What is the solution of this bug? I have same problem. When translating in back office, email templates goes blank. When translating in Notepad++ html and .txt and then sending it to all files. In servers shows like everything is OK, but when email is sent to customer- it is not translated.

I have putted in mails folder and folder of my language and it started to work! Thank you !!

I have tried to download new prestashop 1.5. Took the "mails" folder and place it to my shop. But it did not work

Hello, i accidently delete "mails" folder. I have place the original mails folder, but confimation emails about order confirmation, order status does not coming to customer email. How i can fix it? Very often it comes on screen 400 error: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. First it was only at Chrome, now and Firefox. Page is starting to work onyl then I clean cookies. But after some time it shows again. I use prestashop 1.5.6.2 How to solve this problem?
