Bonjour à tous ! Je tente d'utiliser le module gratuit "Google Shopping" disponible depuis la liste des modules de Prestashop. J'ai bien associé la boutique Prestashop avec le compte Google Merchant Center car je peux retrouver ce lien depuis le menu "Trois petits points" en haut à droite du compte Merchant Center > "Association de comptes" > "E-commerce". Par la suite, je clique sur le lien "Créer un flux" puis je précise que le pays cible de ce flux est la France. La suite du formulaire travaille "tout seul" mais j'ai ensuite une erreur qui me dit "Aucune langue disponible dans votre magasin" Je suis en contact avec l'équipe de Google Shopping mais il me dit que c'est dû à une restriction sur le fichier robot.txt qui empêcherait donc Google d'accéder aux produits. Mais.. je n'ai rien ajouté dans ce fichier qui empêcherait Google de comprendre la langue de la boutique.. Avez-vous le même problème ? Si ce n'est pas clair, n'hésitez pas à me le dire ! So before making a big thing out of this, I'd like to ask for some quick thoughts on this. Google has developed the 'Google Shopping Module' which has the purpose to "save time and extra work" So after setting everything up, on the last step where Google asks you which fields correspond to which google fields. (Price -> Price, Produkt-Nr. -> Produkt-Nr. etc.) there is one field which obviously is a must: "Google Categories" You can't add Products without a Category. Additionally, putting all Products into one Google Category isn't a solution since our Shop has several different Products which need entirely different Categories. So having said that, there is a neat little field that ask you which feature or value you want to use as Google Category. the string I need to pass is along the lines of: "Heim & Garten > Küche & Esszimmer > Küchengeräte > Küchenherde" Problem: I can't use the symbol ">" since that is a forbidden symbol for features. So now I have a field which would let me do just what I need -> to place each product into a different Category by simply choosing said Category as a Feature. However I can't do that since I can't add the string. The other option would be to use the Numerical Code of the Category, but that's not really an option either since how in the world am I supposed to remember all the IDs of the Google Categories whenever I edit a product. I believe this to a be quite a serious bug to the module. Any thoughts or Corrections? ------------ PS: I have contacted the Google Developer over Prestashop and linked to this thread. I will also update with the solution so that everyone may reference this in the future.

Salut à tous, j'ai récemment soumis chez Google Shopping les produits depuis mon site, et aujourd'hui la surprise: compte Merchant bloqué. Après le chat avec un techos de chez Google, j'ai découvert que d'après leurs exigences, la page de panier doit être en SSL, car l'utilisateur y renseigne ses données perso (nom + adresses). Est-ce que qqn a déjà été dans le même cas? Comment vous en êtes sortis? Si jamais il n'y a pas le choix que d'installer le SSL, combien ça coute en ce moment? -
Hi, After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get the existing free modules to do the job, I'm posting this thread to get more clues on how to create a xml feed Google Merchant would accept without any errors. I am having a hard time lately making feeds for price comparison websites. One wants it like this, the other one wants it like that and google has its own requirements. I tried several feed modules. One does install, but does not produce the desired format and data, the other one does install but produces errors when trying to make a feed and a third one does not work with my "pretty-url" since a new version was installed, and so on.... For the google shopping feed I have been correcting an old feed with all the ink cartridges to be displayed on google shopping manually (fortunately I have not so many products...). The feed it self is now ok. Now google mentioned that the microdata on my website is missing for the products "condition". The point is that is it there, but google does not see it? Why? (I checked using this: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ ) Can someone point me in the right direction here? Can someone recommend a decent module that is able to export several formats and that does not produce errors? In my opinion a feed should be some kind of automated "mirror" of the products on someones website and should not be a pain in the apple... :-) What am I missing here? **************** example: This HP 364 ink cartridge has a rich snippet with condition "new" ("nieuw" in Dutch): http://www.inkoutlet.nl/hp-364-xl-inktcartridge-cyan-huismerk.html But google says it is not present...

My products have been disapproved on google shopping because: 1) The products are getting disapproved because of Google not being able to crawl the landing pages of the products. 2) The landing page may be working when opened manually but due to a lot of redirects on my website Google is not able to crawl the pages. I have forced SSL on my site, would that have something to do with all the redirects? My site is: http://tinyurl.com/pma9hu9 Anyone know what I can do so Google doesn't disapprove my products? Hallo zusammen, ich fange gerade an mich mit dem Thema Google Shopping zu beschäftigen. Einen Feed zu erzeugen ist ja nicht sonderlich schwer, aber es hapert mal wieder an Kleinigkeiten. Den manuellen Export per Google Docs hab ich am laufen, die Automatisierung per CSV klappt bestimmt auch bald. Jetzt Mal unabhängig von Google Shopping, wie löst Ihr das Problem wenn Daten gefordert werden, die nicht im Shop vorhanden sind? Kann ich Eigenschaften pro Produkt hinzufügen, die nur für den Export verwendet werden, aber nicht in meinem Shop angezeigt werden? Z.B. Google Produktkategorie. Jetzt habe ich gesehen das es auch eine Google Shopping API gibt und es würde mich interessieren ob bereits ein fertiges Modul für Google Shopping existiert, welches diese verwendet. Ich habe zwar ein paar Module gefunden, aber die Beschreibungen sind nicht besonders verständlich und von API lese ich da auch nichts. Gruß Martin

Buenas, me explico... compre un modulo de google merchant center en la pagina prestashop según ellos verificado. he conseguido configurarlo mas o menos bien, peeeero... aqui viene el error.. cuando entro en merchant center me sale todo correcto pero si miro en el apartado calidad de los datos me dice: Las imágenes no son válidas. 100% de todos los productos se ve afectado. Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Gracias de antemano. Solución: mandar varios msjs a ps hasta que tw contestan, despues te piden datos de ftp, te dice que crees un empleado en la web y varios datos mas. Me contestaron al mail a las 8 de la noche y a las 9 de la mañana ya estava arreglado.

