Again asking for help. Some countries are missing from the list, Few of the European Union also Canada and Australia and not listed. I have the states for these countries. Things I check I download a new GeoLiteCity.dat and replace the old one. In localization, I can import the states but countries. In Zones the Europe, Oceania, and North America are enable. In Countries only 9 countries from the EU are show here the ones missing from the list are France, England, Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland etc From Oceania is missing Australia From North America Canada In States I have the Canada's provinces, Italian provinces, and other but countries to relate to them. Also: Restrict country selections in Front Office to those covered by active carriers Is checked NO. I know I can add all this information one by one, But according to Prestashop has 244 registered countries. Am I doing anything wrong or do I have to add the missing countries one by one? Thanks

Where I'm At My custom theme is more-or-less built. I'm charging for shipping using weight ranges and a single carrier. I input all the weight ranges for that carrier. I input the fees for every zone and weight range. I updated the zones' names and added a few to reflect the carrier's pricing (it's not by continent). I'm now updating the zones for individual countries. I've only updated two countries so far, one a long time ago (it works properly) and about an hour ago (it's not working properly). I set the US to Zone 5 Special, which has an ID of 9. On the front end, after I it displays a shipping price equivalent to that of Zone 2 which has an ID of 2 and was the original zone it was assigned to. Things I've Tried/Checked In the dir app/cache, I deleted everything except index.php (smarty/ and class_index.php). I checked the database to make sure it's correctly set, it appears to be so. In the ps_country table, The US has an id_zone of 9, which matches the id_zone for Zone 5 Special in the ps_zone table. I searched Google. So… Now what? I'm not sure what else to check/try. Is there a database cache somewhere that I'm not aware of? Am I missing something in the process of setting up countries, zones, and weight ranges? Any help is appreciated.

I am setting up a website where the product is timber. All deliveries will be carried out by our own truck so our Carrier = SleepersDirect not a third party or postal/courier service. I want to be able to set the delivery charge to vary depending upon the 4 digit numeric postal code that is nominated as the "Delivery Address" in the checkout part of the buying process. I don't have any custom delivery modules set up - I am hoping there is a way to set this up via the Admin panel only. Does anyone know how I can do this? I am happy to enter a full list of postcodes with associated delivery costs and a list of postcodes outside of the delivery zone to whom I want to give a "You're outside of our normal delivery area but please call us for a one-off quote" type of text. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can give. Note: I am a PrestaShop novice!

I am trying to see if I understand well the zone system. I created several zones, one for each province of Canada, because of course I want different shipping fees for each of them. But it is not working. I spent much time trying to fix the problem and finally I came across a post mentioning that the country and its provinces must be in the same zone for the calculation of fees to work. Is this right? I tested and it seems to be right. The thing is that only one zone can be assigned to a country.... So in other words, what I understand is that i cannot set different shipping fees for each province? Am I right? I hope I am wrong!!!!) Please I need help on this after having lost a whole day trying to fix this. I msut find a solution but first, I must know if I can do it or not.... thank you for your help!!!

Hi, I am using prestashop version 1.5.0.17, I have enabled most the countries from the list. I created custom zones for my default country and for the other list of enabled countries on my shop. I created custom states for the default country and additional states for the other countries on my shop. Everything is configured correctly: countries are pointing to correct zone, and set to contain states, correct iso codes, call prefix etc.. States are pointing to correct zone and pointing to correct country, correct iso codes. Now the problem is when creating a new account, only the states of the default country are showing the rest of the other states are not. Even if you change the country still only the states of the default country will be shown from the drop down list. But when adding an address from an existing account there is no problem with the country list and it points to every designated states per country. It only happens to new account. I tried to change the country of the hidden states to the default country and all states are being shown in the new account when creating one. The problem now is when adding a new address in an existing account, only the default states of the default country is shown and again when choosing a different country the state drop down list is missing from the page. I have tried to reload the ps_country, ps_country_lang tables with a fresh install and still the same. I hope someone could point me the problem and the fix for this problem or bug? I have no link because I am working on a local environment. Many thanks

Hello! Non of the shipping options seem to apply to orders in the checkout process. I have installed and configured the Fedex module and it appears to be pulling my rates, yet its not factoring in ANY of the other options such as Handling charge, Zone Fees etc. I have experimented making my handling charge $100.00 for example and yet Fedex ground shipping is still offered at $5.90 in the shopping cart? Any help is greatly appreciated oh, I'm running ver 1.4.6.2

