I have a customer asking me why she didn't get any points even she has purchased the minimum amount to obtain a point. I've checked loyalty point module's configuration and the configuration was right. the minimum amount, status, and categories for points to be available. One thing that I guess was is it because of she paid with paypal? because in loyalty point module's config, all of the amount is stated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), and she paid with paypal, which converted the currencies to USD. Does loyalty point module only work on one currency? Or it's a new bug in loyalty module?

Hoi Allemaal, zit met een kleine uitdaging. We werken nu een paar weken met de loyaliteits module om spaarpunten ui te delen aan de klanten en dit loopt super. Maar nu hebben we een paar artikelen waarop we geen punten willen geven, zoals cadeaubonnen. Nu heb ik wel gevonden dat als je een artikel in de actie zet je op dit product geen loyaliteitspunten krijgt. Maar dan komt er op de productpagina te staan dat het product is afgeprijsd en dat is ook niet de bedoeling. Weet iemand hier een oplossing voor? Was al aan het denken om in de database handmatig voor deze producten een aanpassing te maken... Alvast bedankt, Groetjes Ralf

Hello, I am looking to create a website whereby a user will have an account with 100 points whereby then a user can use those 100 points to purchase a virtual item, and take the invoice/order to the store to redeem the product Is there a way of changing the currency, so instead of £/$ etc so that it only shows how many points it would cost the user?, so essentially hiding the price..but just showing how many points it costs to purchase that item? many thanks

Hey Everyone! I work at Sweet Tooth, which is a customer loyalty extension currently available for Magento Commerce. We basically allow eCommerce merchants to reward their customers points for purchasing, creating customer accounts, liking products on Facebook, and even automatically giving reward points on their birthday.(See our website at www.sweettoothrewards.com for a better explanation of what we do) So, the reason why I'm posting here is to see if Prestashop store owners would be interested in something like this? I think there is a need for this in the Prestashop community, but I need to be able to really show interest to justify development. Would you like to see something like this on Prestashop? Hola, he activado el módulo loyalty y he realizado varias compras, con las que se ha generado puntos de fidelización, el problema es cuando desde la cuenta de usuario, le doy a converter puntos y me sale una página con solamente este texto Objeto con descuento incorrecto. ¿Sabe alguien el motivo de esto? El día 25 de octubre avise de un posible bug en el foro http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/138572-loyalty-module/ y también en forge http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-3887sigo sin tener ninguna respuesta. El problema es el siguiente si tenemos la tienda activa con los impuestos y para el grupo por defecto los impuestos no incluidos, aquí empieza el problema con los vales de descuento generados por el modulo "Loyalty" concretamente ofrecemos un 10% de fidelidad o sea en una compra de 100€ más IVA ofrecemos 10€ en la próxima compra el cliente se descuenta el vale de 10€ y se le descuenta el IVA de los 10€ he realizado una prueba con un vale de 10€ de bienvenida y ocurre exactamente lo mismo en cambio si se ofrece un vale de bienvenida del 10% lo realiza correctamente, en cambio el calculo de los puntos para la próxima compra lo realiza bien, he probado en en una configuración exenta de impuestos y lo realiza todo correctamente, también como es de suponer con los impuestos incluidos, se sobre entiende perfectamente que es un BUG de PrestaShop lo que no entiende es que nadie haya hecho ningún comentario, si alguien puede hacer algo al respecto lo agradecería muchísimo.

Hello! Does anyone know in which file are loyalty points calculated ? which function and sentece id responsible for that? I need to change how they are calculated by adding a fixed amount of point for every product, so it cannot be done in the Back office by using ratio. thank you