Bonjour, Je vous contact car j'utilise lengow pour la gestion de mes flux, et je suis confronté à un soucis. J’ai un soucis avec Google Shopping, qui semble ne pas explorer un grand nombre de pages en raison du fichier robot.txt En fait je pense que j’ai trouvé la raison, mais je ne sais pas comment la contourner. Dans mon flux j’ai des urls avec utm_source/utm_medium/utm_campaign, logique puisque c’est ce que j’ai paramétré dans mon interface lengow pour tracker mes campagne dans GA par ex : http://www.outy-store.fr/visseuse/68-boulonneuse-a-chocs-18v-440nm-btw450z-makita-0088381084949.html?LGWCODE=68;8621;599&utm_source=Googleshopping&utm_term=BTW450Z&utm_medium=comparateur&utm_campaign=Googleshopping Mais … dans mon robot.txt j’ai Disallow: /*utm_source= Disallow: /*utm_medium= Disallow: /*utm_campaign= Donc logique qu’il bloque. Que me conseillez vous de faire ? Supprimer ces disallow dans mon robot ? C’est ce qui me vient à l’esprit toutefois si prestashop l’intègre dans son robot.txt par défaut il doit y avoir une raison ? Buenas tardes tengo problemas con el modulo google shopping by iwgane, pues configuro y pongo todos los datos que solicitan y la licencia del módulo y al poner general ficheros se pone en blanco la pagina. Os comento que debajo dice que se han generado 2 ficheros que terminan por ejemplo: http://mitienda.googleshoping-es.xml presiono sobre ellos y sale pagina no encontrada. Ayuda por favor!!! -
Hola soy novata en temas de prestashop pero aprendo rápido jej, alquien podría decirme como editar el codigo fuente en mi web de prestashop para añadir un meta name que me indican en google shopping y así poder añadir mis productos. Gracias de antemano. Saludos.

Bonjour à tous, voila j'essaie d'exporter un fichier pour google merchant center avec le module googlebase mais j'ai une erreur lors du update feed file!! Voici cette erreur : Le site Web a rencontré une erreur lors de l'extraction de http://armagnac-du-g...name=googlebase. Cela peut être dû à une opération de maintenance ou à une configuration incorrecte. serait ce un problème de droits?? -
Hello, Does anyone know how to link to product images with the the new system? I'm not the best at coding but know a little. The code I'm using at the moment is a free one from igwane.com's googleshopping 1.5 module and it works great but is referencing the images incorrectly for the new img file system. For example; this script is currently posting the image link: http://www.pcadminsu...-8107-large.jpg where is should be using: http://www.pcadminsu.../8107-large.jpg I have thousands of images and so loading them all again and putting them in the single /P/ folder isn't a great option as it would slow the shop down and take a long time to re-import. Buenas, Agradeceria ayuda en esto, llevo leyendo post acerca de esto y no doy con la tecla. Instale el modulo de googleshopping, me genera el cron, sube automatico el feed, hasta ahi todo bien (aunque me costo lo mio) el problema es que faltan un par de atributos recomendables para tener ok los articulos, muy importante el availability, aparte del brand y el mpn. Mi pregunta es la siguiente, donde le digo el availability en el modulo, o donde, porque el feed se sube automatico, tengo demasiados articulos como para hacerlo manualmente. He conseguido subir los articulos, solo me falta esos atributos.... Gracias -

Bonjour à tous, J'ai fait l'acquisition du module Google Shopping. Installation facile et configuration aisée. Cependant à l'importation du fichier Export.php dans merchant center, sur 358 produits, j'ai 358 erreurs qui concernent la description. Il me dit qu'il n'y a pas de description sur mes produits ?! C'est vrai que j'ai juste rédigé mes fiches avec description détaillée, mais sinon je ne comprends pas ? Pourriez-vosu m'aider, ce probleme me hante depuis une semaine ! Merci à tous pour votre aide !

Hola, he comprado este modulo: Gshopping v1.4, lo he comprado desde el store de aquí. Luego de mucho ir y venir por culpa de 1and1 y sus fopen y demás, me encuentro, con que google no me toma los productos. El tema es así, el módulo lo configuraron para el idioma inglés. Como mi tienda está unicamente en español, he cambiado la ruta a las categorías de google en español. En mi backend, levanta correctamente las categorías y puedo exportar el xml. Ahora, al importarlo a google merchants, me dice 2 cosas. Primero, si lo configuro como txt, me dice que no se han incorporado ningún producto. Si lo configuro como xml, me tira un error en la linea 15. Lo que hay en esa linea 15, es el primer código html "é" eso me está generando un error. Calculo que es problema de la codificación, pero es que no logro dar en la tecla con la configuración. Alguna idea? Gracias! -
I dont know where to begin to add my products into google merchants. I don't have mony to pay for a module as i just spent most of it paying off hosting and etc.. to use Prestashop. Please help me??? Thank You -
Does anyone know if one of the Google shopping modules allows for multiple combinations of products and prices . in 3 of of my main categories all of the products have 6 or 7 different sizes and each size can come in various colors so all my pricing is done in the combinations tab and the price field in the main info tab is left at £0.00 . From all the reading i have done i don't think that there a version of this module that works this way or have i just missed it . Can anyone point me in the right direction - Many Thanks
