  1. Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 with the default theme. The shop seems to be working alright, we did some tests and it runs without issues. Initially it was sending notification messages with text and all the info. However, now the emails that both the admin and the customer receive when creating an account, placing an order, products in/out of stock are empty, just with the logo attached. I read some previous posts that suggested uploading again the files in modules/mailalerts/mails and I did, but it still isn't working. I touched a bit the language settings in the backoffice, because the installation of the webshop was done in Spanish, then I had to change the language of the shop to GB-English. I'm starting to wonder if that has something to do with the empty emails. I checked the translations in the backoffice for the email notifications, and they are all there... The website is sunsandsalt.com Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  2. Hello! Did anybody manage to find out why the order doesn't get saved by Prestashop? I have PS 1.6.0.9 and I can change the position of the items as explained, but as soon as I reload the product page it's back to the start. The changes don't affect the front desk either. Thanks!
  3. Hello! PS version is 1.6.0.9 PHP version is 5.2.14 Cheers!
  4. Hello! I was trying to upload an image to the description of a product (catalog>products>description), as well as to the description of the category, using the standard PS link/file manager of the description box. However I get the following message and cannot upload anything: FILE MANAGER Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() inD:\Inetpub\webs\DOMAINNAME\shop\adminXX\filemanager\config\config.php on line 3 Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks a lot!
  5. Hi all, I'm working on the Prestashop standard theme. I was wondering if it's possible to have a different background in each page of the website. I understand it's possible to modify the CSS to have specific colours in body/header/footer/etc. However ideally I would like to have something like: shoes > pink background t-shirts > image.jpg belts > blue background and so on. I'd be even better if it was possible to have a different colour for some specific product pages. Thanks in advance for your help.
