Καλησπέρα. Γνωρίζει κάποιος αν μπορώ να προσθέσω στις διευθύνσεις (λογαριασμός μου) ένα επιπλέον dropdown με τα zones και απο εκεί αναλόγως να φιλτράρει τα states που αντιστοιχούν? Έχουν δημιουργηθεί κάποια extra states για περιοχές της Αττικής λόγω μεταφορικών. Ευχαριστώ

now i have an issue that carrier is calculating fees according to zones addresses are according to states and countries is there a way to determine shipment fees according to states or governments lets say we are located in cairo, egypt "state, country" can i assign different fee to luxor,egypt ?

After upgrading to 1.7.8.2 I have noticed that only a few zones are listed in the Zones tab. Some are active, some are disabled according to the original settings, but not all are listed. I have checked the database, zones are still there. Anyone else has this issue?

Dans un premier temps j'ai autorisé la livraison en France et dans l'Union Européenne, tout simplement pour éviter d'avoir à gérer les formalités douanières. Toutefois, certains territoires de l'Union Européenne dits "spécifiques" nécessitent quand même des formalités douanières : Allemagne : Territoire de Büsingen, Ile d’Heligoland Danemark : Iles Féroé, Groenland Espagne : Iles Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla Finlande : Iles Åland Grèce : Mont Athos Italie : Campione d’Italia, Livigno, Saint-Marin, Vatican Certains de ces territoires peuvent être filtrés et exclus facilement sur prestashop car ils sont considérés comme des "pays", c'est le cas du Groenland par exemple. Cependant, quand il s'agit de villes/communes, je n'ai pas trouvé la possibilité de les filtrer pour les exclure des destinations dans lesquelles je souhaite livrer mes produits. Ex. La ville de Ceuta pour l'Espagne, la commune de Büsingen pour l'Allemagne, comme il s'agit d'une ville et d'une commune je ne sais/vois pas comment procéder pour les filtrer et les exclure des destinations livrables. Est-ce que l'un/l'une d'entre vous a déjà eu affaire à ce genre de problème ? Par avance je vous remercie pour votre aide. Cordialement, Steven

Buenos días, Estoy teniendo un problema un tanto extraño con los transportistas. Tengo que discriminar las provincias de España para poder hacer tres tipos de envíos. Por un lado península y por los otros dos restantes, Baleares y Canarias. Pues bien, he creado 3 zonas nuevas (Península, Baleares y Canarias) y asignado las provincias a sus correspondientes zonas. Luego he creado un nuevo transportista para península, asignado precio y configurado en general. Al realizar un proceso de compra y seleccionar una provincia de España de península, no me aparece el transportista, con el consiguiente mensaje de "Desafortunadamente, no disponemos de ningún transportista disponible para su dirección de envío." No me explico por qué puede ser.

Πρόσφατα έκανα αναβάθμιση το eshop (https://stampa-stampa.com) μου μετά από μεταφορά από .gr σε .com από 1.6 σε 1.7.4.4 Και σχεδόν δεν δούλευε σωστά τίποτα.... μετά από 3 μέρες δουλειά το μόνο πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω είναι με τις courier... Στην προηγούμενη έκδοση είχα κάνει ξεχωριστές ζώνες για την Ελλάδα και τους Νομούς... 1) "Εντός πόλης"για την πόλη του καταστήματος μου και free shipping 2) Χερσαίοι προορισμοί με χρέωση. 3) Νησιώτικοι προορισμοί με χρέωση 4) Δυσπρόσιτοι προορισμοί με χρέωση Με αυτό τον τρόπο ανάλογα την διεύθυνση (ταχυδρομικό κώδικα) εμφάνιζε τον κατάλληλο courier. Μετά την αναβάθμιση όμως ότι και να επιλέξω μου εμφανίζει μόνο 1) "Εντός πόλης",μάλιστα αν αφαιρέσω το free shipping και από αυτή την επιλογή δεν εμφανίζει ούτε αυτό... Έχω διαγράψει και κάνει τις courier από την αρχή 100 φορές καθώς και τις ζώνες και πάλι τίποτα ... Αυτό που έχω καταλάβει είναι οτι δεν δουλεύουν οι ζώνες/ διευθύνσεις, καθώς αν ενεργοποιήσω στις courier "Europe" εμφανίζονται όλες κανονικά (φυσικά με μια χρέωση , αυτή της Europe) Με έχει κουράσει πολύ το Prestashop τα τελευταία χρόνια και αν και έχω μάθει πολλά σκέφτομαι να πάω σε άλλη πλατφόρμα αν δεν βρώ άκρη.. Έχει αντιμετωπίσει κάποιος το ίδιο πρόβλημα?

