Buenas tardes Amigos, Otra vez yo con mis preguntas estrella, Resulta que he estoy terminando el diseño de mi pagina y he cargado 200 referencias de mi catalogo de las cuales tengo actualmente algunas agotadas, todo el inventario elegí manejarlo de forma avanzada y hasta ahí todo bien, Pero me doy cuenta que los productos que tengo agotados me salen aun en el FrontOffice pese a estar agotados, he desactivado la opción ¿Mostrar productos no disponibles en la página de producto? pero aun siguen saliendo visibles, Que estaré haciendo mal? Hola, soy nuevo en el foro y no sé si este caso ya se ha comentado en el foro. Estoy trabajando con Prestashop 1.5.6.2 y en el FrontOffice, en la columna izquierda, justo encima del footer me aparece un código que no se ha cerrado o creado bien ( --> ). Estoy buscando dicho código por todos lados pero no lo encuentro. No se si este caso ya se ha comentado en el foro. Tengo instalado Prestashop v.1.5.5.0 Estoy un poco sorprendida, hace un tiempo que hice la página y que ubiqué todos los módulos en el front office, la cuestión, es que en este momento deseo añadir un bloque de navegación por facetas y no lo consigo, os cuento. El módulo "navegación por facetas" está configurado, creo que correctamente. En la pestaña de módulos veo que está ubicado en la columna izquierda... Pero en la tienda no se ve. Cuando deseo ubicarlo en la posición de destino, en la columna izquierda, hago lo siguiente: Accedo a través "posiciones de módulos"-->"crear un nuevo hook", es curioso porque yo no tengo la opción de "mover", pero en fín, creo que me funciona igual", accedo a través de me dice que ya está allí, que ese módulo ya está en esa posición.. Cuando voy a la ventana "módulos, lo que veo es.. Estará allí, pero no aparece el módulo. Si activo el LiveEdit, resulta que aparece el hook pero figura vacío, ni rastro de mi módulo. Además me ocurre con otros módulos. Es curioso, pero uno de ellos, el bloque CMS, tengo el hook en la columna de la derecha y de la izquierda y solo se ve en la izquieda... ??????, empiezo a desesperarme. ¿alguien se ha encontrado con algo así?..

Buenas...estoy con una nueva instalación y me ha ido todo perfectamente..... Veo el Backoffice y navego perfectamente....pero NO veo el frontoffice... He activado el debug de errores y me sale esto: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /var/www/vhost/opa.es/home/html/comercio/classes/Hook.php on line 203 Es problema de mi servidor? tengo que tocar algún archivo?...si ese archivo en concreto, qué debo modificar para que vaya? Hola, He actualizado de la versión 1.5.2.0 a la 1.5.5.0 pero el texto aparece alineado a la derecha, en vez de a la izquierda, tanto en el frontoffice como en el backoffice, aunque esto solo ocurre con el español. La web está en español, inglés, francés y alemán, y en el resto de idiomas sale bien. No se trata solo de la alineación, incluso lo desordena, no sé con qué criterio. En el backoffice puede llegar a confundir bastante y hacerte terminar eligiendo la opción contraria a la que quieres. Finalmente he tenido que volver a la 1.5.2.0 para evitar esto. Tengo instalada la plantilla por defecto. He borrado las cachés, etc, y he probado con Chrome, Explorer y Opera y ocurre lo mismo con todos. Gracias de antemano. Hola. Instalé el prestashop en un mac. Luego quité la carpeta "Install" y cambie de nombre la "admind". El problema está en que no puedo acceder al frontOffice, me da un error el navegador de "múltiple redireccionamiento" o algo así(creo recordar). Al BackOffice si que puedo acceder. ¿Alguien sabe a qué puede deberse este problema? Muchas gracias!

