One of my multistores doesn't show price or the possibility to order. Just yesterday all these things were working as intended and I could see all prices. Hi! So I use PrestaShop together with a module called "tshirtecommerce". And I've written a code that calculates the amount of custom text and updates the price accordingly. The problem is that I would like to save the custom calculated price to the product so when the product appears in the checkout stage, the custom price will be combined with the basic price. For example: A shirt costs 10 dollars. The user adds custom text that amounts to 4 dollars. When the user adds the product to the cart, the product should be 14 dollars instead of 10 dollars. Hi Prestashop Community, I have an issue with the prices wich are shown on product. On first visit to a product on frontpage I only see the net price. After reloading the page it shows the price including taxes. How can I fix this so that on first visit the price including taxes is shown, without reloading it. I have tried it with tor browser because it does not cache anything. .Hello, I've been playing around with a few products, and I then noticed that the prices are not right. I have the "show tax included price" flag enabled for every customer group. However, the price shown is tax excluded, even if the label says "tax included". I then tried adding it to the cart and go to the summary before paying, and it was adding no tax, so it was assuming that the price was taxed already. I tried changing in a number of different ways, but the final price shown in the product section price tab is not the one that is applied if I were to buy the product. EDIT: it works fine for logged in users, the problem is with guests and visitors, even if the settings are all the same I even tried setting the default category for visitor as being client, but I still see the excluded tax price I'm running Prestashop 1.7.3.3 (because of theme compatibility) Can anyone give me a hint for what to look for? Hi All, I'm looking for methods that are better than the current solution I have. The issue I have is that I wish clients to order and customize a product, any customisations are an additional cost (in this instance $2), however on some instances of this process I see the additional fee product added and then it is automatically removed, thereby changing the price. (To demonstrate try http://www.itsapreemiething.com and look at the print on demand shirts and using the T-Shirt Wizard use any double sided setup) Today, I do the following in AJAX-CART.JS, it works well enough by adding to products into the cart for the customer one of which is the custom fee product. Bonjour la communauté, Je rencontre un souci sur certaines commandes passées avec mon Prestashop 1.7.4.4. J'ai une grosse différence entre le prix total commandé et le prix total facturé. J'ai vérifié la table ps_order_detail et celle -ci contient les bonnes informations. Par contre dans les tables ps_orders et ps_order_invoice les prix HT et TTC sont faux... Je retrouve l'erreur dans mon back office et sur la facture pdf 😞 Rien n'est juste.... Si l'un d'entre vous à une idée, je suis prenneur car je ne vois pas d'où peut provenir mon problème. I'm going mad over some catalog price rules that suddenly stopped working when I re uploaded my whole catalog through .csv My rules were working just fine before that, but now none are showing. The curious thing is they come back if I go into the catalog and manually hit save without making any changes, which is driving me crazy because it makes me think the solution should be trivial but I don't know what it is. Entering product by product isn't a scalable solution even-though I don't have a huge catalog. Has this happened to anyone and can point me in the right direction? I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.4 and everything was working fine until a few hours ago. Thanks in advance, Javier.

Hello. I have a website currently running. The prices show in the products page but NOT showing if you click on an item and it's main page comes up (where you can add it on basket). Catalogue Mode is off. All user groups are set to show prices. All products have "Show Price" ticked. Hi everyone, I'm making my shop with prestashop 1.7.2.4 I need to make a discount for single products, based on total cart amount. Expample: My product "A" cost € 1,00 , I want make a discount it, and sell it € 0,70 , if my customers spend € 25,00 in my shop (total cart amount). It possible customize prestashop code in Products > Prices > Specific Prices, where is possible make similar rule by "Product Quantity", and add fields and condition for make a rule by " € Total cart amount" ? Hi, I have a curiosity about the assignment of prices and how to manage them, I would like your opinion: I have 3 ways to manage item prices in our shop: 1) the product has no variations and the price is unique. 2) the product has variants but the price of these are all the same (e.g. shoes size). 3) the product has variants and each of them have a different price. So... 1) I add the price only in the "Prices" tab 2) I add the price only in the "Prices" tab and the variants have no price impact set 3) I add the price only in the "Impact of price" variants and leave the field at 0 in the "Prices" tab because there is no base cost. For example 1 and 2 everything is clear, for example 3 I am not sure I am doing well. I don't manage the cost or vendor price, so I've never used this field. Prestashop is used only as a sale with the list prices without VAT. Version 1.6.1.24 We do not use third party modules to manage price catalog. Thanks for any tips

Jeg søger en liste over prisvariabler som kan bruges i mails med f.eks. ordrebekræftelse. I dag står der f.eks. {products_total} som viser den totale ordre produktpris inkl. moms. Her ville jeg gerne have den uden moms. Det samme gælder på produktlinje niveau, hvor i alt prisen på produktlinjen også står inkl. moms samt {total_shipping} ex moms. Jeg har desværre ikke kunne finde en komplet liste over mulige variabler og håber I kan hjælpe.
