  1. Okay its odd. With this module both the person referring and person being referred are supposed to get the discount. I tested this module out and I referred myself using diff email of course. The email I refereed got the 20% discount i have set up but the email that did the referring did NOT. And yes i do have voucher set up and it worked but only for referee. As you can see i have successfully referred two customers but no vouchers? http://prntscr.com/2kjpg1 But again the voucher was given successfully to he customers I referred???
  2. I have found this not translated by the translation pack, and can not find where this can be translated. I've tried in translations for FrontEnd, Modules, Error messages, etc. Even for my custom theme. Concerned text is: "The minimum order amount in order to use these vouchers is:" Did anyone?
  3. Hola a tod@s. Aluien sabe porque no aparece en el carrito el campo para poner el codigo de descuento por fidelización? El problema me lo da en Firefox. He probado en Safari y aparece. En Explorer no he probado aún. Adjunto dos capturas, una de Safari que si aparece y una de Firefox que no aparece. Estoy usando Prestashop 1.5.6.0 y la versión del modulo es la 1.8 (modulo "Programa de fidelidad"). Gracias!

Hi everybody, I'm using PrestaShop Loyalty Module Version 1.8 I want the list shown in "My loyalty points" to be sorted "the other way round", that is descending either by Order ID or by Date, to show the available points on top, and the used points at the bottom of the list. But whatever I tried... nothing works. Can somebody please show me how and where to tweak the module? Thank you!
  5. Bonjour à tous, Ma boutique tourne depuis 2 ans sur prestashop 1.2.5 (il est prévu une migration dans l'année vers la 1.5). Le module fidélité y est installé depuis le début et je souhaiterai le retirer pour diverses raisons commerciales. Cependant, en faisant le test sur un serveur de test, je m'aperçois que si je désactive ce module, tous mes clients perdent leur points ce qui risque de les offusquer... Je voudrai savoir si il y a un moyen pour forcer la conversion de tous les points de tous les client en bons d'achats afin de pouvoir désactiver sereinement le module. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide.
  6. Buenos días, en primer lugar aclarar que estoy con PS 1.5.5.0, aunque supongo que este error es común al resto de versiones. Me he dado cuenta del siguiente error del módulo loyalty (puntos de fidelidad): Cuando se solicita una devolución de algún producto de un pedido, nos genera puntos de fidelidad negativos (es como devolver los puntos que obtuvimos al generar el pedido, algo lógico) El caso es que si le damos a convertir nuestro saldo actual de puntos en un cupón, nos crea el cupón correctamente (sumando los puntos positivos y negativos), pero mientras que los puntos positivos utilizados los pasa de "disponibles" a "convertidos", los negativos no (y debería), los sigue dejando en "cancelado" por lo que siempre están ahí, teniendo ahora un saldo negativo cuando deberíamos tener un saldo cero justo al crear el cupón (ya he usado los negativos en el cupón, los negativos deberían cambiar también de "Cancelado" a "Convertidos") Creo que la madre del cordero está en esta función de LoyaltyModule.php: public static function registerDiscount($cartRule) { if (!Validate::isLoadedObject($cartRule)) die(Tools::displayError('Incorrect object CartRule.')); $items = self::getAllByIdCustomer((int)$cartRule->id_customer, NULL, true); $associated = false; foreach ($items AS $item) { $lm = new LoyaltyModule((int)$item['id_loyalty']); /* Check for negative points for this order */ $negativePoints = (int)Db::getInstance()->getValue('SELECT SUM(points) points FROM '._DB_PREFIX_.'loyalty WHERE id_order = '.(int)$f->id_order.' A ver si entre varios podemos arreglar este error.
  7. Hello, Right now, when we enter a product page, we have the loyalty points calculated upon the product price. Example: By buying this product you can collect up to 30 loyalty points. But if this product has features and prices increases and decreases, the loyalty points do not change when user changes product options... While in the cart summary, the loyalty points are updated when cart total is updated , like when increasing quantity. Which means that loyalty points are responsive to the cart total. Is it possible that the loyalty module updates itself on product page when product price changes according to options chosen ? To reflect reality to user and give a better user-experience... Thanks !
  8. Hi... I a trying to create a function hooked to new orders that create a new coupon within loyalty module. It worked for version 1.4.x but with 1.5.4.1 I am having issues. Even though I am declaring the field value of the cartRule object I keep seeing a message: Property CartRule->name is empty at line 874 in file classes/ObjectModel.php I am declaring the name value as here, and fillint the language table to test as the commented code: $COA = new CartRule(); $COA->name='COA'; /* Db::getInstance()->insert('cart_rule_lang', array( 'id_cart_rule' => (int)1, 'id_lang' => (int)1, 'name' => pSQL($COA->name), )); Db::getInstance()->insert('cart_rule_lang', array( 'id_cart_rule' => (int)1, 'id_lang' => (int)2, 'name' => pSQL($COA->name), )); */ I looked for the tables and has to do with cart_rule_lang. If I manually fill this table with the id of the cart_rule and the ids of the languages installed and the name property on each language the error does not occur. Do you know if there is a function that does the work of updating the latter table from the name statement instead of executing sql queries directly? Thanks!

