilizando a hospedagem da UOL HOST e estou sentindo dificuldades com a equipe do suporte que não tem a mínima noção. Então?! Alguém já passou por esse erro? Alguma sugestão!? Hi everyone I'm looking for a person who can help me with a huge issue on a webshop. I'm helping the owner of RunnersLab.dk with the webshop and we ran into a huge problem. The last couple of days they got calls and mails from 10-15 customers who repports, that they cannot complete the process of placing orders of the website. They repports, that when they reaches the checkout-page and chooses between pickup or shipping, the loading wheels just keeps spinning. The same issue is experienced when click on the large green button that leads to the payment window. The webshop is running with the One Page Checkout for PS 1.5 from this address http://addons.prestashop.com/en/checkout-modules/6841-one-page-checkout-for-ps-15.html The webshop is running with the payment gateway from ePay. We had ePay support to take a look at the issue, and they sent me the attached screenshot with an error. It looks like something with the jQuery, but I'm not sure what to do now? Than you all.

I'm having an issue with one of the sites I admin. When there's more than one product image the fancybox of large images behavior with a loop in both directions. http://www.babybybaby.com.br In another Prestashop sites I work, when you try to navigate away from image 1 or the last, it closes the fancybox, but on this site it has an infinite loop. Any solution? PS> 1.5.5.0 Default Theme with some modifications (CSS color and fonts only) -
Hi to all, I have a problem in my site with the admin login. It appears to make a refresh to the page after it put the mail and password. This started to hapenning after i added this code to htacess trought backoffice. Can someone help me please? Hi, Whenever I hit the checkout button my prestashop (matchafactory.fr) in Firefox it loops back through to the homepage. I tried it in Chrome and explorer and it worked fine. However, a large chunk of my clients use Firefox so I'd like to resolve this issue and would really appreciate it if anyone could give me any advice with this issue. Thanks in advance, Stephen

I have built a shop using Prestashop 1.4.8.2 on a domain reference (http://79.170.44.91/...zandglam.co.uk/) I have backed up the database for this store and I've also downloaded the Prestashop files via FTP. I then uploaded the files to a dedicated server via FTP into the following sub-directory: /var/www/html/glitzyandglam I did this because I will be using the dedicated server for multiple websites and I am using Apache Virtual Host to set up server names for each domain running on a single ip address. So if you visit www.glitzyandglam.com it will point to the sub-directory I mentioned above. I have also changed the value inside the database within the ps_confirguration table to point to the real domain "glitzyandglam.com" The problem I'm having is that when I goto the domain "glitzyandglam.com" I get redirected to the domain reference that the old site is sitting on. And if I try to login to the admin I go through an endless loop. The dedicated server is using linux centos 6. Has anyone found a solution for this?

Olá a todos, Estou com a versão 1.4.8.2 e desde há 2 dias que não consigo fazer login no meu backoffice. Depois de colocar o mail e pass, a página simplesmente faz refresh e fica tudo na mesma. Alguém faz ideia do que pode ser? Já andei a ver no fórum mas ainda consegui resolver e aconteceu depois de eu colocar este código no htacess através do backoffice. Hallo zusammen, Vorab möchte ich mich für die Doppelpost entschuldigen und hoffe, dass man mir deswegen nicht den Kopf abreißt --> http://www.prestashop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/194087-admin-login-loop-over-shared-ssl-prestashop-151/ Ich habe eine Shared SSL und möchte diese als sichere Verbindung für meinen Shop benutzen. Leider habe ich aber auf der Admin-Seite einen Loop und kann mich nicht als Admin über https anmelden und somit https auch im Shop nicht aktivieren. Bin wirklich am verzweifeln und in der Vergangenheit gab es bei PS immer wieder das Problem. Nur wurden diese Bugs in den älteren PS-Versionen gefixt oder es gab verschiedene Lösungsansätze. Die greifen aber nicht bei 1.5.1 Daher mein Hilferuf... Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung Grüße -
Hi, I cannot help myself, so I decided to search for help here. After fresh installation of prestashop 1.5.0.9, i can´t login in back office. It always redirects me back to login form... After I deleted cookies, I can login into back office. But after restart or somethin´ the problem resists... It ist annoying to delete cookies everytime I want to login... Is there a solution for this? Thanks for any suggestions... Mck