I'm new and using 1.7.3.2 but cannot find the zones menu item anywhere. When I look at other articles they seem to refer to it being in the international section but I only have 4 menu items there and zones is not one of them. Did I miss something?

Bonjour à tous, Débutante sur Prestashop, je souhaiterais affecter plusieurs zones à un même pays... Je m'explique : nous avons choisi un transporteur pour la plupart de nos produits (j'ai donc crée des zones, par pays, avec les tarifs de notre transporteur principal). Pour 2 de nos produits, nous avons choisi un autre transporteur. Le problème étant qu'il faut que je crée d'autres zones avec les mêmes pays que pour mon transporteur n°1 avec des tarifs (très) différents et que je ne vois pas comment affecter plusieurs zones pour un même pays. Lorsque j'essaie de créer 2 fois la France par exemple (afin de créer de nouvelles zones pour mon 2ème transporteur), Prestashop me notifie que le code ISO du pays est déjà utilisé, et lorsque je crée un code ISO de toute pièce, il me notifie que le code ISO n'est pas valide... Avez-vous une idée de comment procéder s'il vous-plaît? En vous remerciant.

Bonjour à toutes / tous Je fais un test en local avant de passer en prod site avec - PS 1.6.1.17 - XAMPP Version 5.6.31, - Apache 2.4.26 - MariaDB 10.1.25 - PHP 5.6.31 Suite à la mise en place d'un nouveau service de transport, je dois modifier ma liste de zones pour en diviser certaines et créer un maillage plus fin pour répartir les pays. ex : j'avais un zone "France " J'ai besoin de "FR - Métropole" / "FR - Corse" / "FR - Andorre" / "FR - Monaco" Même chose avec ma zone "Europe" Qui doit être divisée en 3 ... J'ai renommé "France" en "FR - Métropole" J'ai créé les zones "FR - Corse" / "FR - Andorre" / "FR - Monaco" J'ai vidé le cache (au cas où...) Je suis allé sur la page pays pour modifier les zones pour les pays France, Andorre, et Monaco. (dois-je créer un pays "Corse" ?) Mais dans le menu déroulant "Zone" de la fiche des pays, les nouvelles zones n'apparaissent pas, et la zone "France" n'a pas changé de nom ... Les nouvelles zones sont bien répertoriées dans la base de données pourtant ... Je suis perdu ! J'ai dû oublié un truc mais je ne vois pas ... quelqu'un a la solution ? une idée ? Je rencontre actuellement un problème avec le "transporteur personnalisé" Lorsque j'ai mis le site en ligne la semaine dernière tout fonctionnait parfaitement. J'ai défini mon transporteur manuellement, j'ai paramètré les zones, les prix... Et aujourd'hui je suis retournée sur le site et je n'ai plus rien dans mon transporteur. J'ai tout re-paramétré ça a fonctionné et en retournant dessus pour faire une modif tout avait encore disparu... Je joins à mon message la capture d'écran avec le message d'erreur. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème ? Je tient à préciser que je n'ai fait aucune mises à jour particulière. merci d'avance, bien cordialement, Laurène

