  1. Hi, We are using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 on our webstore. Recently had to update the Paypal module due to POODLE/SSL 3.0 and encountered the following issues. 1. The old PayPal module never showed the "Upgrade" button which it should have. So I had to manually download PayPal module version 3.8.1 and update on the website. 2. Since the update, the problem customers are having is that the whole process goes smooth and the payment gets completed. However, at the end they don't get a confirmation. The error in the back-office is Price paid on paypal is not the same that on PrestaShop. I identified that the problem is occurring due to shipping prices. In the website, the shipping price is rounded but now after the update, Paypal is taking the two decimals also and the price gets mismatched. For example: Previously, Upgrade discs to Canada would be: US$ 30 (price)+ US$ 15.19 (shipping) = US$ 45 (both on PS and Paypal) Now, Upgrade discs to Canada would be: US$ 30 (price)+ US$ 15.19 (shipping) = US$ 45 on PS and US$ 45.19 on Paypal Need urgent help on this as it is affecting many customers. Changing the shipping rates is not an option. Thanks,
  2. Yes, I can see something in red in the console even before changing anything. It is as follows: modules/homeslider/logo.gif Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) If I try to change position of slides I get following errors: XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://www No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 404.
  3. Based on some research in these forums, someone said to post the Ctrl+Shift+J log from Chrome. So here are the errors below: index.php:1 XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://...../modules/homeslider/ajax_homeslider.php?secure_key=(same as above). No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://173.254.28.12' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 404.
  4. Hi, We are encountering an issue and need assistance. Our image slider works on the front end, but we are unable to change the order of the slides. Even when we change the order in the CMS, the slides are still appearing old to new. Would appreciate help on this.
  5. Hi, We are running an e-commerce site out of Dubai using Prestashop. We are now getting an online payment gateway from Mashreq Bank through Payfort. Would like to know if anyone has experience of integrating similar online payment gateways here in UAE. Is there any module we can use?
  6. Hi, We are using PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 The problem I am facing is that when I try to change the shipping rates and click "Save", it is not saving. The old rates keep appearing. Saw that a few other posters have faced this issue but no responses.
