hi , i have a problem : i have facebook block and CMS BLOCK , but they in the wrong size. attached my website page : how can i change the size of facebook block , and move cms block more to the left. thanks

Hallo liebe Gemeinde, ich habe das Problem das der Block Kategorien und der Katalog nicht auf den Subpages angezeigt wird. Mein System ist Prestashop Version 1.6.0.6. Ich hoffe jemand könnte mir helfen. Und wenn ich gerade dabei bin, die Menge der Größen wird in Seiten Navigation ebenfalls nicht richtig angezeigt. Ich habe nur 3 Stücke in Größe 46 und z.b. 16 Stücke insgesamt in der Kategorie. Wenn ich dann auf Größe 46 klicke, werden mir jedoch alle 16 Angezeigt.

Hi all, I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.0 and I am trying to re-hook my newsletter block (in the right column). Here is what I do: - In the module install I have this line: if (!parent::install() || !$this->registerHook('leftColumn') || !$this->registerHook('header') || !$this->registerHook('rightColumn')) return false; - Then I have this function: public function hookDisplayRightColumn($params) { return $this->hookDisplayLeftColumn($params); } I reseted the module but I can't hook this newsletter block on ANY module of prestashop (Right Column, Left Column, Header...) I have the error message "You cannot hook this block here" (I don't know the exact English message. What might I have forget ? Thanks !

Bonjour, Je souhaiterai modifier la taille du bloc facebook fan box (facebook_block), en examinant l'élément une valeur de 33,33% par l'intermédiaire d'une classe bootstrap lui est assigné, mais je n'arrive pas à voir dans quel fichier la classe bootstrap est assigné à la div donc impossible de le modifier (à moins de modifier dans global.css la classe .col-xs-4). Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider? Je souhaiterai simplement lui assigner la classe .col-xs-8. Merci beaucoup

Hi: I have 2 categories that are subcategories of "Home", imagine: Catalog Big deals Inside of Products i have: Sofas Beds I want that the categories block when the user is in the Home page to show the subcategories of Catalogs so to display: Sofas Beds Instead of: Products Big deals The main reason is that the Big deals category is not too importart and in the main page for me is more importart to show all the catalog subcategories. How can i do this? because the categories block only lets me show or all the categories or the subcategories of the current category. Thanks Best regards.

Hi, I noticed that the block cmsinfo is not fully visible when visited in a mobile browser. In a PC I see the "Facebook" thing on the left, the "Lorem ipsum" central part and the "custom block" on the right. In the mobile browser I only see the Facebook part. I found this problem in an installation of mine and ALSO in the online Prestashop 1.6 official demo (http://demo.prestashop.com/en/?view=front). In both cases, if visited via mobile browser, I'm only able to see the left column of it. Otherwise, if you stretch the PC browser it displays well. The mobile browser is the stock Chrome browser of a Nexus 5. The PC browser is an up to date Chrome.

I have a multistore in 2 languages. The BO tells me that the "Custom CMS information block"-module (blockcmsinfo) is activated and hooked in both shops. When I save (after changing sth) for 1 shop, it disappears in the others FO vice versa.

Hello, I have problem with default theme. It is messed out. I thought, this is because of bootstrap and small display od iPad, but now I found eshop in Prestashop 1,6 which was "normal" and looks "clean and tidy". I attached some pictures, can someone know, how to fix this problem? Maybe on PC it looks good, but try it on smaller display of tablet. I used to have half orders from iPad's. My website is www.applessories.cz. I tryed to unistall/install the theme configuration module and clear cache and force recompile template. No result.

I have a problem with the Module: Block customer data privacy. After Installing, Enabling, and Configuring 'block customer data privacy' we ran several customer account creation tests. In all tests this block is allowing customers to create an account with the tickbox unchecked, when actually it should really be returning this error message "Please agree with the customer data privacy by ticking the checkbox below" from blockcustomerprivacy.tpl. We tried the following while testing: Enable Shop ON/OFF Smarty Cache YES/NO Use Smarty2 instead of 3 YES/NO We tested it on two separate installations of prestashop v1.4.6.2 We reset the block customer data privacy (several times) We uninstalled it and reinstalled it (several times) We searched forums and bugtracker for previous or sumilar issues and did not find anything. This block should work like "Terms of Service".When a customer wants to make a purchase, Prestashop has an option to turn on/off a requirement for the customer to approve the "terms of service" (@Preferences>Terms_of_service 'yes/no'). We could not find any on/off option to require customer approval 'block customer data privacy' in prestashop. If this is a bug it could create user data privacy issues for many prestashop sites. I ave reported this to the bug tracker, but if anyone thinks is not a bug please explain. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys. As I change the background and the blocks are transparent, all looks like nuts. How can I modify that all blocks to have white background? I don't want to do that separatelly. I guess I have a line there in global.css but I don't have a clue where... Thanks :-)
