  1. I've activated the Mail Alerts 2.2 module and added my email account and checked the new order box but its not sending any emails out when an order is submitted. Neither the Mail Alerts account or the Customer account receive a confirmation email. I tested the Preferences > Email > Test your e-mail configuration and I received the test email to the same account that I have set in Mail Alerts. I'm using Version Any idea as to why its not sending out any emails when an order is placed?
