Hi, On prestashop 1.7.3 from back-office => Theme & Logo > Theme => CHOOSE LAYOUTS I am setting right column on Sign In page. But sometimes it goes missing automatically and I have to configure again. I am not getting what is going wrong. Hi, I would like to change the social media follow icons on the homepage for coloured ones. I have tried changing the code in the PS_socialfollow.php and also in the themes.css to url's with icons(.PNG) but nothing seems to change it. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks in advance Craig.

After adding a block to see what it looked like and then removing it, the "sign in", "search" and "contact" have moved to the middle of the screen. Before I fiddled about the sign in and search were on the right hand side of the screen, and now I cant get them back See attached image. Any suggestions?

Hello Dear All Prestashop Experts I want to ask you all that before upload module in http://addons.prestashop.com/en/. I must have to validate my module in https://validator.prestashop.com but when I am validating my module prestashop validator gives me some prestashop parent class or controller that I have been overrided in my module's error like in my module some requirement of overriding cart.php class file in that only two methods named "getProducts()" and "getOrderTotal()". in that prestashop validator gives me following errors in standards Standards /override/classes/Cart.php Variable "->_taxCalculationMethod" have not right syntax. Should be: "->tax_calculation_method" 165: if ($this->_taxCalculationMethod == PS_TAX_EXC) 427: if ($this->_taxCalculationMethod == PS_TAX_EXC) Variable "$_attributesLists" have not right syntax. Should be : "$attributes_lists" 312: if (array_key_exists($row['id_product_attribute'].'-'.$this->id_lang, self::$_attributesLists)) 313: $row = array_merge($row, self::$_attributesLists[$row['id_product_attribute'].'-'.$this->id_lang]); as we know that we cant change base class or parent class member variables name so How can I resolve this ..??- 8 replies

hello I am using ps 1.6.0.9 Is there any one can help me.., I have change order status when order place successfully. for that I have created new order status when module install. in orderConfirmation hook I have written following line of code. its change order status as well but what conflict with payment modules is that hook paymentReturn call after hook orderConfirmation so in "PayBycheque" or "PayByBank" crosscheck as follos in paymentReturn hook so problem is when order is place it is not display order-confimation page but display like follows warning. "We noticed a problem with your order. If you think this is an error, feel free to contact our expert customer support team. .".

hello In my prestashop 1.6 I have given 10 $ ecotax on product demo_2 as tooltip says that this ecotax already included in product price so why at checkout page its include another 10 $ in total as tex...? as i have attech images.

hello I have apply 10 discount in my product demo_2 in prestashop 1.6 as I have attech image and it display -10% discount in product page and home page in popular product list , but in checkout page it becomes -3% , I think it happens because I have apply 8.25% tax also but still prestashop have to maintain this either discount calculate first or tax . when Im removing tax to "no tax" it will display -10% in checkout page also as other pages.

Dag, Is het mogelijk om prestashop te integreren in een huidige website? Volgens mij is het niet verstandig om met 2 verschillende codes te gaan combineren? Of zie ik dit verkeerd? Er zit een zelf geschreven CMS achter te huidige website. Heeft iemand hier enige ervaring mee? Alvast bedankt!

Hi guys me again lol, the problem is when a customer places an order the order details show but no product details, when i come to print the invoice everything is there except the product details as well. very confused as i have not changed any of the admin files. just to let you know the order shows as valid in carts with all product details there. plz help me its driving me mad!

Hola, he cambiado el dominio de mi tienda y el dominio ssl que hay en la pestaña de Preferencias : Seo&url'S de tusesencias.es a www.tusesencias.es Todo bien hasta aqui, entonces he quitado las urls amigables, y las he vuelto a poner para que se regeneren. Ahora el Log In y el registro no me funcionan, vuelven a la pantalla de autenticación. Es solo cuando quito las www. que vuelve a funcionar, pero necesito cambiarlo porque google me indexó con las www! Gracias. La solución ha sido lo de pasar al algoritmo Blowfish y volverlo a cambiar. Se encuentra en Parámetros Avanzados > Rendimiento. -
I need someone to integrate my authorize.net account to my prestashop and the seal to my website. I need this done ASAP. My Prestashop already has Authorize.net module and I have already added the API and Transaction Key. I just cant get the payment option to show up in the checkout area or the seal to show in my footer or in the payment logo module.php. Please HELP!! -
Ok, this is a weird issue I am getting and after checking many possible options I definitely need the help of some extra eyes here. The situation is: - When I add a product to the cart, the ajax product does show the cart. The database shows the new cart being created. However, when I go to the cart summary it says there are no products. - If I try to log in it does not work. - This only happens on a live test server I have. In localhost it does not happen and products are added effectively and I can log in. Notes: - I checked the database and the carts are being created. Also the products are being added to the cart. I checked ps_cart and ps_cart_product tables. - I have the same code in the localhost as in the server where I am doing the tests. - I am also not able to log in. - Backend updates work on the database. It is just the adding of the products and log in in the front end that don-t work. Does anyone have a clue what I might be missing? Thanks in advance, Andres -
Goedendag, Ik probeer al een tijdje de "blocklayered navigation" module aan de praat te krijgen maar helaas tevergeefs. Ik kan wel instellen welke categorieën en features ik er in wil hebben maar ze zijn niet zichtbaar op de homepage. Bij BO>modules>positions staat de module gehaakt het linker blok. dus dan zou die zichtbaar moeten zijn toch? ik heb al heel wat afgezocht op internet maar ik kom er maar niet uit. ik hoop dat een van jullie enig idee heeft om dit op te lossen.
