  1. Ok, I figured this problem! The version of Firefox I was using was the latest, Version 52.0. The version that was working was version 51.0.1...apparently they have changed the way Firefox interacts with specific website functionality. I reverted back to version 51.0.1 on my PC and it works properly... Here is the link to the Firefox website that explains what they have done: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Problems-with-add-ons-plugins-or/Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no/ta-p/31069 I don't understand this so perhaps somebody smarter than me can explain why the drop down isn't working on version 52.0 and perhaps how to change my Prestashop code so that this functionality will continue to work across all browsers in the furture.... Cheers Greg
  2. Ok, I just tested it on Edge and it works fine... Chrome - No work Firefox - No work Edge - Works
  3. hi Rocky, I just checked Avast, malaware Bytes and Firefox and I can't find anything that could be blocking the drop down...is the drop down Javascript?
  4. Hi Rocky. I have tried it in 2 different pc's on the same LAN and they both don't work using Firefox or chrome. I tried it on a 3rd pic on a totally different network and it works.... you are also saying that you can se it working also so I'm going to see if there is some strange Windows 10, anti virus "blocker" stopping it from working. Do you have any ideas what else I can check?
  5. It would really be appreciated if somebody could look at this issue for me...
  6. Hi guys I am using version 1.6.0.9 of Prestashop for some time now and it has been great! I just noticed that the user can no longer display the shopping cart! If the user adds some items to the cart , it all works well (I have Ajax enabled) but when they click or hover over the shopping cart, previously, it would display a drop down list of all of the items but all of a sudden now doesn't! Help! I have cleared the cache, recompiled everything etc... Can somebody please help me? The url is www.rodpenroseracing.com.au Your help is really appreciated. Cheers Greg
  7. I renamed it and the errors disappear for Autoupgrade but then appear for BanIpFree. I then delete the XML file in BanIpFree and the error message for Autoupgrade comes back... I then "Check for Update" and the error message disappear. Somethings not right here...
  8. Thanks for the fast reply. 9. Hi guys, I have been using 1.6.0.9 for sometime without any issues and the environment is very stable and is not changed very often. Today, I went into the Modules section and I see the following errors ( I have also attached a screenshot): 3 errors [autoupgrade] Error found in config file: Couldn't find end of Start Tag im line 1 [autoupgrade] Error found in config file: Premature end of data in tag module line 1 [autoupgrade] Error found in config file: Premature end of data in tag modules line 1 Why is this? Thanks for your help.... Cheers Greg
  10. Thanks for the module. I have installed it and have the following issues: 1. When I enter the email address and click SUBMIT, there is nothing to tell me that it has accepted my email address and the popup remains. 2. if i enter the same email address again, it says "he mail address is already registered" I have checked the Newsletter table and it contains the test email addresses that I have entered but how do I export these via the Back Office?? cheers Greg
  11. Thanks for the reply. Yes, i have activated Stock Management and the Mail Alerts as well. The mail alert is working when the "Threshold " is reached. This is a global setting and I was hoping that I could set a "Threshold" for each product.... Is this possible? Cheers Greg
  12. Hi guys I can't see where you can set the "Reorder Level" for a product so that when the stock level drops to either equal it or is less than, then Prestashop sends the "Low stock" email to Admin.... Can somebody please point me in the right direction? Cheers Greg
  13. Hi Vekia I just checked the settings for the /tmp folder and they are: 777 drwxrwxrwx Is this correct? Cheers Greg
  14. Hi Simonas I was trying to track down an issue that was causing me a lot of stress and it ended up being due to corrupt cookies. Once I deleted all cookies related to my domain from the browser I was using (Firefox) the issue went away. To answer your question, the Prestashop environment is working fine even with those messages being displayed when in debug mode..... Cheers Greg
  15. Hi Guys I am trying to determine if I have a problem with my 1.6.0.9 Prestashop environment. If I turn on debug mode, I see the following message when I start the front end: Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/f-web/fb/c2/greghanley.com.au/:/usr/local/lib/php/__applications/:/home/chroot_bind/php/php5/usr/local/lib/php/) in /home/f-web/fb/c2/greghanley.com.au/public/www/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 151 I'm somewhat of a newbie so can somebody explain to me what the above message actually means and do I have some sort of issue? Thanks for your help. Cheers Greg
  16. Hi, I am interested in your Fastbay module. Can you please send me a copy of your documentation? Cheers Greg
