Hello, I have also similar problem. I had 76 customers with addresses, 72 of them has been migrated 2 months ago and 4 has logged after that. I tried to upgrade 1.7.6. 5 to 1.7.8. did not manage, but lost the cusotemers - shows only one test customer created 2016, but 68 adresses are still there. Customers can´t login at all. We use this shop as a cataloque mainly for reseller and have therefore no orders at all. So this is a bit different than the versions above. - Tintti

1.7 How do I change the store information in PS 1.7?

Hello, we have a problem in multistore.The main store works ok, but the sub store do not show the store name and address at all, why? We can manage them in the module, but those are not visible. Phone number and email are ok. The same info is missing also in contact form module. No name and address ,but phone and email ok. Any idea how to fix? -

Hello, I am running two projects in different versions. Version 1.7.6.5 Now I have an issue of FOs and pricing. The main shop is visible but the shop 2 not visibile - only totally white page. Shop 2 is nearly ok in BO, everything is activated. The prices are only without tax, altough the tax rules are active and shown in product parameteres. But in the same time there is no currency connected (localisation) to shop 2. Can´t add it, EUR. due to be already in use, a bit confusing... ___________________________________________ (1.7.0.3) In the other project I have all products doubled lines, how to remove

Hello, After several tries I managed to add the categories to multishop 2 after creating the same amount of category-levels into mainshop... Now I have an issue of FOs and pricing. Hello, I have a problem to add product categories. I can only add subcategories under the root/home category. Other addings do not have the place where to choose the upper / parent category. I have multistore; into the default store I have migrated the products & categories from old shop, 1.4.xx. The categories are visible in BO but products can´t be connected to them. Into the 2nd shop I have created the categories and products as new items. And can add only subcategories under the root category. Have removed all demo categories when migrated the old shop.

Hello, how come I have problem to install the module itself, too big file after unzipping, 3,3 or 2,7 MT and 2 Mt allowed? Is this due to my hosting service or what?

Hello, my problem is following: At first I have managed to add subcategory images (prewatch), but suddnely now I cannot add any images nor change the old ones. What is the problem here? Using 1.6.1.7 version

HI THERE, I have a problem with email translations; when I first tested to crate an account / make an order ( at the very beginning of the creating my shop) it was done and emailed ( as a customer) with my own language. Then I have configured more and added products etc. If I now create an account / make an order I (as a customer) will get answered only in english mails. It won´t change anything at all to mails, no own language nor english mails (customer mails). What is wrong? I use 1.6.1.7 version and default theme. BO mails are fine in my own language....

Hello, I installed 1-click upgrade module and when trying to configure it, all I get is a blank page. Whats wrong? Have 1.5.6.1 try to upgrade 1.6.xxx ************* tried to upgrade "manually", Installed new shop in into new address, copied the DB, changed name and others (PW etc.) Copied some (old site) files according to orders to new site. How do I get the old table ps-prefix to work for this new site? Tried to import old DB content to new empty DB, but did not work due to some mistake. How to go on?
