Hi, we are building a shop in which we would like to show one of the product features in a scale from 1 to 5 in a graphic way. Take this example from a wine shop for instance: https://www.skjold-burne.dk/produkter/famiglia-castellani-chianti-0551017 There you can see how they label the taste, tanines etc. in a scale from 1 to 5 and we would like to do it in the same way. I cannot find any way of doing it and I am not sure if a module would do that. Do you know if there is a way of doing so? Thanks! -
Buongiorno a tutti, avrei bisogno di aiuto riguardo all'occultamento delle caratteristiche nella scheda prodotto (features). Mi spiego meglio, abbiamo inserito svariate caratteristiche all'interno della scheda articolo, come "peso", "altezza", "diametro", ecc... Ora non tutte queste informazioni sono utili al cliente finale ma servono a noi lato back office. C'è la possibilità in qualche modo, con un modulo o altro, di andare a nascondere al cliente solo alcune caratteristiche? ad esempio vede "peso" ma non "altezza" o "diametro". Ringrazio anticipatamente chi potrà darmi assistenza.

Hi, I was searching everywhere for a way to add icons to faceted search filters. I cannot do that with css, because filter ID's change on every reload. I added feature icons to product page and listing with hooks, but can;t find a way to add these to faceted search. Any suggestions?

Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas un trouver une solution à ma problématiquement. Nativement dans Prestashop, pour ajouter un produit à une catégorie on ajoute par ID un par un. Je souhaiterais fonctionner autrement. J'ai des pages catégories et je souhaiterais charger les produits automatiquement selon les caractéristiques (Features) des produits. Il faudrait donc paramétrer dans les catégories, la listes des features (voir les valeurs) que les produits doivent avoir. De cette manières rétroactivement les produits s'ajouteront automatiquement aux catégories si les features matchs ! Connaissez-vous un PlugIn ou autre qui pourrait faire l'affaire ? Bonjour à tous, J'ai un vieux 1.4.3, mea culpa lol... Sur mon bon de livraison, généré avec la classe pdf.php, je cherche à afficher une de mes caractéristiques produit (celle dont l'ID est 15). (table ps_feature_value_lang - j'ai besoin de la 'value') Mais impossible. Pour le moment j'ai mis ça : $Caract = Product::getFrontFeaturesStatic($defaultlang, $product['product_id']); foreach ($feature[$product['product_id']][$product['product_attribute_id']] as $feature) if ($feature['id_feature'] == 15) $this->Cell($w[++$i], 5, ($feature['value'] ? $feature['value'] : '--'), 'B'); Je l'ai tourné un peu dans tous les sens, mais je n'obtiens pas la valeur correspondant à la caractéristique numéro 15 de mon produit. Une bonne âme pour m'aider ? Merci beaucoup !! -
Bonjour, je rencontre un bug recurrent sur plusieurs sites. J'importe des produits via des CSV. Ces produits possedent des caracteristiques. L'import fonctionne correctement. Les caracteristiques sont correctement affichés puis certaines disparaissent au bout de 2 ou 3 heures. Quelqu'un a t il deja rencontré ce genre de probleme? Merci pour vos retours. Alexandre -

' - '.$product['attributes'] : '').'</strong>'.$machin.'</td> But all I get is the features ID : no name, no value. Should I use something different from getFrontFeaturesStatic ? Do I use it wrong ? Hello guys, can you give me a little hand to make the product features searchable. on my product "feature value" i set it linkable to "sitedomain/search?s={$feature.value}" but im trying to find the place where i can add the query. Buna, as dori sa stiu daca cineva utilizeaza si poate oferi un feedback in legatura cu modulul de mai jos: (din Prestashop Addons Marketplace) Multiple Features for Products Module "https://addons.prestashop.com/en/combinaisons-customization/8196-multiple-features-for-products.html" Practic prin acest modul (din descrierea lui) poti atribui mai multe caracteristici unui singur produs. As dori sa stiu mai ales daca se integreaza si functioneaza ok in "Layered navigation block" - in Front Office Multumesc anticipat. O seara frumoasa. Liviu.

I'm looking for a module that can help with a problem I have with products with multiple colour combinations such as: Black/Blue Black/Green Red/Blue Red/Black As far as I can tell you can only apply one colour attribute to a product without splitting into primary and secondary attributes, which would be problematic for filters. I want the customer to be able to filter products once with Black and have 3 results returned. Is there a module that can have a combination from the same attribute group twice or alternatively applying different features to different combinations? I already have the Multiple Features module installed. Any help is appreciated. -
Hello everyone, I recently tried to create a few attributes with elements including '< > =' and could not do this due to the validation. For my business, these characters are vital in features/attributes (<8mm etc.). Is there any way to remove the validation of these characters and ensure they are represented both in front and back office properly? Thank you!

Hi all, I'm new in Prestashop and this forum too, so please forgive me my any rules violation, if any Few days ago on my computer i installed latest version of prestashop. everything is OK, buy i have minor problem - i created new product feature - "Type of agreement" with corresponding values and now i want to show this on frontside for customers to able to filter items with, but unable to do this. old (default) features are shown. please see attached images. Installation type : New, PrestaShop version: 1.7.2.0 Theme : default Code : original Hosting: self hosted PHP version: 7.1.7 MySQL version: 10.1.25-MariaDB Browser(s) concerned: i think any of, but tested chrome and firefox

