Is it possible that when I search for a product that is not active in the backend, I show it in the blocksearch and the client can see it?

Hi I want to translate this text that is on the order confirmation screen. I searched for it everywhere and i have not found it. Also the translation of the change does nothing. Somebody could help me? Thanks in advance

Quiero traducir este texto que se encuentra en la pantalla de confirmación del pedido. Lo he buscado por todas partes y no lo llego a encontrar. También la traducción de %s la cambio y no hace nada. ¿Alguien podría ayudarme? Gracias de antemano
