Hi all, I upgraded this module and fix some errors to run in PrestaShop 1.7. Now it's running without errors and work as the same as 1.6? May I know why PrestaShop didn't upgrade this module to PS 1.7 version? Are there security concerns and risk?

Hi I remember configuring and using the Loyalty/Customer referral module on an old prestashop website (it was running 1.6.1.18 - Screenshot attached) Now i just installed a fresh 1.6.1.23 shop and the module is nowhere to be found. Is it hidden, is it not bundled with 1.6 anymore, does it have a different name .. ? Any ideas are welcome Thank you

Hi In the "Customer loyalty and rewards" module, when the user enters the generated code, the message "expired code" I check the code for discount codes. I see the problem of date. That is, the expiration date is recorded as "1970-01-01 03:30:00", so it's natural that the past 1970 has expired. I manually edit the code: If I give a jalali (hijri) date, it will store it as 777-01-0-162 03:07:08, and naturally the format of history is wrong and does not work. If i set AD date ,then the discount code will work. Tnx

Hi! The default loyalty module has a filter of categories which are allowed to use with the loyalty points coupons. But my problem it's all the products give points. I'm looking for a module which allows me to set some categories should give ZERO loyalty points or a custom value. I saw one module which allows to set the points per article but it should be more time expensive to set up. Regards,

Witam. Musze zupgradować skle z presty 1.5 do 1.7. W prescie 1.5 działał (i ludzie już nazbierali punktów chodzi o moduł z presty 'Lojalność klientów i nagrody v1.8 - z PrestaShop' ) więc próbowałem go również zaszczepić do presty 1.7 z tą myślą że punkty razem z bazą znajdą się w nowym sklepie już. Ale tu problem. Moduł się instaluje, konfiguruje, ALE przy próbie wejścia do koszyka pokazuje się biała strona. Bonjour la communauté, Comme dit dans le titre, mon module Customer loyalty and rewards ne fonctionne pas correctement (voir pièces jointes) : - Soit les calculs sont erronés (là encore il est content ) - Soit il ne fait aucun calcul, - Soit il indique que le produit n'est pas soumis au programme de fidélité (pourtant ce programme est activé pour TOUS les articles de la boutique ). Auriez-vous une solution à ce dysfonctionnement? Auriez-vous d'autres modules tout aussi gratuits pour le programme de fidélité? Buenas, tengo una duda. He instalado el módulo Loyalty, pero no veo por ningún lado el CSS de este módulo para poder darle un estilo "normal"... al entrar en mi cuenta, y ver el módulo con los pedidos, se ve bastante mal. Tengo el código preparado para insertar pero no tengo ni idea de dónde meterlo, ya que no encuentro la cadena del css de este módulo. ¿Alguien sabe dónde poder meter el código? Además he tenido que tocar la plantilla tpl para añadirle una clase, ya que la tabla venía con una clase genérica y hacía cambios en otros lados de la web. Les adjunto un pantallazo de cómo se ve... Buenas tardes, quisiera que alguien porfavor me ayudara. necesito poder convertir los puntos de mis clientes en cupones pero desde la zona de pedidos manuales en el back office de prestashop mientras creo una venta. es esto posible? existe algun modulo gratuito o pago para eso?

Hola, Tengo un problema con el modulo "Fidelidad de los clientes" para dar puntos/descuentos en cada pedido. La instalacion del modulo todo ok al igual que su configuracion pero si entro en una cuenta de cliente y me voy a la opción "mis puntos de fidelidad" me deriva a una url que se queda en blanco. Os indico datos: Prestashop version - 1.6.0.6 Modulo versión - 1.2.9 Url a la que envia al cliente pero se queda en blanco - midominio.com/module/loyalty/default?process=summary Plantilla prestashop - NO es la de por defecto, es una personalizada Haber si alguien me puede ayudar, he probado de todo, desistala, descarga nueva version, vuelve a instalar, etc... y nada, no funciona.

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a rewards program module that would use levels instead of 1 point = 0.20€. I have an old shop in a custom CMS that I'm migrating to prestashop and the reward program was like this 150 points for 5€ discount, 250 points for 10€, 350 points for 20€, etc... (it had products as gifts too but that can be omitted if I don't find a replacement). I've been looking everywhere but can't find anything like this. Thanks !

Bonjour, Je n'ai pourtant que recompilé smarty aujourd'hui, suite à quelques ajustements en css concernant des images. Et pourtant le module "points de fidélité" de prestashop en version 1.2.8, me compte à nouveau les points en : Double. En achetant ce produit vous pouvez gagner jusqu'à 2 points de fidélité. Votre panier totalisera 6 points pouvant être transformé(s) en un bon de réduction de 1,20 €. Deux questions : 1) Est-ce qu'on peut corriger ce dérèglement, car le nombre total de points devrait effectivement faire "6 points" et non afficher 2 points. 2) Est-ce qu'on peut désactiver l'affichage : "2points de fidélité" et marquer juste : "En achetant ce produit vous pouvez gagnez des points de fidélité". Et garder la seconde phrase tel quel. Je travaille actuellement sur une version prestashop en 1.6.0.9 D'avance merci pour votre aide. Cordialement.