The price of my products are showed with the vat applied (e.g. Tax is 21%, base 100 € => total price 121 €), in categories, product page, etc... but ONLY for guest users. If the user is registered, the priced showed is without tax in product page, category page... At least in billing page, the tax is added. Thanks for your any help or advice

Bonjour, J'ai acheté et installé le thème LUXE sur prestashop 1.5.2, je ne connais pas à fond encore PS et j'aurais besoin d'aide pour la configuration et l'ordre des blocs et modules, car à présent il n'y a rien sur ma page: http://66.147.244.177/~elenaest/shop/index.php Il y a aussi une erreur avec le logo puisque j'ai choisit une image jpeg mais elle n'apparaît toujours pas ( voir fichier). Lorsque je souhaite me loger la page se rafraichit mais sans me connecter à mon compte (et sans réécrire mes identifiants). Impossible de me connecter au front-office avec des identifiants quels qu'ils soient. Je peux mettre un objet dans le panier, le prix s'affiche mais à chaque fois que je change de page le produit disparait et quand je clic sur "commander" on m'informe que mon panier et vide. Même problème en passant par l'ordinateur de mes collègues. Tout fonctionne en revanche sur Firefox et IE. Si quelqu'un a une idée, n'importe quoi je suis preneur

Questo succedeva sabato, oggi invece tutto ok per quanto riguarda questo problema. Fatto sta che ora non riesco a visualizzare il FO per errore 500, forse devo rigenerare .httaccess? Hi guys, hoping you can help me here. I have implemented prestashop at my work but they have asked for a specific extra I can't see that exists elsewhere already. They would like a tickbox on the product page that says "More than one available?" with a tickbox, featuring a red cross if quantity =1, and a green tick if quantity >1. (See pictures) It would probably be placed in the same box as the short description is displayed, after a few linebreaks (where it is implemented obviously doesn't matter as the code can be moved) Any help would be much appreciated! Goedendag, Ik probeer al een tijdje de "blocklayered navigation" module aan de praat te krijgen maar helaas tevergeefs. Ik kan wel instellen welke categorieën en features ik er in wil hebben maar ze zijn niet zichtbaar op de homepage. Bij BO>modules>positions staat de module gehaakt het linker blok. dus dan zou die zichtbaar moeten zijn toch? ik heb al heel wat afgezocht op internet maar ik kom er maar niet uit. ik hoop dat een van jullie enig idee heeft om dit op te lossen. Hey guys, I'm a newbie on PrestaShop and I'm trying to create a module which displays some counters on the product page! Inside this module I also want to create a statistics page on the back-office of Prestashop! I noticed that for creating the statistics I have to extend the ModuleGrid class! I had a look inside the other modules and from far as I can see I have to create a different module for the statistics part! Is there a way to make it work from only one module (the front-office part (already done) + the configuration in the modules page on the back-office (already done) + (this is what I want to improve/add on my module)the statistics part)! There : I get a PrestaShop site developped by an former developper of my firm. I copied it to my local to work on it, then when I run it I get this : Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in \classes\FrontController.php on line 232 Line 232 is : if ($cart->{Configuration::get('PS_TAX_ADDRESS_TYPE')}) I wandered on the net, but I don't find anything useful. I found false solutions like "put a new PrestaShop, then put the old database in it", but I don't need that. The site was modified by someone who wasn't really that skillful, but he anyway managed to put some modifications used on the production site, and i really need to know what he modified, where and how, thus I have to run THIS ite in my local. Any ideas ? PS : I can get to the backoffice without any troubles, and PS version used is 1.4.6.2

Salve a tutti, Ho installato PS versione 1.4.6.2 e mi succede una cosa strana sul frontoffice e cioè se vado sul link del frontoffice mi da una pagina bianca mentre se vado sul link del back office mi funziona tutto perfettamente. Ho provato a rifare più volte l'installazione, a riscaricare il file di installazione e anche ad usare veri browser internet. Se invece installo una versione vecchia tipo la 1.3 funziona tutto correttamente Grazie a tutti e resto in attesa di qualcuno che mi possa dare una mano GM
