  1. Hi Nemo1 thank you for your advice. I did ask for a paid help and member nino88 solved my problem. Unfortunately I don't know how. Ask him. He just said that the module I installed was not compatible.
  2. Hi, My website is happily running on Prestashop 1.5.6. But lately I installed an addon that didn't work as I expected. So, I uninstalled it and deleted it. Since then when I try to manage the Modules section I get the following error message: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module Module.php(1096) : eval()'d : Can't use function return value in write context The site is running smoothly, but I can't access the Modules section. Are you ready to help? Can you supply a quote? (see this thread in this Forum: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/310689-fatal-error-in-module-modulephp1096/)
  3. No, not of the same kind. But I do have other addons: skype call, login block + facebook, Google merchant center, You Tube Product Videos
  4. I did check. One folder: blockmarquesina. Inside: there is NO /override/ directory. just nine files.
  5. Hello vekia and Nemo1, thank your for your swift response. The module I added, then uninstalled and then physically (permanently) removed from the directory "modules" is: Module Moving / Scrolling Text Banner for Header - Marquee I don't know if it uses overrides. Would really appreciate your help!

  7. for me to have the right image back the solutions was: file: modules/cashondelivery/views/templates/hook/payment.tpl modified this way: <img src="http://mysite/modules/cashondelivery/cashondelivery.jpg" ... instead of <img src="{$this_path_cod}cashondelivery.gif" ... Hope this will help someone .....
  8. Hi, I think I found a bug in Presta 1.5.6.1 When checking out on the fifth step (payment) I get a page with a broken image, the last one from the top (the one referring to COD). The reason is, in my opinion, that the path to the image is incorrect. It says <img src="cashondelivery.gif" alt="Paga in contanti alla consegna (COD)" ...> while it should be: <img src="modules/cashondelivery/cashondelivery.gif" ...> Please confirm and, in case, let me know where to find the corrisponding file that has to be edited. Thank you
  9. Xavier, please: where exactly did you move this topic? I was looking too how to configure the COD module. Thank you
  10. tornado, I didn't ask for the explanation you gave about adding a link to a gallery but I do appreciate your help. It could be useful in the future Bye for now.
  11. dear Paul, stottycabanas and tornado1979 sorry for the delay in replying to you kind posts: I was celebrating my stepmother's birthday (I live in Italy and presently it is 16:12 hours). What Paul sent me is very, very clear: I was missing step #6. I followed the instrucions and now the top menu works like a charm. Thank you very, very much for sharing your knowledge with the community, I hope I could help you as kindly as you did with me
  12. Hi Paulito, and thank you for you reply. Yes, I'm trying to have items on the top horizontal menu. For the moment I only have there a Home tag, I wish I could add something like The Company with subcategories, as per the image you linked. I still can't find out how to do that! Any help would be appreciated.
  13. Hi vekia, please what do you mean exactly when you say: "then in top horizontal menu add The Company category" ? How do you achieve that? I've been trying this way: - created category - created pages in that category - saved but nothing appears in my top menu (using default theme on prestashop 1.5.6.1) Thx