Hello, I have seen many posts regarding the error of "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected," and I have already fixed all the possible causes that I know of. There also seems to be no congruency, by that I mean this error shows up for some people, and not for others, even though the conditions are the same. I created 2 new Zones: North America (US Only), and North America (Non-US), and assigned the United States country to the first zone, and the rest of the North America ones to the second zone. I did not delete the original North America zone. We are using the U.S.P.S. Premium shipping module from PrestaShop. I set up 2 carriers, a default carrier that has free shipping, and only ships to the North America (US Only) zone, and a second USPS International carrier that ships to every zone except the US Only zone, and uses the shipping module to calculate shipping cost. All Zones, Countries, and States are enabled. Both carrier details are in attached images. Again, it seems like occasionally the system will let someone order from another country, but most of the time it seems to give the "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected" error. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bonjour, Encore un énième post sur la gestion des transporteurs me direz-vous, oui, mais... pas que ! J'ai un PS 1.5.4.1 qui tourne en prod, je souhaite le mettre à jour d'ici peu, j'ai donc créé une pâle copie de ce site de prod en local (wamp) pour upgrade vers 1.6.1.0. J'ai donc tout bien backupé et importé, j'ai upgradé mon thème par la même occas. Tout roule, sauf.... la gestion des transporteurs alors qu'elle est configurée exactement de la même façon que sur mon site de prod, la garce !. En prod (1.5.4.1) --> ca fonctionne nickel, En local (pâle copie passée en 1.6.1) : NON A noter : j'ai pas fait la "bourrine", j'ai d'abord installé un 1.5.4.1 en local pour y importé ma BDD de prod et ai ensuite upgradé PS vers un PS version mineure puis autre upgrade vers dernière version stable Ps 1.6.1, histoire que l'upgrade des tables se fasse tout en douceur..... Malgré tout, le système n'a de cesse de me proposer le transporteur par défaut (le gratuit) peu importe les zones et les coûts affectés à chaque transporteur. En fait, dans [Localisation / Pays] : mon pays [France] a comme zone "Tournées locales". En prod il sait bien basculer vers une autre zone et donc un autre transporteur si le code postal ne correspond pas à ceux tolérés par cette zone. Tandis qu'en 1.6 là... il reste bloqué sur cette zone définie ici, dans [Localisation / Pays/ France] . Si je la change, il prend en compte le changement mais ne me propose toujours que les tarifs de cette zone et ne fait pas la bascule en fonction des codes postaux. Côté configuration BO, je me base sur : un pays : la France plusieurs zones DOM TOM Corse Tournées locales Hors tournées (dont le transporteur diffère en fonction du code postal de l'adresse de livraison --> module utilisé : zipcodezone) Europe 4 pays 3. 3 transporteurs : France gratuit (limité à zone "Tournées locales") France payant (limité à zone "Hors Tournées") Europe payant (limité à zone "Europe 4 pays") C'est non sans m'être arraché les cheveux avant que je me tourne vers vous car j'ai la sensation que c'est plutôt un genre de classe qui surcharge ma configuration quoique je fasse côté BO. Mais comme c'est quelques chose que je maîtrise pas.... j'ai besoin de vous ! Des idées pour moi svp ? A titre d'infos : Je n'utilise pas la gestion avancée des stocks Mes produits n'ont pas de transporteurs associés dans leur fiches produits j'ai lu et relu la documentation d'aide PS J'ai déjà désactivé / Réactivé et même supprimé et recréé mes codes postaux / zones / transporteurs... sans sucés. j'ai bien vu le changement entre 1.5.4.1 et 1.6 pour les tranches de prix : j'ai vérifié, mes prix selon tranches de prix sont bien configurés dans chaque transporteur (et non plus en rubrique "Tranche de prix" comme c'est le cas en 1.5) Je sais que ce sujet a été traité des centaines de fois, mais je n'ai vraiment pas trouvé réponse à mon problème dans tout ce que j'ai pu lire. Ma conf est bonne (à priori), c'est simplement cette zone sélectionné au niveau du pays qui me ruine tout ! Si je la repasse à "Europe" ou que sais-je... il ne me trouve plus de transporteurs du tout. Peut-être alors est-ce le module zipcodezone qui n'est pas compatible avec PS 1.6.1, mais comment en être sûre avant d'investir par exemple dans PostalDeliv de Ebewé qui fait exactement la même chose... :/ ...........LOST.............. I am new to prestashop and am trying to work out if I need to set up a multistore or not and how to sort out order distribution between two store locations. I have a shop with two store locations. All information is the same re products. I have set up a module that determines shipping by zip codes. When the order is received, I need it to be sent to either Store A or Store B (this is going to be via fax hopefully). Can anyone advise if I need a multistore setup to acheive this?

