I have an info-site for my website http://OAVHome.com and I use Prestashop 1.7 for my Online Retail and Sales Processing. What I am trying to accomplish is connecting links from my infosite to the checkout button of products on my store. Can anyone assist me in completing this?

Hello At the moment I try do develop a simple function where I get the Quantity and than the Product reference and add them diretly to the cart. Hi everybody! I have two problems with "Add to cart" button: 1- It does not appear on safari page. 2- When I clik on the button (in Firefox o Google Chrome), it does not show the number immediatly on the top cart. Only when the page is refreshed. Hello I have a problem with the add to cart pop up in my production page, In my development page, when i click the add to cart buttom it should display the summary of the cart and the options of going to checkout page or continue (see the link bellow): http://dllonuevaweb.programadeclientes.com/mujer/99581459-sandalias-beige-bata-sarita-r-mujer.html But instead in production page, when i click the add to cart buttom, the product is added to the cart, stays in the product page but no popup is displayed (see the link bellow) https://www.bata.com.co/canvas/99581525-tenis-blanco-north-star-rafaela-mujer.html product.tpl and ajax-cart.js are the same in both sites, What should i do to get the pop up? Hello, I have the most strange problem i have ever encountered and never heard of someone else to have the same isue. When i go on a product page that has attributes the "Add to cart" button disappears and the "This combination does not exist for this product. Please choose another." message is appearing. This is happening despite the fact that all the combinations have quantities set to 100. Very important : 1. this problem does not always appear! Sometimes the "Add to cart" button is showing up but sometimes it doesn't, this is absolutely random. (if it its not showing from the first time try to refresh or go on other pages and back again to see the bug) 2. It does not appear on all browsers. It is appearing most of the times in Safari. I uploaded a csv of combinations, and afterwards the combinations are not showing the dropdown options, and the add to cart button disappears. I have allowed ordering even when there is no stock. -

I'm thinking about 2 solutions : - I found on a topic a trick with the specific price which allow to change the price just before adding to the cart, BUT i'm facing a problem with this method : I don't know how to call the php function which do the specific price stuff in my template. I already tryed a <button onclick="{MyController::myfunction(param1, param2 ...)}">Add</button> in product-add-to-cart.tpl but the code is already interpreted when the page is charging (onclick event is useless). How can i call my function by pressing the add to cart button ? - Another solution could be to create a duplicate product with a custom price , each time the input price is filled and the add to cart button pressed. I don't know how to achieve this, the problem is a bit similar to the first solution : how to call the function which create the new product when i press add to cart button ? Hola, En cualquier producto con combinaciones, aparece el error "El producto no existe en este modelo. Por favor, elija otro." y no aparece el botón de añadir al carrito, ni las tallas (atributos). He probado con todas las posibilidades de configuración. En mi wamp si funciona con la misma configuración, pero con la versión 1.6.1.7, la que tengo instalada ahora es la 1.6.1.13. He tratado de crear combinaciones con el generador de combinaciones y me aparece el mismo error. EN definitiva, cualquier producto que tenga combinaciones, no muestra ni el "add to cart" ni los atributos. Si aparece el attribute_label (Talla), pero no las distintas tallas. Lo otros productos sin atributos funcionan bien y se completa el proceso de compra. He eliminado todas las combinaciones existente y solo tengo ahora un producto con 2 combinaciones y da el mismo error. He probado con control de stock automático y sin control de stock (no he probado con el avanzado) y sigue sin funcionar. No tengo ningún addon no oficial. Dejo unos pantallazos de la configuración. La tienda está en mantenimiento. Gracias anticipadas por su ayuda.

