  1. A real pain in the butt waiting for the advertisements...er...selection modules to load.
  2. Any one else find it irritating that every time you are in the 1.7 back office and want to go to the modules, you have to wait for all the "Selection" (paid mostly) modules to load first? Slows down my work waiting for them to load. Hide them away; if I want them I will look for them.
  3. I think I found the problem...and the solution. It is in php file for website. In the php Configure Command section it must have '--enable-intl' in it or the installation will fail; get this error. Tried it on two different web hosts - One with and one with out '--enable-intl' in php. One that did not have '--enable-intl' in php got this error. (godaddy) One that did have '--enable-intl' in php worked; not problems. (inmotion)
  4. Checked over at the forge and many requests...but no answers or solutions. They aren't able to reproduce it. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3367 http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3936 http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3726 http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-1892
  5. Tried installing 1.7.72. Same error here....amazing no one has an answer. Seems like lots of people have same problem.
  6. My dashboard "Online Visitors" now says 0 visitors all the time. And I did nothing...it just suddenly went to this. The Stats "stats" section seems to be tracking the number of visitors. Any solution for this?
  7. Is not in that location you listed in my version of Prestashop 1.6+
  8. In my shop I get shopping carts that are abandoned and have huge orders in them. Obviously fake. How to I get the IP address of these fake shoppers and block them? See attached image below of recent list of abandoned carts. Thanks!
  9. Try this, it seems to have worked for me. Once I made the change everything was corrected on the upgrade page. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/559413-upgrade-ps1609-to-16014-you-come-from-the-future/
  10. I installed it, it works. But then I thought, who would use this? The visitor is already on the page, why and how would they scan the QR Code that takes them to the page they are already on? Sidenote: I use QRCodes in my print promotions; postcards, posters, signs on windows, etc. (Not many people scan the QRCodes.)
  11. @razaro - Thanks for the info. Side note: The problem began yesterday when I updated the module yesterday via my shop.
  12. @razaro - Greetings! Where does one put this code in the statsdata.php document? Which line? Thanks!
  13. Here is the SMTP email solution for Cloud Prestashop....straight from Prestashop support..... (Although I have not got it to work....) "You should restore the default settings you need to look at the e-mail you have received from SendInBlue when you opened your shop. Then, connect to your SendInBlue account and you'll be able to get back your personal parameters. After, you just need to set them in your shop back-office in "Advanced Parameters" > "E-mails". The PHP's mail() function isn't available on Prestashop Cloud. If you want to use it, you should use Prestashop Downlaod."
  14. Greetings! My Cloud version of Prestashop does not have the PHP version available, either. The problem I have is the SMTP version provided by Prestashop does not send out emails. When doing a test email all I get is error messages saying the email address and password do not match. Prestashop documentation says: SMTP password is empty (the password does exist in the database, it is just not shown here). http://doc.prestashop.com/display/CLOUD/Managing+your+email+domain+name My SMTP password is not empty - Even when I delete it and save, it returns. How does one find out what the password is? I tried my shop password but that does not work. Any ideas on how to solve this?
  15. Have same situation. Where is the homefeatured.css.map? The entire text in the homefeatured.css folder is: /*# sourceMappingURL=homefeatured.css.map */
  16. Did a google search: http://www.bestplugins.com/cms/prestashop-affiliate-module.html http://addons.prestashop.com/en/marketplace-prestashop-modules/8835-affiliate-plus-program.html Check this out....never tried it myself. "How to add an affiliate referrer in PrestaShop 1.5" http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/manage-affiliates-referrers/add-affiliate-referrer
  17. Have you checked into affiliate-type modules? Other Idea: Make a second (or more) listing in your shop of the product on the flyer. Make duplicates listing of the product & Give each a different model number in the product name "Shoes - Model 1", "Shoes - Model 2", etc. Each product would then have its own URL to your shop. Put different URL for each product on each different flyer. When orders come in then (for example) flyer 1 would be selling "Shoes - Model 1", flyer 2 would be selling "Shoes - Model 2". All the same product just different URL to buy from. Make "Visibility" in each product description as "Search Only" so they all don't show up in your shop.
  18. Help! Can't figure this one out. In advance, thanks for your help. (Prestashop See the attached file. In the Customer Shopping Cart section there are 12 Abandoned cart listings with the exact same two items in it. Check the date and times. Some are exactly at the same time, same day or different days. Why is this happening? How could one order & abandon the same thing at the same time? Anyone else have this situation? How does this problem get solved?
  19. Here is a link on how to do it: PrestaShop 1.6.x. How to regenerate .htaccess file http://www.templatemonster.com/help/prestashop-1-6-x-how-to-regenerate-htaccess-file.html
  20. bellini13 - Thanks for the information! For future reference, how does one "re-create the .htaccess file contents"? Best regards.
  21. In back office: Preferences > SEO & URLS > Set up URLS> Friendly URLS I turned off and on "Friendly URL" and it seemed to solve the problem....
  22. Thanks for your reply. There are images in the folder and a tree system. Prior to moving it into the new "shop" folder all the images worked fine. Two minutes later after moving the "img" folder into the "shop" folder they do not show up. Don't understand why they do not show up now. Everything else seems to be okay. All I did was move files and folders into a new folder with the name "shop". I also did this procedure with a 1.5+ version of Prestashop and no problems. This version is 1.6.09.
