  1. We're having intermittent trouble with the PayPal IPN code. In the log files I see the following: [Wed Aug 19 08:21:10 2015] [error] [client] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getSummaryDetails() on a non-object in /var/www/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 156 Also a few notices: PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 86 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 88 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 89 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 90 Anybody got any ideas on how to fix?
  2. Thanks for your reply. We are using the most recent version of Prestashop. I'm not sure how the template will affect this?
  3. When I attempt to view shopping carts within admin, I get the following error: Invalid address #5199 at line 393 in file classes/Address.php This is caused by entries in the table 'ps_cart' not having values for 'id_address_delivery'. I've cleaned the database a few times, but the new rows keep on being created by Prestashop with the value '0'. Is this a bug within Prestashop or is my site configured incorrectly?
  4. Thanks for your reply. I've updated the 'currency restrictions' setting to 'customer currency' and it appears to work!
  5. We are using Prestashop with the PayPal module 3.10.0. Our site has a number of different currencies available - including AUD - which work throughout the site. However, when you submit an order to PayPal, the currency is changed back to GBP, for example: AU$ 216.20 - the value displayed within Prestashop £216.20 - the value displayed on PayPal As you can see, no currency conversion has been completed (it should be roughly £100). Has anybody else experienced this problem before? Any ideas on how to resolve?
  6. We're using PrestaShop Every so often PayPal returns the following message (in the order 'customer message' box): Any ideas on why or how to resolve this?
  7. I think I *may* have resolved this by taking some code from the latest version. I've edited FrontController.php by replacing the following: $useSSL = $this->ssl; With: if (Configuration::get('PS_SSL_ENABLED') && Configuration::get('PS_SSL_ENABLED_EVERYWHERE')) $this->ssl = true; if (isset($useSSL)) $this->ssl = $useSSL; else $useSSL = $this->ssl; I've also replaced: if ($this->ssl AND !Tools::usingSecureMode() AND Configuration::get('PS_SSL_ENABLED')) { header('HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently'); header('Cache-Control: no-cache'); header('Location: '.Tools::getShopDomainSsl(true).$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']); exit(); } With: // If we call a SSL controller without SSL or a non SSL controller with SSL, we redirect with the right protocol if (Configuration::get('PS_SSL_ENABLED') && $_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'] != 'POST' && $this->ssl != Tools::usingSecureMode()) { header('HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently'); header('Cache-Control: no-cache'); if ($this->ssl) header('Location: '.Tools::getShopDomainSsl(true).$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']); else header('Location: '.Tools::getShopDomain(true).$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']); exit(); } Can you see any potential issues there?
  8. Thanks for your reply. We're using version which doesn't seem to have that option included. Is there a manual way to switch this off?
  9. I've just started some SEO work on a PrestaShop website. For some reason, the entire site is available on both https and http, which as you can imagine is causing duplicate content issues. http://corsagecreations.co.uk/ https://corsagecreations.co.uk/ Is there any way to resolve this? Ideally only customer and checkout areas should be forced to use https.
