Hello, I want to use the productscategory module (prestashop 1.5) on the product page. It's work perfectly but i want to move it automatically like a carousel. Can anybody help me? Thanks

Dear Prestashop users I'm trying to fix something, but unfortunately I can't figure it out... When I visit my site: www.mobileenergyshop.eu/en with Internet Explorer the categories aren't displayed in 'one line'. With Google Chrome I don't have this problem. Also (as an example) the contact page looks very messy, the payment module's aren't well displayed, they are now located under the message box. Can someone please help me with this problem? Hola Haber si alguien puede ayudarme, trabajo con el prestashop 1.5.3, estoy terminando la pagina web, sin embargo un problema: Quize probar para saber si funcionaba al registrarme, pero no pasa nada, pongo el correo y no pasa nada. he cambiado el navegador, limpiado cookies, etc... pero no hay manera. alguien me echa una mano. dejo mi link , si le echais un vistazo www.suaveplacer.com si veis algo q me falta me echeis una mano. He seguido los pasos que indicas en (https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/development/controllers/admin/AdminImportController.php) he sustituido el php y todo se carga bien supuestamente, no me da fallos. Pero no es así, ya que solo me carga la imagen del primer producto de la lista .csv, el resto de archivos aparece en lugar de la imagen un logo de error de imagen y las categorias no me dan me aparece Inicio cuando realmente le pongo (Inicio,Hogar,televisores) he probado a ponerlas con el id (6,7) y tampoco. Lo he cargado de varias maneras y nada, he revisado las imagenes por si se habian cargado mal en el servidor, pero estan bien, he cambio las imagenes al primer producto y si que se cargan, pero en los posteriores nada. --Anexo imagen-- A ver si me podrian ayudar que esto ya me supera y hacerlo uno a uno es dificil, Saludos desde Mexico

Buenas, he pasado mi tienda de local a mi hosting y conforme voy trasteando no paro de encontrarme con errores. El último problema que he visto es que no me aparecen las combinaciones de los productos en el back office, sin embargo en el front office si aparecen y funcionan bien. En local no tengo este problema y si puedo ver bien las combinaciones en el back office, el problema ha surgido al subir mi web al hosting...alguien me puede ayudar por favor?? ando un poco desesperado con esto...gracias Adjunto imagen...el resto de pestañas si funcionan bien, la unica que no muestra nada es en las combinaciones

buenos dias hoy me levanté con ganas de arreglar el sitemap de prestashop 1.5, el problema es que no me generava el sitemap de las paginas en todos los idiomas, y que tampoco me las generava con las url amigables, finalmente, ( no se ni yo como lo hice ) parece que todo me funciona correctamente, así que les dejo un enlace que pueden descargar con un modulo que, a mi, me funciona perfectamente. espero que les sirva de ayuda. gsitemap.zip -
Olá galera, pra quem tá usando o prestashop 1.5.3.1 ( acredito que outras versões possa resolver também ) e está com o problema de editar produtos, e na hora de salvar gera uma pagina de erro bad request. É muito fácil a solução é só desabilitar o modulo apache mod_security . Entre em contanto com sua hospedagem e pesa pra desabilitar essa função que o problema com a pagina de editar produtos vai tá resolvido. O mod_security é um modulo que deixa mais seguro o servidor, ai alguns sistemas gera incompatibilidade com esse modulo, fazendo com que algumas funções não funcione. Espero aqui com minha pequena contribuição pra comunidade ter ajudado alguém que esteja com esse problema. -
Hello, I have installed prestashop 1.5.3. And for my products when i am going to upload images, its giving me the maximum limit of 0.77MB. I want to increase the limit upto 4MB at least. I have tried to change the productController.php file and i also tried to raize the size from Administration -> Prefference -> upload qouta but both the options not working. Please help me ASAP. -

Se effettuo modifiche al prodotto esce questo messaggio di errore: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at www.mysite.eu Port 80 Sapete dirmi se é un errore di PrestaShop o qualcosa di risolvibile dal fornitore del mio spazio web? Grazie mille per l'aiuto. -
I cannot get the Manufacturer carousel module to display in the front office. Nor can I get the manufacturers' logos I've uploaded to show up in the Manufacturer carousel module after clicking "Refresh list" several times or "Reset" when I tried to configure Manufacturer carousel module in the back office. How do I fix this bug? My online store is running Prestashop v1.5.3.1