Also, how to translate: The minimum order amount in order to use these vouchers is: to another language? it's possible to translate all other text, but when I translate that part nothing happened.   10. Hello, Noticed a small problem with loyalty history, under vouchers sections, the "more" link that usually shows the orders from which this voucher has been generated. It is showing the same 2 orders to the exception of the price: (for example) Order #4 (300 USD) : 30 points Order #4 (3000 USD) : 30 points While the second one should be order #5 and 300 points.   12. I am having some issues transplanting the loyalty rewards module into the product page. I can not hook it into extra action left or right or product footer. Ideally I would like it called in the area on the attached screen. I did find this bit of code that I edited into product.tpl and it sorta works but only gives the message "No reward points for this product" http://svn.prestasho...ook/product.tpl Any tips would be appreciated? I want to be able to let customers know how many reward points the product qualifies for without having to add to cart (where it does show for example this message in shopping cart) By checking out this shopping cart you can collect up to 59 loyalty points that can be converted into a voucher of $11.80*.

Bonjour, J'ai un problème en 1.5.3 avec le module loyalty : Lorsque le client convertis ses points fidélité dans son compte client, la conversion se fait bien et ses points portent la mention "convertis" mais le client ne voit pas le code réduction. Ni dans "mes points fidélité", ni dans "mes bons de réduction". Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée du problème ? Merci d'avance
  15. We have configured the module loyalty and we want that coupons can be used only in a section of the site with 20 specific products, we've created called "Redeem your points." The problem is that, even though that section only is checked to use the discount, the customer can use the discount throughout the store and not just in that section. Only we want the client to use the discount on that one section of "Redeem Your Points" Anybody can help me? We work with PS 1.5.3 Thanks.

Tenemos configurado el módulo de fidelización y queremos que los cupones sólo se puedan usar en una sección de la web con 20 productos específicos, que ya hemos creado, llamada "Canjea tus puntos". El problema es que, a pesar de que sólo está marcada esa sección para utilizar el descuento, al cliente se le deja utilizar el descuento en cualquier otro productos de la tienda y no sólo en esa sección. ¿Alguien me puede echar una mano? Trabajamos con PS 1.5. Gracias.
  17. Hello there, My prestashop 1.5.3 doesn't seem to display registered "displayCheckout" hook of loyalty module in "Positions" backoffice page and I'm not able to unhook it from the cart page. I tried disabling/enabling it, uninstalling/installing it again, even downloaded fresh module files and replaced them on my instance. Any ideas much appreciated.

  19. Bonjour, J'utilise la version 1.4.8 de Prestashop pour ma boutique en ligne. Tout fonctionne pour le mieux sauf la traduction du module loyalty qui est pourtant bien renseignée dans le fichier traductions. Du côté de mon hébergeur (OVH) tout avait été fait pour que cela fonctionne donc cela ne vient pas d'eux non plus. Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire et comment résoudre le problème, et j'aimerais bien, si possible, éviter de devoir changer les phrases types dans les fichiers .tpl car si je veux traduire ma boutique en d'autres langues ça déconnera.   20. Hola, a ver si pueden darme una mano. Estamos trabajando con una tienda www.fitsfeet.com, en el cual tengo el modulo de loyalty points activo y configurado para: Activar puntos en: Pago aceptado Quitar puntos en: Devuelto emitido vale. Ahora, cuando alguien devuelve una mercaderia, tenemos puntos negativos. Es decir, si yo compro un producto y me dan 1 punto de fidelidad, cuando lo devuelvo, me quita 3 puntos, por ende, quedo con un balance de -2 puntos de fidelidad. He revisado toda la web y veo que hay algunos problemas al respecto, pero nadie lo puede solucionar. en el issue traking tambien vi avisos de este tema, pero nada. Alguno tiene alguna idea de por donde buscar? a que se puede deber este error? Version presta: 1.4.7.3 Version modulo loyalty 1.8 Gracias!
  21. Hi, I have been running my site for a month and installed and configured the 'Rewards' loyalty point module. Customers have now contacted me becuase they have points but the voucher is not validated. I have configured everything according to your guide and set the voucher to validate on shipping but nothing happens. How can I validate and issue vouchers please?   22. In the current configuration of 'Loyalty Points' conversion, For example, (as of now) at any time, at any amount of points, customer can convert entire points to the voucher at once. Does anyone know how to change the settings as in the customer can convert the points in 30usd unit. For example, (to be) the customer has 36points (which is equivalent to 36USD), customer can only convert 30USD out of 36USD and 6dollars remain in the account waiting for another 24dollars to hit 30points. if the customer happens to keep the 70points, then customer can convert 2 vouchers of 30usd, and 10dollars remain in the account. (70 - (30+30)) =10 if the points is less than 30, customer would need to wait till collecting 30points to convert. By doing this, customer will not be able to clear all points to the voucher, and it will attract them to come back for the points. I was looking at 'loyalty-program.php' but... not sure how to get this done... please help!!! Thank you.

