After installing a module, disabling it and deleting it. I am unable to reinstall the module, the error given is: You do not have permission to configure this module. Although it says it is installed it isn't. This happens with all modules that have previously been installed. I've also cleared the cache files and disabled them, but this has not resolved the issue.

Hi I currently have a website running Prestashop v1.6.1.7. when I try to update Prices and other information on the product information screen it won't allow me to save the data. I input the data hit Save and or Save and Stay and it doesn't save the data to the database. I have cleared all caching, switched caching off and also updated the Controllers directory with a fresh install of Prestashop but it hasn't resolved the issue. What can I do to resolve this issue?