Witam Mam problem z modułem punktów lojalnościowych w PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 Polega on na tym, że moduł w zły sposób przelicza punkty otrzymywane za produkty W konfiguracji ustawiłem następujące dane: 1zł = 1 pkt Tymczasem użytkownik otrzymuje punkty według nieznanego mi przelicznika. Za produkt o wartości 869 zł otrzymuje 906 zł, za produkt o wartości 969 zł, 1006 pkt. Proszę o pomoc Pozdrawiam

Hello, I'm planning to show the total loyalty points earned in the top navigation. I did try it with {$totalPoints|intval} but this does show '0' (see image) unless you go to the loyalty page, where it indeed changes to the total amount. I did intall the module and everything works fine, I just want to show the total loyalty points in the top navigation menu. Do I have to create hook? If so, how and where should I do that? In the (free) Loyalty Module you can set the ratio (eg. $1 = 1 point) I need to be able to set the value for the ratio as equal to or greater than $30. Is this possible? The client has a loyalty program in place where customers earn 1 point for EACH PRODUCT over $30 NOT for every $30 spent. I was thinking I could set the ratio as >=30, but I can't do that from the back office. Where is this value stored? Is this even possible or do I need to bu a Paid Module and allocate points to each product separately?

Me aparece junto debajo de la descripción y no puedo subirlo para arriba. Intento posicionar el modulo en otro hook, pero me da error. ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar? EDIT: I figured out why it was showing that message. It's based on the shopping cart contents rather than the price of the individual product. Weird English language that should be more clear. Hello, I just noticed that, even though the product doesn't qualify for a loyalty point, the new version of Loyalty Program module always says the following on the product page: "By buying this product you can collect up to 1 loyalty point. Your cart will total 1 point that can be converted into a voucher of $----" The old version that I have on PS 1.3.1 works properly and says: "No reward points for this product." How do I fix this? I don't want people to be mislead by the statement that they can earn a point even when they can't. Thanks.

Buenas tardes, Estoy probando el módulo Loyalty (La fidelidad de los clientes y las recompensas v1.2.3 - by PrestaShop) y la verdad es que está bastante bien. Leyendo por el foro, veo que hay gente que con razón, se queja de que el cliente no puede generar el cupón justo antes de finalizar la compra con la idea de aplicar los puntos obtenidos de compras anteriores, sino que el cupón se genera con fecha de validez futura (en mi caso no se puede usar hasta 7 días después de haberlo generado). Mirando el código, veo que en loyalty-program.php, hace el cálculo de la fecha de la siguiente manera: $dateFrom += 60 * 60 * 24 * (int)Configuration::get('PS_ORDER_RETURN_NB_DAYS'); // Convierte los días en segundos e incrementa la variable $dateFrom en esos segundos Pues nada, está claro, basta con cambiar PS_ORDER_RETURN_NB_DAYS (que en mi caso vale 7) por 0 (cero) y asunto solucionado. Pero… ¿Seguro? He comprobado que esa variable no la crea el módulo, sino que ya exite. ¿Para qué sirve? ¿Afectará a algo más si la pongo a 0? Muchas gracias.

Hola a todos, hace unas semanas que estoy tratando de buscarle la vuelta a este modulo (loyalty), es muy prometedor para varias operatorias, entre ellas la que quiero lograr que es un circuito de productos de compra de puntos (simil ahorro previo) para luego de acumular determinados puntos-$ este pueda ser aplicado a la compra de cualquier producto en la tienda. El caso es que deseo lograr que los productos de UNA CATEGORIA EN PARTICULAR al ser adquiridos generen puntos, estos mismos productos son los que contendrán la leyenda estándar o modificada (según cada caso) que aparece en los productos sujetos a el programa de puntos "Si usted adquiere este producto obtendrá bla bla bla de puntos que se transformaran en bla bla bla $$$" etc ect ect., el resto de los productos de las demás categorías NO DEBEN GENERAR PUNTOS NI APARECER LEYENDA ALGUNA. Ya solucione el tema de que al cambiar los puntos obtenidos por la generación del voucher de compra este mismo este disponible de inmediato hasta xxxxxx fecha determinada (por default lo generaba para ser usados a 3-4 hs en el futuro), si alguien no soluciono este tema avisen que paso la receta. En la línea 68 del product.tpl situado en modules\loyalty\views\templates\hook aparece si no el nudo tal vez la periferia de este asunto, no puedo encontrar el flag que indique por ej. que cuando se indica en la configuración del modulo cuales categorías son en las que se pueden usar los vales generados (me quiero tomar de este indicador) para que prenda o apague la generación de punto y aparición de esta leyenda para determinados productos. Bueno, si a alguien le interesa desarrollar este mod que quiere aportar en el análisis lo sacamos, debe de ser una tontera pero por ahí necesito un empujoncito... Saludos Cordiales

Hola, como están? Version Prestashop 1.4.9: Tengo un pequeño dilema en mi back office para el módulo de puntos Loyalty, no puedo seleccionar las categorías para habilitar el uso de los vales. Sólo aparece la categoría Inicio y nada más! mientras que tengo más de 10 categorías. Agradecería si alguien me puede dar una mano con esto. Adjunto imagen. Supongo que debe ser un bug en el backoffice pero no sé como resolverlo! Gracias de antemano. Saludos Solución: Descargue los archivos del admin desde Prestashop y luego los reemplaze.
