Bonjour, j'ai actuellement des erreurs avec les commandes payés de certains clients. A chaque fois qu'un client (avec un nom ou prénom qui contiennent des accents) effectue une commande, la personne ne tombe pas sur la page de confirmation de la boutique mais une page blanche et je suis obligé de valider la commande manuellement dans le back-office. Existe-t-il un moyen de corriger cet erreur causé par les accents? Merci de toute aide.

i think i changed the checkout to one page checkout, but since i've redone my prestashop site completely under 1.6 (was 1.5) and now no problems -
i think most of the users that are affected use some version of mozilla firefox. could it be a problem with a module and mozilla or maybe css?

i manually imported my database from a 1.5 prestashop, do you think that if i forgot a table it could cause this problem for some clients?

my website isn't showing up properly for some of my clients. i've tried my website under safari, chrome, internet explorer and mozilla firefox with no problems, yet some of my clients are complaining that all they get is a blank page with a strip of pink across it (i'm assuming the same color as the nav at the top) prestashop 1.6 any help would be greatly appreciated

i installed a module that shows 3 blocks with links (banner image block) from the pure theme, it should show only on the home page but it's showing on categories as well. i checked the code and it does {if $page_name =='index'} at start in the .tpl file on the category pages in the source code it shows up only one variable for page_name which is 'category' even on my localhost the module doesn't show up with the same files... what is wrong? what might be the cause?
