  1. Thank mate I've been using http://www.iplocation.net/ to check. What about my other questions? Regards Greg
  2. Thanks for the replies guys. I have the following few questions: 1. How do I determine if an IP address is friendly or not? i.e: simply Google or Bing indexing and not some 16 year kid in the Ukraine trying to make my life a misery? 2. Does the Geolocation functionality within Prestashop actually work and is it a good starting point? 3. If I implement the Geolocation function within Prestashop, so I need to regularly update the GeoLiteCity.dat file? If so, how? Thanks Regards Greg
  3. Hi guys, Over the past few months I have noticed that when I start the Back Office Dashboard, that there have been very high numbers of users "in the last 30 minutes"....some of these have been more than 100 which is very unusual for my shop. When I looked at the IP addresses of these Users, I am seeing what looks like the same IP address accessing (pinging) my site multiple instances in a very short period of time.... I installed Vekia's "Ban IP Free) module and successfully block the bad IP address and the count dropped dramatically. I checked again today and noticed another high visitor count and when I checked I saw this (see the attached screen shot) http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a74s7u966 What I would like to know is how do I stop this from happening and how worried should I be? As I only see product in Australia, should I implement Geo Location blocking and use the Native Prestahop module???? Thanks for your help. Regards Greg
  4. Hi This might have something to do with the product being in more than one category...... Is the product attached to more than one category???? Regards Greg
  5. Hi Guys, I am using 1.6.0.9 and have been playing around looking at the various Developer function of Firefox as part of my learning and am wondering what these error messages mean??? Please see the attached screen shot of the Front Office of my web store.... Oh, everything is working fine... Thanks Best Regards Greg
  6. I just downloaded this module on my 1.6.0.9 site and it works perfectly. I downloaded it from your website but the version was 1.7 not 2.0..... Where can I get version 2.0??? Thanks
  7. Hi Vekia This is a great module! I was working on my web store and noticed that I have 458 visitors in the last 30 minutes which was obviously incorrect! I checked the stats for the IP Address and it was coming from Germany...I'm located in Australia and it looked as though it was constantly bombarding my shop.... I found this free module and configured it to block the IP and the visit count has dropped down to what it should be.... Thanks again Vekia! Regards Greg
  8. Thanks Bill for the clarification. I'll have a play around and let you know how I go.... My thought would be that I should be able to change an Order at anytime prior to shipping....makes sense to me!
  9. Hi Guys I just tried Bill's suggestion again just in case Unfortunately, I still can't edit the order...(http://awesomescreenshot.com/0634h8pgdc)
  10. Hi Nemo, Are you still thinking about this issue???
  11. Hi guys I turned on debug mode and started the Front Office and saw the following warning message: Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/5-web/54/11/rodpenroseracing.com.au/:/usr/local/lib/php/__applications/:/home/chroot_bind/php/php5/usr/local/lib/php/) in /home/5-web/54/11/rodpenroseracing.com.au/public/www/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 151 What does it mean and do I need to do anything??? Thanks Regards Greg
  12. I'm not using any of those options. It is just a single store..... If you like I can give you access to the back end of my testing/development site....
  13. Hi Nemo, I have plenty of stock for all products in the store. I've spent many hours trying to figure this out....there seems to be a number of other people on the forum with the same issue.....
  14. Hi Bill I don't think you are correct. I have this problem and have spent hours trying to figure out why and it seems to be a bug and not related to the status of an order....
  15. Hmmm...I also have the same issue with not being able to edit an Order via the Back office....this is not good!
  16. Hi Nemo Nope, I've tried the other Status's and still I can't edit the products in an Order.... Are you saying that you can't see the edit button on your version of 1.6.0.9 as well??? I though that I would try to manually create an Order from the Back office to see if I could them edit it but when I add a product, I get this error: You already have the maximum quantity available for this product.
  17. Hi Nemo, I can't see anywhere where I can change the products in the Order...here is a screen shot of what I am seeing: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c04fmywa5 What am I missing???? Regards Greg
  18. I have spent hours unsuccessfully looking for a solution to this issue. I want to edit/modify orders that have been created either in the front office or manually via the back office. For example, I want to delete or add a product to an order or change the qty of a purchased product..... Can this be done with standard 1.6.0.9 or are there any 3rd party modules...I can't seem to find any. This is such a basic thing I must be missing something..... Regards Greg
  19. Hi Themes Zone, This module is exactly what I have been looking for except that I need it to display in the middle column...is there a way to do this??? I basically want to replace the default New Arrivals module with your module: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a24expvc2http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a24expvc2 Regards Greg
