  1. Hi Vekia, Thanks for the information and generous offer to inspect my Back Office. I'll send this information to my host provider and see if they can fix the issue. I also have the same issue with Store Commander. It alsi is unable to communicate with its server to check for updates. I'll update this post again as soon as I know if it is fixed or not. Thanks again for your help.
  2. Hi Vekia, I have just spoken to my Host provider and they do not allow connections by default and need to set up an Exclusion for the server that Prestahop is trying to contact. I need to provide them with the following: 1. Server name 2. Server IP address 3. The Port number that is being used. Can you tell me the above? Thanks again.

  4. Hi Vekia, I'm trying to install your free Zopim module and it requires for "Zopim Widget Id".....where and how do I find this? I have created a Zopim account but can find anything about a "Widget id". I've looked at your setup guide but I cannot see any reference to Account. oh, I kept looking and found what I think may be the Widget code and pasted that in and saved it but still not working. I tested to see if the Zopim website could "see" the configuration on my web site but it can't.... What am I doing wrong? Thanks
  5. Hi Guys I am pretty sure that the Back Office Module system is not working when it comes to checking for new versions of the modules I have installed. Up until a week or so ago, I remember that it was working as there were often new modules that needed to be updated. Over the past week or so, there have been no indications on any new modules....... I have "manually" checked for updates and although it seems to check, it comes back and say that there are no modules to update.... Does anybody have any ideas??? Thanks

  7. I had problems updloading images and then I decided to install a trial version of Store Commander to see if I could upload images using a third party tool and I could! From then on I could also upload images using the Back Office...I have no idea why but this worked for me...you've got nothing to lose..
  8. Hi guys I need somke help with using the Google Sitemap module. I have "run" it and it tells me to "Please set up the following Sitemap URL in your Google Webmaster account" (see attached screenshot). The xml file is in the root....is there anything I need to do?????

  10. Hi guys I have Googled and searched this but cannot find a single page that CLEARLY tells me all of the required steps to install and configure and use Google Analytics on my web site. Can anybody here help me out? I am after detailed step by step instructions on how to do this. Thanks for your help.

  15. I'm not trying to do anything. I recently moved my entire Prestashop environment to a new domain and was going through checking everything prior to going live and check the Configuration and noted that there we errors relating to fopen...(see attached screenshot) I also have no idea what fopen does...
  16. I can't seem to find what the setting should be for fopen... I have access to the php.ini file in my root. What should the FOPEN statement look like?
