  1. Solved. I removed all the "\" from the template and it works again. Still wondering why it happened in the first place. Seems odd that one day it worked and another it didn't.
  2. Thanks, looking at that, I don't know how I missed that. Uninstalled wishlist and I'm in! I made an order, and got the blank confirmation page again, this time with an error, which is as follows: Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'SmartyCompilerException' with message 'Syntax Error in template "/services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/themes/default-bootstrap/mails/en/order_conf_product_list.txt" on line 2 "{$product[\'reference\']}" - Unexpected "\"' in /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:667 Stack trace: #0 /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templateparser.php(3144): Smarty_Internal_TemplateCompilerBase->trigger_template_error() #1 /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templateparser.php(3209): Smarty_Internal_Templateparser->yy_syntax_error(10, '\') #2 /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_smartytemplatecompiler.php(105): Smarty_Internal_Templateparser->doParse(10, '\') #3 /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletre in /services/webpages/m/o/mobiletrends.ca/public/prestashop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line 667 So I removed line 2 from order_conf_product_list.txt to test and see what would happen.. {$product[\'reference\']} The result was it having an error on line 3 {$product[\'name\']} So its not the template changes I made. Past that I am lost.
  3. Prestashop v1.6 The shop was working. Placed an order then all of a sudden I started getting a blank page before the order is confirmed. The order shows up in the back end, but neither me, nor the customer gets a confirmation email. I have setup the shop as a fairly simple shop, using only cash on delivery as a payment option. I am awaiting contact from my webhost to hear about the memory thing I have found after searching. That said I put Prestashop into debug mode, and went to create an order to see what the errors are when I get the blank page. However I got an error page upon loading Prestashop itself. Here is a screenshot of the error.
  4. Local path worked. "../../images/image.jpg" copied over just fine. Thanks for the help!
  5. Currently I only have one line in the CSV file for testing purposes, all images I have tried have been 100kb or less.
  6. The images are on the server already, and if I manually add them one by one, they work.
  7. That is what I figured. So anyone have any ideas why I am still getting "error copying image" ?
  8. They are on the same site, however I am using the full address. ie. http://www.mydomain.com/images/image.jpg The image links work if I put them in a browser. Is this a problem? should i be pointing it to local files?
  9. Running version 1.6 I am getting an error when using CSV import. It says 'Error copying image' I have checked file permissions on the server, no issues there. I have checked the umage url, they work. I have tried multiple sources. I have searched the forums and found fixes for older versions, but those seem to have been fixed in 1.6. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
