Please somebody help, when i click on add to cart button, nothing is happen but when i reload the page value added in cart. same as when i remove from cart nothing happen but when reload page, value removed from cart. ajax cart is on and no error in console............... feeling frustrated please help, What can be the problem?

Hello all, bougth prestashop theme, changed color, style ect for my need on localhost server. Today I bought a hosting and uploaded website to live server. First time i uploaded entirely customised theme from localhost to server, and it's working, but there was one problem. I've noticed that After adding product to cart, the popup module (i think ajax) doesnt show the product price, product image, shipping ect. I thought that first time I was wrong somewhere. Second time I uploaded to server default theme from 0 to check, and the problem still exist. I'm attaching the few shots how it's look like. Besides that, When I was installing the prestashop i had few things I need to change. I contacted my hosting provider, they suggested for short_open_tag to create .users.ini file and to write there rule, but that doesn't worked. I've messaged second time for them and waiting for the response now and solution. I'm writing here to capture another view angle for problem from people who are using prestashop and knowing well it, it would be very helpfull to find answer for this.

Cześć wszystkim, mam problem z przyciskiem dodaj do koszyka. Na sstronie głównej mam 3 moduły, chcę aby na każdym produkcie był przycisk dodaj do koszyka. Tak aby klient od razu mógł dodać produkt do koszyka bez potrzeby podglądnięcia go, czy wejście w jego kartę produktową. Posiadam PS 1.7.5.1, czy to normalne że takiej opcji nie ma? Tryb demo też takiej opcji nie ma.

I have problem: "Add to cart" button works just in case defalut comboination is in stock. When defalut combination is out of stock in category list You could see "view" button. Hi, I have 1.7.4.2 version prestashop and have issues with my cart (ajax mode enabled). http://shop.smartshape.pl/prestashop_1.7.4.2/ Sometimes I can't add product to the cart, when I press the 'add to cart' button the cart popups and its empty. Sometimes when I click 'add to cart' the cart poupup isn't happening and the cart icon is dissaperaing from teh header and I have to back to the main page and click the cart icon there. Then products is in the cart already. Customer will be able to buy something but it will be complicated. Please help me asap if you know what is wrong. I wanted to start my shop yesterday... I saw a lot of solutions but I m just a beginner and I am able to manage UI of presta, not the code. Is it possible to solve the problem in my level?

Bonjour tout le monde, Je vous écris car je suis en train de mettre en place un site pour un client qui fait des objets publicitaires et je fais face depuis quelques jours à un soucis assez pénible. En effet dans les objets publicitaires et calendriers (le textile est géré autrement) lors de l'ajout au panier le produit est bien ajouté au panier mais non seulement cela ne m'affiche pas visuellement le produit dans le panier mais j'ai le panier qui disparaît! je dois recharger la page pour le voir ! Et idem si je veux supprimer un produit. Pour information je suis sur la version 1.7.2.2 de prestashop avec un thème acheté. Je n'ai pas d'erreur dans la console ni même en mode debug. J'ai essayé de voir et tester différentes solutions mais pour le moment rien n'a fonctionné...du coup si quelqu'un aurait une idée d'où ce situe le soucis je suis preneur! Sinon une solution qui pourrait être éventuellement jouable (bien que contraignante pour l'utilisateur je trouve) serait de faire un refresh de la page en cas d'ajout de produit ou suppression de produit. Mais je ne retrouve pas sur cette version de Prestashop où modifier le code pour faire ça. Hello, I have problem with "Add to cart" button. I've insert it on category view, and everything was working great. But few weeks later (I've done upgrade from 1.7.2.4 to 1.7.3.3) I've realised that it stopped working. Add to cart modal form have message that product was added to cart succesfuly, but nothing info about product that we added is showing, and nothing is added to cart. When I add to cart from product page everything works ok. Maybe someone had the same problem??

Hi, I need to create a bulk discount pricing function in my new Prestashop site. Discount Pricing I have set up at the moment: The more you buy of a certain category, the lower the price goes, until it reaches the minimum. (This I have already done using a free module: Category Quantity Discount). In the cart the discount shows, with the percentage reduced and the new price per product. The Job: I need that in the main product page, under each product, has a function that the price changes every time you add to cart. With static text displaying the minimum reachable price: Add to cart 1st round: €5.00 Minimum price: €4.00 Add to cart 2nd round: €4.80 €5.00 Minimum price: €4.00 Please see 3 screen shots to show functionality. Bonjour à tous, Je suis en train de travailler sur la page produit de mon site Prestashop et je me rends compte que le bouton "Ajouter au panier" fait bien son boulot en arrière-plan, mais ne redirige pas vers la page Panier et/ou ne rafraichit plus la page et le nombre d'articles dans le panier. En clair, visuellement rien ne se passe, mais si je rafraichis moi même la page, l'article a bien été ajouté au panier. Pourtant il y a qq jours quand j'ai commencé le développement, le rafraichissement fonctionnait bien, il y a donc sans doute une modif que j'ai apporté, responsable de ce petit bug, mais impossible de la trouver... - J'ai vérifié que l'option "Panier Ajax" était active (même si je pense que ça n'est pas lié à ce module) - J'ai remplacé l'ensemble de mon product.tpl par celui du thème par défaut et le problème persiste - Le souci donc doit venir d'ailleurs, d'un élément zappé et qui doit pourtant être utile Auriez-vous une idée ou qq éclaircissements sur la manière dont fonctionne cette partie d'ajout au panier ? Hello, i'm running 2 prestashop stores on version 1.6.12 and when i add something to the cart it shows the regular Continue shopping or Proceed to checkout modal, however, this is not responsibe, so when i go to the site in my mobile device it only shows a part of the modal and i cannot proceed. I would like to know if there's a way to make the modal responsibe or disable it completely for mobiles. Thank you.