  17. Hi guys, I have modified the blockcategories.css so that the first lower level of category text is a different colour to parent category in order to make it more obvious when the user clicks the "down/expand" menu arrow. This is fine if the is only a parent and a single child but I have a parent with a child that when the child is clicked expands into another lower level child category.. My question is this.. how can I change the blockcategories.css file so that the lower child (the last) is a different colour than it parent? I hope this makes sense. Here is a copy of my blockcategories.css. @charset "UTF-8"; #categories_block_top { clear: both; position: relative; top: 30px; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu { position: relative; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li { position: static; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li > ul { width: 100%; top: 60px; margin: 0 20px; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li > ul > li { display: block; float: left; width: 20%; -webkit-box-sizing: border-box; -moz-box-sizing: border-box; box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0 10px; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li > ul > .category_thumb { display: block; clear: both; overflow: hidden; width: 100%; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li > ul > .category_thumb img { display: inline-block; width: 33%; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li h4 a { font-size: 1.1em; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li h4 a:before { display: none; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu > li .main-level-submenus { position: relative; display: block !important; visibility: visible !important; top: 0; background: none; box-shadow: none; padding: 0; left: 0; } #categories_block_top .sf-menu .category_thumb { display: none; } #categories_block_left { margin-bottom: 15px; } @media (max-width: 767px) { #categories_block_left { display: none; } } #categories_block_left .title_block { font: 500 23px/24px "Roboto", sans-serif; color: black; text-transform: uppercase; padding: 12px 0 15px 18px; color: #fff; margin-bottom: 13px; background: #fea800; overflow: hidden; border: none; } @media (max-width: 991px) { #categories_block_left .title_block { font: 500 18px/24px "Roboto", sans-serif; } } #categories_block_left li { position: relative; padding: 13px 0 11px 19px; border-top: 1px solid #c6c6c6; } @media (min-width: 992px) and (max-width: 1199px) { #categories_block_left li { padding: 13px 0 11px 9px; } } @media (max-width: 991px) { #categories_block_left li { padding: 13px 0 11px 9px; } } #categories_block_left li:first-child { border: none; padding-top: 0; } #categories_block_left li a { font: 700 16px/18px "Roboto", sans-serif; color: #000; text-transform: uppercase; display: inline-block; padding: 0 0px 0 0px; } @media (min-width: 992px) and (max-width: 1199px) { #categories_block_left li a { font: 700 14px/18px "Roboto", sans-serif; } } @media (max-width: 991px) { #categories_block_left li a { font: 700 14px/18px "Roboto", sans-serif; } } #categories_block_left li span.grower { display: block; background: #ffff; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 7px; cursor: pointer; font-family: "FontAwesome"; font-size: 14px; } #categories_block_left li span.grower.OPEN:before, #categories_block_left li span.grower.CLOSE:before { content: ""; display: block; vertical-align: middle; width: 30px; height: 30px; color: #777; line-height: 30px; text-align: center; } #categories_block_left li span.grower.CLOSE:before { content: ""; color: #000; } #categories_block_left li span.grower:hover + a, #categories_block_left li a:hover, #categories_block_left li a.selected { color: #fea800; } #categories_block_left li ul { padding-top: 14px; padding-bottom: 0px; } #categories_block_left li ul li { padding: 0 0 8px 3px; border: none; } #categories_block_left li ul li a { color: #0c70ff; font: 700 13px/18px "Roboto", sans-serif; } #categories_block_left li ul li a:before { content: ""; font-family: "FontAwesome"; font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400; line-height: 18px; padding-right: 5px; color: #fea800; } Thanks for any help. 18. Hi, I have been using this module for some time and I think it is great! It is very powerful and many of our customers who visit our site comment about how create it is. Whilst it is very powerful and flexible to use, it is also easy to configure and the technical support is great as well. Cheers Greg
  19. Hi, I just downloaded your module from your website and it says V2.1.0....not V2.2 Oh, and I also suggest that you change the phrase "Delete all fields" to "Delete all records". Regards Greg
  20. Hi guys Can somebody please tell me what this module is supposed to actually do? I installed it on my 1.6.0.9 test system and don't see any change...and yes, I cleared cache etc... Cheers Greg
  21. I think what I am referring to as the "Core files" are the files and folders that Prestashop creates when it is installed. I am assuming that these are all in the root (WWW) folder?