Hi I manually entered all the categories and subcategories in my online store, valuebins.com. The subcategories are showing up twice under each main category. Which file do I troubleshoot to fix this bug? How do I fix it? I'm running Prestashop v1.5.3.1 default theme. Hi everyone, after hours of reading and trying to understand lots of code lines and make my own tries without any result, finally I have decided to share my problem with the community. The problem is the following: In my site, product features are VERY important, and I want them to show in almost any list of products, including blocknewproducts (got it!), homefeatured (got it too!), and blockbestsellers (here is the problem!). As you can see, the problem comes when I want to show product features on blockbestsellers. As far as I've seen, blocknewproducts and homefeatured get their product properties via Product.php, and blockbestsellers gets its product properties via ProductSale.php. In a very ridiculous way (I had to try it), I copy/pasted the code where Product.php gets the product features to ProductSale.php in override/classes. Something inside me told me it wouldn't work, but I did it anyway to be sure. Definitely I am not a PHP expert yet and I need some help with this. Maybe I am wrong and these .php files have nothing to do with this, I am not 100% sure of that. I didn't mention it yet, but I think it's clearly understood I copy/pasted the code who shows the feature products in the .tpl files. Well, that's all. If someone can help me with this I would appreciate it very much. Regards! -
Hola a tod@s! Es la primera vez que escribo en este foro. Tengo un problemilla y me gustaría saber si alguien tiene la solución. He actualizado de 1.5.2 a 1.5.3 y cuando intento modificar algún producto me da este error "Se ha producido un error mientras se actualizaba el objeto product ()" He probado con las soluciones que se dan 1. Modificando la base de datos Yes, use MyPHPAdmin, go to your database, choose SQL tab and paste this: alter table ps_product add column redirect_type int (10) ; alter table ps_product_shop add column redirect_type int (10) ; then click GO button on the bottom right. 2. Editar prestadhop/config/defines.inc.php cambiando temporalmente esta línea define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); a define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); Y no he tenido suerte Llevo muchos días con esto y no encuentro solución. Hola: Tengo un problema. Esta tarde, de repente mi tienda dejó de funcionar. Si estás en el BO y le das a la pestaña de "ver mi tienda" te vuelve a abrir la ventana del BO. Si quieres acceder a la web te da el siguiente error: La página no está redirigiendo adecuadamente Firefox ha detectado que el servidor está redirigiendo la solicitud a esta dirección de una manera en la que nunca terminará. Este problema a veces está causado por desactivar o rechazar la recepción de cookies. Lo ultimo que he instaldo es el modulo de CECA TPV 0.62 Lo he desactivado pero sigue sin funcionar. ¿Alguna idea? Hey guys I am currently installing Prestashop - 1.5.3 with Godaddy as the host. However I have a problem where the installation does not proceed after doing the configuration check. All boxes in this test are ticked. When I hit next from this point, the installer returns to the installer welcome page. How do I fix this problem. Is it prestashop itself or is it the hosting site. p.s. Is there a problem with your email service as I have sent you two emails concerning this to your email service and have received no replies -
Hola a todos, estaba buscando un modulo para una web de contenido adulto, se que hay modulos con ventana emergente o de aviso de contenido adulto en el cual aceptas o declinas entrar en la web, me gustaria saber vuestras opiniones sobre el tema y si sabeis de algun modulo gratuito o de pago para esto con la version prestashop 1.5.3 que funcione. Si me podeis ayudar con este tema o lo agradeceria mucho, ya que llevo 3 o 4 dias buscando y no encuentro nada para la nueva version de prestashop 1.5.3 que me guste. Igual viene algun modulo en la version prestashop 1.5.2 para esto y tampoco lo se. Tambien me gustaria saber si es obligatorio esto, parece que si pero necesitaria mas informacion de alguien que alla estudiado del tema, veo muchas webs de contenido adulto que no tiene la ventana emergente o algo parecido para contenido adulto por eso dudo. Tambien saber si valdria con poner una nota en cada pagina diciendo que es solo para mayores de edad. Bueno resusmiendo quiero que mi web sea legal, que quede claro que es para adultos, basicamente quiero poner cosas como parafernalia para fumar y cosas asi , nada de contenio de sexo. Hello Everybody In Prestashop 1.4, I had made a page with a controller and it was working properly in Friendly-URL mode. But when I did the same in Prestashop 1.5.3, it gives me page-not found error. The page is working fine if the Friendly-URL is disabled. I checked everything but failed. Thanks -
Hallo! Ich habe ein Update von PS 1.5.2 auf 1.5.3 gemacht und habe heute ein paar Produkte angelegt. Beim anlegen ist mir auf gefallen, dass ich keine Preise angeben kann, weil die Unterkategorie erst gar nicht bei mir im Backend angezeigt wird!? Jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegen könnte?

I brought a Prestashop template #42155 from Template Monster which already has a separate button or link rather for Home which I want users to utilize to click to return to the Home page. After the new Prestashop template was installed by developer; I renamed the original parent category "Home" found in the default PS theme. I've tried editing and saving the original default categories (e.g. iPod, Accessories, Laptop) appearing underneath Home as their own root category or parent category after I click Save the changes didn't take effect. And I received an error message stating "a category cannot be it's own parent." when I deselected Home in the back office after clicking save. I received the error message when I tried to create a new parent category named Meats in the back office. The categories are still appearing underneath the original parent category (which was renamed as Dry Seasonings) as subcategories and as a category beside the root category in the top menu in the front office. I want Black Peppercorn Whole to appear only as a child category underneath parent category Dry Seasonings and the Meats category to appear as its own parent category but not underneath Dry Seasonings category. What is the code snippet to create a new parent category? Which file do I change and where do I add the code snippet? Thanks I appreciate some help I cannot move forward until I've straighten out this issue or problem. Edited: the PS template # and using Prestashop 1.5.3 Updated: Helped by outside source. -
How do I change the language selector to a drop down menu? I brought a Prestashop template from Template Monster #42155 and I want the language selector to be a drop down menu exactly like the currency selector in the front end of site. The template supports 3 languages but I have more than 3 languages active in the back office therefore language abbreviations are pushing to left and overlapping the currency selector in FO so it looks very messy. Which files do I change and how? Thanks.

How do I get the Turkish Lira symbol? I'm trying to add the new symbol that was introduce earlier this year under Localization > Currencies in the back office in Prestashop 1.5.3. I've already tried copying and pasting from XE site but this didn't work and copying and pasting from Wiki doesn't work either. I'd like to use the Turkish Lira symbol over standard TL for product price.
