I mean, the topmenu is enable then after a few some time ( sometime 5 min other some hours ) its go to disable.

Hi all, I have the follow problem with th to menu. My prestashop is 1.7.4.4 , theme classic. After configure the top menu with the catgory that i what to show all seems ok but after a while i losse the top menu, when i go backoffice ( Top Menu ) i need to place active again. this happens just to me? Boa tarde a todos, Estou com o seguinte problema. o site que tenho online está a acontecer o seguinte: Quando vejo o site no PC está tudo OK quando vejo no telemóvel aparece-me uma barra por baixo do produto, como posso fazer para retirar a mesma. Não sei, julgo que a empresa que detém o alojamento deve ter feito alguma coisa que resolveu o problema, já os questionei sobre esse assunto mas ainda não obtive resposta, se souber mais alguma coisa coloco aqui a resposta.
