Según me comentaron la numeración de las facturas no se había arreglado en la versión 1.4.3, eso me respondieron en el soporte. Tampoco funcionaba el módulo Servired.

Hola a todos, os explico mi caso a ver si me podéis ayudar. Empecé una tienda nueva en la versión 1.4.0.17 y tengo un problema con la generación de facturas que no me funciona bien, después de intentar arreglarlo, y no funcionarme, he decidido montar la tienda en 1.3.7 puesto que ahí funcionaba ese tema correctamente. El problema que tengo ahora es que al importar la base de datos todo parece que está ok menos los productos de la tienda. Están en la base de datos, pero no en el BO ni en el Front Office. Alguién sabe si es posible importarlos de alguna otra manera? habría que modificar la estrucutra en otro formato e importarlo de nuevo? Es que tengo 600 productos y me da un telele si tengo que empezar a darlos de alta desde 0. Gracias Solucionado: instalé 1.3.7

Hi, I started a shop with v.1.4.0.17 and had problems with the invoice numbers, they don't auto increment. I'm trying to install 1.3.7, I get an error after importing the database : Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query! I solved the loadtaxzones importing it from another shop. everything seems to work, but I can't see the products at the shop or the BO. I can see the product lines at the database..... Does anybody know how to fix this? I don't want to start again, I have 600 products.... thanks in advance SOLVED: Exporting to EXCEL then erasing the columns that didn't match with the 1.3.7 version.

Hi, thanks for replying. Yeah, I saw that post before but haven't found the solution there. I do have the PS_INVOICE_START_NUMBER field in the ps_configuration table but the number doesn't increase when having a new order, and changing the "state" of the order gives a numer like: CU000000, the CU is the prefix and the zeros is the number it gives to the invoice. The order also shows that was created: 0000-00-00 00:00:00 , so it's an error also. Does it happen also with version 1.4.3? thanks

Hi, I have prestashop 1.4.0.17 installed and I'm having a problem with the Invoice number. I tried changing at the BO and at the ps_configuration --> ps_invoice_start_number. After changing that, next order goes well, but then after the invoices give a lot of zeros (00000000000) in the number, so it's an error. Do I have to change any code anywhere or do you have a fix for this? thanks in advance Solved: I had to install 1.3.7.

Hi, I've checked and I do have the PS_INVOICE_START_NUMBER, changed the number value, then the next order was processed well, but then again back to number 0, so it doen't work for me. do i have to change any code anywhere? thanks

Hola, tengo una antigua tienda con la versión 1.2.5 c7 de cartium, y ahora tengo que añadir el idioma portugués. he creado el idioma y he importado el paquete de traducción, hasta ahí todo ok. he revisado en los módulos que tuviera instalado el "Bloque de Idioma v.0.1" que añade la selección del idioma, he revisado en las posiciones y está en el sitio correcto, pero la tienda no lo muestra. Alguien sabe que más debería mirar. Lo mismo es algo de código que está mal. Gracias saludos

Hi, I've installed a shop in a folder called SHOP, then changed the direct acces to the shop at my hosting so people can acces directly with "www.domain.com", but the shop is still in the folder, now I have a problem when clicking the Home link, it points to the SHOP folder, not the direct domain, so I get an error. Do yo know how to solve this or where I do have to change the link? or can I hide this Home link? Thanks in advance.

Hola, necesito poder asignar el transporte gratuito a algunos artículos y a otros no. Tenéis alguna solución para este tema? He visto en Cartium la opción de asignar transporte gratuito al artículo, pero si añades uno que tiene esa opción directamente pone el porte gratuito en la cesta, y si pones otro en el cual hay que pagar porte sigue saliendo gratis. Hi, I downloaded the lastest Prestashop version. I'm having a problem with shipping. I need to set "Free shipping" for some products, but not for others... If I add an item to the basket who has the "Free Shipping" feature all the rest items are sent Free, and I don't want it to. Do you know how to set free shipping for certain items only added to the basket? thanks in advance

Hola, yo lo instalé hace poco en una tienda y funciona bien, primero te darán unos datos de PRUEBAS para configurarlo y hacer esas pruebas. más tarde cuando hayas revisado que todo sea ok... que registre los pedidos, envie correos y tal tienes que solicitar el modo producción, te darán otros datos y ya estará listo. Saludos

Hola, estoy configurando el módulo de pago de la Caixa en una tienda y me han dados unos datos para hacer pruebas. todo parece ok excepto que en el historial de pedidos sale "Error de pago" y envía un correo de que se ponga en contacto y tal, en el panel de control del TPV de la caixa parece que todo es ok y que se registró el pago normal. Alguien sabe como solucionar este error? gracias saludos Solucionado, cambié el módulo completo por el de la versión Cartium y funcionó.