i need to show some of my products only to certain users, but by default prestashop 1.7 shows to the user (that can't see that category) the message "You haven't got access to this category", which i don't like very much. I've been looking for some addons, but no one does the work i need, that's to say just disabling the view of the product for those customers who can't see it. Most of them show the message "You can't buy this product", and i don't really like it. An alternative could be showing the button "ask for a quotation" to those customers who can't see the price of the product, Is it possibile to display the button "ask for a quotation", thus disabling the button add to cart, only on selected products (coming from different categories)? I'm imagining some module that adds a tab to my product page, where i check the possibility to show the ask for a quotation or the selected group of customers. Any idea? i'm i asking something impossible? Thank you for your help.

Hello, In my Prestashop I want to sell product that has many parts. What I want to achieve is when person goes to that product, he can edit quantities of every part and then click one 'Add To Cart' button to add all parts to the Cart. I tried to achieve that with attributes, but problem is that you must choose attribute, then edit quantity, then add to cart , and then select next one and so on. I thought about adding every part as a new product, but then shop could become messy and adding attributes for one product is much faster and more organised. Conclusion: Editing Quantity of attributes and adding them all at once to cart is what I want to achieve, but other solutions are welcome:) Thanks!

Ik ben gebonnen met het vernieuwen van mijn webshop van versie 1.4.9.0. naar de nieuwste versie 1.7.2.4. Ik heb de nieuwe versie in test folder geinstalleerd. Allereerst onderzocht of de database om te zetten was naar de nieuwe versie. Heb daarvoor de module "MigrationPro: PrestaShop to PrestaShop Migration Tool" aangeschaft. Dat werkt prima (alleen de nieuwe versie logt na een bepaalde tijd uit waardoor de database conversie blijft hangen/pauzeert wat ik eerst niet door had). Producten, orders etc werden goed overgenomen vanuit de oude database en goed getoond. Ben daarna verder gegaan met de theme keuze en heb een nieuwe theme aangeschaft. Ben daarna veel tijd kwijt geweest in het aanpassen en inregelen van de nieuwe theme (is toch wel veel veranderd sinds wat v 1.4 kon en wat v. 1.7 kan qua sliders en instellingen van themes). Op zich was ik wel klaar om de upgrade volledig te gaan doorvoeren (de normale shop was nog werkend online en de test shop was om te zien of alles goed te upgraden was voordat ik dat met de werkelijk shop zou doen). Bij een laatste test waarbij ik het volledige bestel proces nog eens wou doorlopen bleek er iets niet goed te zijn: Mijn theme laat op de foto's op de home page en category page een add to cart knop zien waarbij je een kortere weg hebt om deze te bestellen. Daarnaast kan je op de foto klikken om op de product pagina te komen waar alle opties van het artikel te zien zijn (maat-kleur) met ook een add to cart knop. Ik kan nu geen artikelen aan het winkelmandje toevoegen. De knop op de product pagina werkt niet (niet aan te klikken - <button class="btn btn-primary add-to-cart" data-button-action="add-to-cart" type="submit" disabled="">). Toevallig vond ik bij een van mijn artikelen in één specifieke maat dat deze wel te bestellen was maar alle andere maten niet... Vreemd genoeg werk de knop op de foto in de home page en category page wel maar dan kan je geen maten kiezen dus dat help ook niet. Ik vroeg mij af of er iets in de database conversie niet goed is gegaan (ergens een setting van een product) of dat er iets aan de theme mankeert. Als ik naar de basic theme terug ga werkt het bij hetzelfde product wel goed (dan zou je denken het ligt aan de theme) Als ik in de aangekochte theme een product toevoeg werkt ook alles na behoren (dan zou je denken dat het aan de database ligt) Staat er misschien los van maar misschien ook niet: ik krijg op één module die bij de aangekochte theme hoort een foutmelding bij het opslaan van de wijzigingen (slider - foto - tekst - instellingen): "Ajax Error!!!! error". Ik kan mij van de oude versie herinneren dat cart ook iets met Ajax te maken had maar in de nieuwe versie kan ik daar niets over vinden (help werkt ook niet goed in de nieuwe versie). Opmerking: De instelling "Toon de knop "voeg toe aan winkelwagen" als het product attributen heeft " staat op NEE maar de theme houdt daar kennelijk geen rekening mee (of alleen vanwege het niet juiste werken van het geheel). Vreemd genoeg valt me nu net pas op dat als je op de Quick View knop klik hij het product laat zien maar laat bij de afbeelding een soort slide show zien van allerlei andere producten in dezelfde category..... Voorraadbeheer staat overigens UIT. Was ook zo in oude webshop/versie. Iemand een idee waar dit alles aan kan liggen? Iedere hulp is welkom aangezien ik nu niet meer weet waar ik moet zoeken en wie van de twee ik hierop kan aanspreken (de theme maker of de migration module maker).

Hi Thank you for taking the time to read my question. I recently moved my store to a new server and have found 2 issues that I think may be related. Firstly if I enter the URL www.layella.com I get the maintenance page (I have checked all the possible solutions for this after asking previously) However if I enter www.layella.com/index.php or www.layella.com/en I get the shop as I expect. So it's not redirecting properly. The second issue is that when I try to add to cart I get this error: Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'parsererror' errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data' responseText: With the response text being the under maintenance page.