Hi, I have setup a new site using prestashop 1.7.0.6 stable. I have enabled Friendly URL's and Accented URLS and I have entered products and categories. I cannot under any circumstances add ANY product to the cart. I press Buy and the page refreshes to the cart page but it is always empty. I tried with maintenance mode on or off, firendly urls on or off, different browsers, i added quantities to the products stil nothing. Can anyone please help. Hi, I have been editing my site and I did an update today and I noticed that the two buttons had dissapeared. I'm not sure if this happened because of the update but I didn't change anything critical for it to just dissapear just like that. Every product which I see doesn't have the buttons, all I see is the checkout with paypal button but it doesnt go through to payments, it brings an error as well. Hello, I've created a little Prestashop module. With this module you can customize a product. When adding the product to the cart with this code <a class="exclusive ajax_add_to_cart_button" rel="ajax_id_product_{$product.id_product}" href="{$link->getPageLink('cart')}?qty=1&id_product={$product.id_product}& token={$static_token}&add" title="{l s='Add to cart' mod='folienplotter'}"> {l s='Add to cart' mod='folienplotter'}</a> the calculated price should be passed to the product. I have been using hotjar (great piece of software, no connection well worth a go) for last copule of weeks to see what is happening with shopping behavior on my site. I have noticed that customers viewing from a mobile or tablet are not going into product pages for further information or for variable options, which is causing issues. Products are being adding directly to cart from the main menu from which there are no further options available and ultimately a loss of sale. Is there any way the add to cart buttons can be hidden/removed from the initial menu, so to encourage my customers to enter the product page? currently running 1.6.1.9 Thanks Gareth

Bonjour, J'ai récupéré la gestion d'un site sous prestashop 1.5.2 , aujourd'hui mon interlocuteur souhaite le passer en vente en ligne active! ok! On valide les modules de paiement de transport etc... et on désactive l’option catalogue pour activer toutes les fonctionnalités de vente. Sauf que là rien ne se passe, le bouton "ajouter au panier" s'affiche sur les listes de produits ce qui est très laid! et a complètement disparu des pages produits. J'ai regardé dans le code sur product tpl les fonctionnalités sont présente et j'ai bien un un feuille de style css existante pour mon bouton... Donc question, comment je fais pour le ramener? Merci pour votre aide! -
Hi, I would like to remove the add to cart button from the home page and all category pages, replace it with a button saying View or View Product, or when a product has attributes swap the add to cart button with a button saying Options or View Options. It would be good feature to add to prestashop in future releases, so when you select the option to hide the add to cart button for products with attributes, that it is automatically swapped to a View, View Options or just an Options button, or at least have the add to cart button take you to the product page so you can select the options/attributes. I think it looks very bad and Inconsistent, and is very confusing for customers, if you remove the add to cart button from products with attributes and the other products still have an add to cart button. I am using prestashop 1.6.0.9 -
Hi all, I found a thread addressing my problem, but the solution didn't work for me. The users of my site are leaving the default attribute (size, snap color) selected when adding a product to the cart (from the product page). I would like to warn them when this happens, and force them to choose an attribute. I found this resource for adding a java script alert: http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/content/7-default-attribute-alert And added all the code. But it changed nothing for me. Do you think this is the problem, that the code is for the default prestashop theme? I don't know what else it could be. Any help, as always, greatly appreciated!

Hi. PS version: 1.6.1.4 Goods in shop with different minimal order quantity settings. From product page "add to cart" work properly, but not work from product-list. From product list "add to cart" work only for products with minimal quantity = 1. I tried to solve this: 1) Setup smarty settings to view add to cart link in product-list (for prodcuts with minimal quantity !=1) 2) Add to "add to cart" url minimal quantity number instead "1" But after i clicking on "add to cart" on product-list - prestashop show alert with text: "Minimal quantity ..." and dont add to cart items. Where this can be stuck? -

Hello everybody! I am going to use Prestashop as a cataloge with receiving requests via e-mail (no cart, no checkout). Visitor chooses product, press button , fill the form and send it to me nicely. Relatively simple and easy to use system. So I need to change add to cart button behaviour or switch to catalog mode and add another button to send request from each product. Is there any easy and clear way to do it or I have to make it hard way myself after reading docs, code and forum? I feel like I can use some hooks and controllers but I am not very sure. Please point me to the right direction! Thank you! P.S. I use Prestashop because of native multilingual catalog support and e-mail sending features out-of-the-box.
