  1. I am having the same issue. Can you explain how you solved this please?
  2. I only sell in the US, and I want to have the customers "state" to show up in Customers/Addresses, but can't seem to find how to do that. Please see attached pic. Under International/Locations/Countries/UnitedStates "contains states" is set to Yes. I am using Prestashop 1.7.6.8. Thank you! : )
  3. I am using Prestashop 1.7.6.8, PHP version 7.2.33. I loaded the module "ps_emailalerts" from the back office module catalog - Mail Alerts v2.2.1. I am not receiving emails when a new order is placed. I have tried "resetting" the module. I have tried both PHP and SMTP mail options, and while both of those options work when I send a test email, neither sends a notification when a new order is placed. "Payment accepted" emails are being sent to the customer when a new order is made, but I am not receiving a notification when a new order has been placed. When I send a test email, it goes through just fine. I also tried downloading the module from github, but that failed as well. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
  4. Oh, I see. No, I want the website to be tstudioleather.com. So, it sounds like I have it set correctly, at /
  5. Since my Prestashop 1.7 software installation is in /public_html/tstudioleather.com/, I am just wondering what my base URL setting should be, in my back office?
  6. Hi, I have been getting FatalErrorException errors on my website tstudioleather.com, both the front office and back office. The pages eventually load without error, but only after hitting "refresh" several times. The Prestashop 1.7.6.8 software installation is located in /public_html/tstudioleather.com/. It is using PHP version 7.2.33. I should mention that have another website (tstudiojewelry.com) that is installed directly in /public_html. It running on an old version of Prestashop, v1.6.1.4, with PHP version 7.0.33. My question is this, could my FatalErrorException errors be caused by my Prestashop base URL settings? Both websites have the base URL set as "/" in both back offices. Should the tstudioleather.com website have the base URL set as "/tstudioleather.com"? That is the location where Prestashop 1.7.6.8 is installed. I tried changing that base URL setting to "/tstudioleather.com", but when I change it, I get a page of nothing but text. I completely lose the graphic interface. Are there other files that also need to be edited? Please keep in mind that I am not very technical. I know just enough to get myself into trouble : )
  7. Hi, I have a question. The website that I have been getting errors on is tstudioleather.com (it is an addon domain), and the Prestashop 1.7.6.8 software installation is located in /public_html/tstudioleather.com/. It is using PHP version 7.2.33 In my Prestashop back office, under SEO & URLs, shop domain and SSL domain is set to tstudioleather.com. The base URL is set to / Should that be set to /tstudioleather.com ? When I change it, I get a page of nothing but text. I completely lose the graphic interface. I should mention that have another website, tstudiojewelry.com that is installed in /public_html. It is considered my primary domain. It has Prestashop 1.6.1.4, with PHP version 7.0.33. Could these two software installs be in conflict with each other somehow? (I will eventually be upgrading tstudiojewelry to Prestashop 1.7, but won't have time to get to that for a few weeks.)
  8. When I installed a fresh version of Prestashop 1.7.6.8, with a completely fresh database, before adding a single module, theme, or creating a single listing, or making ANY changes at all, I was still getting the error. I have tried switching to the default theme, and still got the error.
  9. p.s. My Prestashop 1.7 is installed in a subdirectory ... public_html/tstudioleather.com. There is an older version of Prestashop (v 1.6.1.4) installed in public_html, running a different website (tstudiojewelry.com). Is it possible there is a conflict between the two? Do they share any of the same files? Sorry, I'm not very technical, so it makes it difficult for me to find the problem.
  10. bump ... can anyone help me please? my customers are unable to place an order, so this is rather urgent. Thank you! : )
  11. I am having the same problem ... anyone find a solution?
  12. Okay, I reinstalled a fresh version of Prestashop 1.7.6.8, with a completely fresh database. Before adding a single module, or creating a single listing, or making ANY changes at all, I am still getting the error. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I am with InMotion hosting. Has anyone else had this problem with Prestashop 1.7? Also, my front office only works if debug mode is enabled.
  13. I reposted, because I could not find my original thread. I saw that post from Matthew R a couple of days ago. My max_execution_time is 300.
  14. Hi, I am using Prestashop 1.7.6.7, PHP Version 7.2.32. I keep getting this error (see attached pic). I get it on more than one page in my back office. I have done a full cache removal manually, and the problem still exists. It's weird, I can hit "refresh" about 7 or 8 times, and it eventually goes away. I am having the same issue with some pages on my front office. If I hit "refresh" several times, and the page eventually loads. Does anyone know what it means, and how I can fix it?
  15. p.s. I am having the same issue with some pages on my front office. If I hit "refresh" several times, it eventually loads.

  20. My website was working fine yesterday, and all of a sudden today, when I go to Products in my back office, I get a blank white screen. I have made no changes to my website. The front office is not working either. Anyone else experience this? Or have any idea what to do? Thank you for your time! : )