Hi there, I am using Prestashop 1.5.3.1 and am having some trouble with my Shipping table. My client has a very specific shipping table, which includes a different price based on weight and country, which means that I set up a new Zone for each country and that for each Country/Zone, I have 40 different weight options. I first started by creating zones for all the countries they ship to starting with A, which is 14 countries, so that, plus the "All" row = 600 individual cells that need to be filled in on a single page. I filled those all in and saved them without problem. I then when on to add all the zones/countries up to the end of H (so around 4,450 individual cells on a single page), and that's where I ran into problems. I can no longer edit the numbers I had already entered for A countries, nor can I add data to the new countries. If I delete those all the way back to A, it works again, even with just 1 B zone/country it stops working. Does anyone have any solutions for this problem? I have been having a terrible time with shipping and carriers in v 1.4.8. I only want to ship from within the US to the 48 contiguous US states, plus AK, HI & PR. UPS has 10 zones that cover this area. I anticipate a weight range of 1-5 lbs per package, depending on the order. Do I have to create 50 carriers for UPS Ground alone? I'm not sure how many zones USPS has to cover the same area. Let's say they have 5. Does that require 25 carriers to make the system calculate the correct rates for Parcel Post? What purpose does API integration serve if you have to manually create multiple carriers to factor for various zone and weight possibilities? I am told by some that 1.5 is much easier to configure, but I cannot upgrade without destroying the custom theme I paid a designer/developer team to create. They don't want to upgrade to 1.5, saying it is unstable, but the developer seams to have no idea how to set up the Shipping Tab and the UPS & USPS modules with API integration. Would some honest, knowledgable individual(s) be willing to take the time to give a total stranger the information needed, so my site can be lanuched? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I just have set up a prestashop 1.5.2 and want to use it for the UK, but as I have set 35 GBP for free shipping, it always shows free shipping, and although all zones and carriers should be set correct (cause they are the standard settings). I just have enabled shipping after weight with all prices that are needed. But I am pretty unsure, why all these easy settings (I mean they are most clear) can lead to such misbehaviour. In this context puzzles me the most: There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected. That comes, when I register with a UK shipping adress. And also that there is free shipping added in cart, although the setting of 35 GBP for free shipping shouldnt become active when only 5.96 GBP ar ein cart. Hi All, need your help, i have deployed prestashop and almost finalized tweaking it. i'm testing the ordering process and i'm getting the below error. There is 1 error : No zone match with your address i configured free of charge delivery to one country and i created a Zone and included it in the Carrier settings. please advise how to proceed to fix this. thanks alot. Hi guys I want to set up 4 zones with the following prices: Zone A & B (Standard FREE UK Delivery*) Zone C (+£22.57) Zone D & E (+£24.66) Zone F For Isle of Wight add (+£30.65) How would I go about setting this up? I also wanted to add some information to my delivery page so people know that the zones are for the following areas & postcodes: Zone A & B All Postcodes in England & Wales DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA 27 & KA 28), KY, ML, TD, AB 1-16, AB 21-25, AB 30, PA 1-19, PH 1-PH 3 (Standard FREE UK Delivery*) We strive to offer all of our customers Free Delivery however, for some parts of the UK we have to levy an additional charge. Hoi, Een binnenkort op te leveren webshop wil als pilot eerst in 1 specifieke plaats bezorgen. Nu weet ik dat je dit op landen niveau kunt doen maar is er ok een mogelijkheid om 1 plaats aan te geven waar geleverd wordt en dat bij alle andere landen/plaatsen er een melding komt (zoals nu bij landen waar niet geleverd wordt)? Bonjour à toute la communauté, une petite question d'ordre pratique pour laquelle je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse convaincante : Existe-t-il un moyen d'attribuer rapidement une sélection de pays aux zones créées pour un transporteur donné, ou convient-il d'attribuer chaque zone pays par pays via l'onglet "TRANSPORT > PAYS" de l'admin ? J'ai bien vu passer un module "Zone Edit" http://www.prestatools.com/module-addons-prestashop/zone-edit mais qui ne semble pas mis à jour depuis 2010. Et je n'ai pas lu d'avis positifs et déterminants à son sujet. Ce serait un petit soulagement d'éviter de réaliser plus de 200 manipulations pour parvenir à cette fin ! Merci d'avance pour vos idées, vos réponses, ou vos "ouvre tes yeux" si je suis passé à côté de quelques chose clé en main