Je rencontre un petit souci avec le module "points de fidélité" : Il fonctionne correctement, seul problème lorsque je me loggue sur le site puis vais dans mon compte > mes points de fidélité, il m'affiche une page sans mise en forme. Il ne m'inclue pas le header, en fait mon code commence à breadcrumb... Pourtant il y a bien un include(dirname(__FILE__).'/../../header.php'); J'ai essayé plusieurs solutions dont celle d'un membre du forum : déplacer loyalty-program.php à la racine du site puis remplacer le contenu de /modules/loyalty/loyalty-program.php par <?php header('Location: /loyalty-program.php'); ?> Mais cela ne fonctionne pas pour moi.... Par contre cela fonctionne très bien sur ma machine en local... Merci d'avance de votre aide. Prestashop version 1.4.5.1
  24. El día 25 de octubre avise de un posible bug en el foro http://www.prestasho...loyalty-module/ y también en forge http://forge.prestas.../PSCFI-3887sigo sin tener ninguna respuesta. El problema es el siguiente si tenemos la tienda activa con los impuestos y para el grupo por defecto los impuestos no incluidos, aquí empieza el problema con los vales de descuento generados por el modulo "Loyalty" concretamente ofrecemos un 10% de fidelidad o sea en una compra de 100€ más IVA ofrecemos 10€ en la próxima compra el cliente se descuenta el vale de 10€ y se le descuenta el IVA de los 10€ he realizado una prueba con un vale de 10€ de bienvenida y ocurre exactamente lo mismo en cambio si se ofrece un vale de bienvenida del 10% lo realiza correctamente, en cambio el calculo de los puntos para la próxima compra lo realiza bien, he probado en en una configuración exenta de impuestos y lo realiza todo correctamente, también como es de suponer con los impuestos incluidos, se sobre entiende perfectamente que es un BUG de PrestaShop lo que no entiende es que nadie haya hecho ningún comentario, si alguien puede hacer algo al respecto lo agradecería muchísimo.
  25. Hi all, I have need of a loyalty discount module, with a % discount applied automatically once the customer reaches a certain order total. I've found a developer who can create this, however for our small company, the cost for developing the module is a bit high. If anyone's interested in this module and would like to share the development costs, let me know. Here's some more info on the proposed module: ----------------- Accumulative loyalty discounts Increase loyalty by giving your best customers impressive discounts, and attract new customers with a loyalty program that increases their status with every order. Unlike a reward points system, the customer's discount is never reset to zero, so the incentive to shop again (and again!) is greatly increased. The module will allow you to assign automatic discount rules for your customers based on their order total. You will be able to set discount rules, control customers’ progress and manage email notifications to inform clients they’ve reached a new discount level. Example: If the client's orders reach a total of $1000, he/she automatically gets a 5% percent discount on all future orders. The system then will send the customer an e-mail to inform them about their new loyalty status. Once the customer's total reaches $2000, they might advance to the next loyalty level, receiving a 10% discount. Features: - Create discount rules and apply them to customers upon reaching certain $ order total - Make multiple tiers with different % discounts - Automated emails to inform customers when they reach a new discount level - Customer can check their loyalty status (and amount needed to reach the next discount level) on their account page - The option to set an expiry on the loyalty discount (eg 1 year) Advantages over a reward points system: Increased loyalty. With reward points systems, once the points are redeemed they're gone. So the incentive to shop again is removed once the customer redeems their points. With an accumulative percentage discount system, your loyal customers will always know they have a discount with you, and that every order will increase their loyalty status. This increases the likelihood they will place repeat orders. Simplicity. The percentage discount system is easier to use, involves no codes or issues with partial redemptions, and doesn't require the customer to remember whether they have any points to redeem. -------------------- Let me know if you're interested!