PrestaShop 1.5.6 I have pre-defined some feature values before import CSV. After import the products from CSV-file, I found that many duplicate/repeat pre-defined values. That mean all customised values become pre-defined values; while the pre-defined values are duplicated to many same values. I cannot test further now regarding Feature problem. Hope PS 1.5.6 has solved the following problem too that found in PS 1.5.5. Prestashop 1.5.4.1 Hi My import file has various Features loaded in. For instance, I have various products with the same categories, all with different weights. I have the Feature setup within BO, but have not added any values. When I import them into Prestashop, they import ok, and when viewed in BO appear in the "Custom" value field. However, when I try to setup a filter for this feature in layered navigation block, it does not appear in the list of avalable filters. What I have found is that to get this to work I have to have matching values for the Feature already added. This is not very logical as I could in theory have hundreds of different weights, and I don't want to have to add them all in manually before importing my products. I've noticed that the Color attribute adds in values automatically if they don't exist. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Team, Product page is becoming unresponsive while trying to save any product information. And it is taking almost 73seconds to save. Unable to add 'Attachments' In product page is not working. After upgrade 1.6.1.1 to 1.6.1.3 I have enabled the debug profile and php error on. No error in back-office. How to solve this issues. On product edit endless "Spinning Save Button" on PS 1.6.1.3 after upgrades the ps version and not updating the features values in back office and unable add the attachment in back-office. PHP version 5.5.29 Memory limit 1024M Max execution time 60 Please let me know how to solve this issues. Thanks -
Bonjour, je viens de copier un site de prod version 1.6.0.9 en local (fichiers + BDD). Après les modifications d'usage pour se connecter à la base locale tout était ok. Le problème : - côté BK, quand j'enregistre un produit, les caractéristiques ayant une valeur personnalisée ne correspondent plus, même si je change par exemple juste un texte dans un autre onglet. En base, les id_feature_value sont à 0 (avant elles étaient par exemple à 6127). - côté front, sur la fiche produit, le tableau des caractéristiques part en vrille : J'ai vérifié la base locale et la base distante, notemment les tables concernant les "features" mais tout est ok. Donc je ne peux ni modifier ni ajouter de produit ! Une idée ??? Merci pour vos suggestions !

Hi, I found a well done tutorial about fixing URL in multilanguage, I followed instructions several times but it didn't work. So I checked the SEO in the product page and find the problem!! I import CSV files made in Excel. For each language the URL is different. The default language (English) has the right URL in the SEO page, the other language has the wrong friendly URL. Meta title and meta description are imported correctly. I checked again the CSV file: the translated URL is there. It seems that when importing the CSV file, PS ignores my friendly URL field!! Is that possible? I edited manually the friendly URL in the SEO page for the second language and it works fine!! So my problem is not with .htaccess file or configuration in in back office, my problem is with import. I am using PS 1.5.3.2, any suggestion to fix the import? I have a second problem with multilanguage: in the data sheet tab, all features are shown in two languages. Instead of showing features only for the selected language, it show features in two languages (I imported two languages). See images for better explanation. Many thanks for any suggestion. Navid

Hi everyone, I sure am impressed with the quality of sites that PrestaShop can create and wow, there sure is a lot to it with so many features and tools. Most I do not even understand. I very much would like to create a descent website and assume PrestaShop would be a perfect tool to do this, but with no experience with it I am curious in anyone's opinion how long or how hard would it be to grasp a reasonable understanding on how to create a half descent site with PrestaShop? I have lots of experience with Web Expressions, notepad html and Weebly, so not totally unfamiliar with HTML or CSS, etc, but there is things in PrestaShop I have never even heard of. I currently am using WordPress but there is not a lot that can be accomplished using it. I appreciate any input......I am basically a fast learner and have a lot of time on my hands. I am using version 1.5.2. I have set my featured to 8, and these do list proudly on my homepage. I am wondering if there is a way to change at random the images which get listed. Example, if I open my site in firefox and my site in IE, I will not show the exact same images, image position etc. I would like these 8 to say be pulled (used) from all the new images/products. Example if at one time I have added 20 products, it will choose 8 from them, then say tomorrow, I add another 50, for a total of 70. How may I get it to random featured products from the total 70 and not just the first 20 I added? I did follow the steps from here...http://mypresta.eu/en/art/tips-and-tricks/how-to-display-products-randomly-in-prestashop-home-featured-module.html and this only randomizes the order of the 8 which are already there. Hello, I am looking for a module which allows me to categorize product features in back office and I am wondering why Prestashop is not having this function as default. What I mean: You can create a bunch of features in Catalog -> Product features but they're in one category available for every product in shop. Well, if You have small shop with a little wariety of products thats ok, but in many shops there is 100 features and more. This becomes very annoying to search through all of them and sometimes a lot of employees is forgeting to fill out proper fields. This could be avoided if there will be a module which allows me to create a categories of features from all availables features and assign them to specifc categories of products. Only the features that I've choosen for this category will be shown on the list. How it should work? You have to save product before you can choose a category. After that if You will choose category then ajax request will check if there is a list prepared for this category and filter the features tab. If not - show all of them. I think that this module is really must have for prestashop and a lot merchants will buy it so if someone wants to develop it then I will buy it and probalby a lot other merchants as well. Any informations will be very handy - I was searching for a long time but I couldn't find any simple solution. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: I FOUND IT! http://addons.prestashop.com/en/19272-features-on-categories.html but it is quite expensive -
Hello. I have a online shop, and I would like that customer can filter items by features. I have made this whit 'Layered Navigation Filter' module. My problem is when I add a new features, it appears with filter 'NO' in 'Layered Navigation Filter'. Is there any way to the new feature appears with filter 'YES'? Thank you.

Hello everyone PS 1.5.6.1 in Front office Products > showing only one colour, the other are not showing ( t shirt with different colours ) I set up in Back office > Catalog> Product> attributes > features> quantity I can see all the products with with different colours all seems fine ( please not all the other attributes ( sizes ) are fine Thank you for your help
