  1. Hi, No, I am sorry, I just got busy with other things. I am really having a hard time trying to understand the way to change these settings. So I need time without other things going on. I really appreciate all your help and I am sure that I'll get to the bottom of this. The part that confuses me is the way the DNS server is used in this instance and the way it is pointed due to the use within many stores. I think this may also be part of my problem. I will keep you up to date once I get busy again. Thanks again.
  2. -- -- Table structure for table `ps_zone` -- CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `ps_zone` ( `id_zone` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL, `name` varchar(64) NOT NULL, `active` tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' ) ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=5 DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8; -- -- Dumping data for table `ps_zone` -- INSERT INTO `ps_zone` (`id_zone`, `name`, `active`) VALUES (4, 'Africa', 1);
  3. It must be correct, because if I do not point to this data, the site would not work at all.
  4. Yes, I checked again with the hosting company. Imaginet
  5. Good morning Okay, sorry, I didn't understand your question. Here is the settings.inc.php file https://www.dropbox.com/s/0jpi4yo2n54qxa6/settings.inc.php?dl=0 I have blanked the password.
  6. Very interesting. My PHP connection is - http://phpmyadmin.starlinedistributors.co.za/
  7. I created a database, "starnew" then I imported into, from my database on my pc which I had exported to my downloads file earlier.
  8. Here is a screen shot of PHP file in question https://www.dropbox.com/s/9b2k9u7hu5jsqij/Screenshot%202015-10-13%2016.16.55.png?dl=0
  9. also "starnew" As I explained, everything else works 100%. The only thing I cannot do is complete a order, as it requires a carrier "zone" I tried creating a new database, which I then imported the data and pointed to this "test" database and the same thing occurred, except it now said "Table 'test.ps_zone' doesn't exist" So I reverted to the original.
  10. I didn't think you needed this information, .... This is exactly what it says, below... Bad SQL query Table 'starnew.ps_zone' doesn't exist and this is exactly what I have on my pc and the same is on the live site....
  11. Sorry, yes and I have also imported a new one from my local backup. Both these tables look exactly the same, both set up for Africa. ???
  12. Thank you, but I am a little confused as to the the exact location. I have checked the database settings and have looked at ps_configuration, and all is correct. Please, this is only my 5th site and I am stuck. Where and what should I look for?
  13. I have looked and I can.... but where do you suggest I look? Because everything works okay on my pc and everything eccept this problem seems to work live.