Hi Guys, We're going to use DHL Express for our store...and maybe later their Global service to if people think Express is to expensive. First problem I encounter is the actual setup of zones/countries to match those in DHLs....those is not even close to the default placements of countries in Zones that is in Prestashop. For example South Africa, Norway and Turkey is all Zone 8 in DHL rates list. So I have to manually create the 8 zones that DHL uses for Express then manually change each end every country to be in the right zone...this will take ages....is that the only way or am I missing something here!? Then, when and if we wanna offer Global mail to I have no clue on how to solve it as it uses different zones for the countries then Express... Please advice! Thanks in advance!

I have a problem with setting up carriers, the instructions are not too clear. My Zone is Oceania, My Country is New Zealand. I need to set up my carrier for the same product but different prices to say three delivery zones, They are all in NZ If I uncheck Oceania in the zones and set up three others when I check out there is no carrier available. as they are not the zone of my country. Can someone assist with this problem, I am sure there is a work round as in the US of other large country the shipping is not the same for the entire country

I have a site www.godlyplaymaterials.com which has been live since November 2013. Now suddenly customer registration is not possible except from a small group of countries in the EU. All zones and countries are enabled, but it has no effect to the menu. I only have 3 default customer groups, so that should not be the problem. At the same time, all carriers for countries outside EU seem to have disappeared. Please can someone help - I don't know where to look for an error anymore, and I cannot get any orders in because customers cannot register! -Johanna

HI there Is there any way to ensure that customers from a particular zone get FREE SHIPPING, whilst other customers from all other zones have to pay the 'Additional shipping fee' that's assigned to each product?

Hi, I am running Prestashop 1.5.4.1 I added some more zones into the zones section. Zones > Localization. But when I have a look in the Shipping Section. I only see 12 of the zones entered and the rest do not appear and I have more than 12 zones which include all the standard ones that were already in this section How can I get all my zones to show up in the shipping section including all the standard ones so I can allocate shipping prices to all the zones. Please note, I have set into the shipping section to make all these zones active. (Has it been set by default by Prestashop to only show 12 zones??) I have more than this. Any assistance is appreciated.

Again asking for help. Some countries are missing from the list, Few of the European Union also Canada and Australia and not listed. I have the states for these countries. Things I check I download a new GeoLiteCity.dat and replace the old one. In localization, I can import the states but countries. In Zones the Europe, Oceania, and North America are enable. In Countries only 9 countries from the EU are show here the ones missing from the list are France, England, Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland etc From Oceania is missing Australia From North America Canada In States I have the Canada's provinces, Italian provinces, and other but countries to relate to them. Also: Restrict country selections in Front Office to those covered by active carriers Is checked NO. I know I can add all this information one by one, But according to Prestashop has 244 registered countries. Am I doing anything wrong or do I have to add the missing countries one by one? Thanks

Bonjour, Je suis novice sur Prestashop, et j'ai un problème avec l'application de mes frais de port sur la commande. J'ai un transporteur, qui en fonction du lieu de livraison ( par département ) et du poids, change ses frais de port. Exemple un colis de même poids aura un prix différent si celui-ci est livré dans l'aude ou dans l'ain. J'ai donc créé des zones avec les noms de tout mes départements, et mes tranches de poids. Ensuite dans la page transport, j'applique mes prix en fonction du département et du poids. Jusque là je pense que ça va. Et par contre voilà mon problème, comment puis-je faire pour que ma zone soit détectée dans l'adresse de livraison, pour que les bons frais de port soit appliqués? ( pour le moment lorsque je souhaite commander j'ai ce message d'erreur " Il n'y a pas de transporteur qui livre à l'adresse sélectionnée." ) Merci d'avance pour vos réponses

Where I'm At My custom theme is more-or-less built. I'm charging for shipping using weight ranges and a single carrier. I input all the weight ranges for that carrier. I input the fees for every zone and weight range. I updated the zones' names and added a few to reflect the carrier's pricing (it's not by continent). I'm now updating the zones for individual countries. I've only updated two countries so far, one a long time ago (it works properly) and about an hour ago (it's not working properly). I set the US to Zone 5 Special, which has an ID of 9. On the front end, after I it displays a shipping price equivalent to that of Zone 2 which has an ID of 2 and was the original zone it was assigned to. Things I've Tried/Checked In the dir app/cache, I deleted everything except index.php (smarty/ and class_index.php). I checked the database to make sure it's correctly set, it appears to be so. In the ps_country table, The US has an id_zone of 9, which matches the id_zone for Zone 5 Special in the ps_zone table. I searched Google. So… Now what? I'm not sure what else to check/try. Is there a database cache somewhere that I'm not aware of? Am I missing something in the process of setting up countries, zones, and weight ranges? Any help is appreciated.

I have had a Prestashop install running for several years and understand how the shipping works. I have come up against a real show stopper though. I wanted to use 'Zones' to setup different shipping prices for different parts of my country as 'States' are not supported by the shipping tables. To simplify things I deleted all existing 'Zones' and 'Countries' and re-populated them with what I wanted. Ever since I did that I can not get my shipping working again, I have (numerous times): - Deleted all and made a new 'Zone' - Made a new 'Country' that belonged to the 'Zone' - Made new 'Carriers' that ship to the'Zone' - Made new 'Weight ranges' - Filled out the price tables that link carriers and 'Weight ranges' - Ensured that my 'Warehouse' can ship with the new 'Carriers' However so far when ever my test client tries to check out they get "No carriers available for the address "My address".". Is it possible by deleting 'Zones' and 'Countries' initially I removed a default somehow? Somewhere I have a logic gate that is tripping the wrong way but have no way to tell where. I would really appreciate any help, including how to debug this at a code level if necessary. Edit: I'm running 1.5.3.1 :-)

I am trying to see if I understand well the zone system. I created several zones, one for each province of Canada, because of course I want different shipping fees for each of them. But it is not working. I spent much time trying to fix the problem and finally I came across a post mentioning that the country and its provinces must be in the same zone for the calculation of fees to work. Is this right? I tested and it seems to be right. The thing is that only one zone can be assigned to a country.... So in other words, what I understand is that i cannot set different shipping fees for each province? Am I right? I hope I am wrong!!!!) Please I need help on this after having lost a whole day trying to fix this. I msut find a solution but first, I must know if I can do it or not.... thank you for your help!!!

I am setting up a website where the product is timber. All deliveries will be carried out by our own truck so our Carrier = SleepersDirect not a third party or postal/courier service. I want to be able to set the delivery charge to vary depending upon the 4 digit numeric postal code that is nominated as the "Delivery Address" in the checkout part of the buying process. I don't have any custom delivery modules set up - I am hoping there is a way to set this up via the Admin panel only. Does anyone know how I can do this? I am happy to enter a full list of postcodes with associated delivery costs and a list of postcodes outside of the delivery zone to whom I want to give a "You're outside of our normal delivery area but please call us for a one-off quote" type of text. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can give. Note: I am a PrestaShop novice!
