  1. I am trying to hide individual products of a pack from the catalog, so I don't have the three essentially same products sitting next to one another in the category. Although I set the products' visibility to Nowhere in Catalog > Product > Edit > Information: The products still come up in the category: How can I make this work? Help!
  2. nicer if it exports and imports attributes as well...or, am i asking too much?
  3. I am having the same problem, and didn't have any luck solving it.

  5. turned out to be the difference in regional settings. I temporarily set it in French, and the problem disappeared.
  6. Thank you for your quick response. I didn't get any dialog box to define the delimiter when I opened the file in Excel, so there was nothing to "open it as". The second part is what steps/settings I would need to take with the revised file in order to make sure it will be imported back to the store properly when I am done adding all the products to it. Hope this clears it out.
  7. Hi, I have a 2-part question about product csv export/import. 1) I'm trying to figure out uploading and editing bulk product feeds, and at first, I exported a product csv under Catalog > Products. When I open it in Excel, the below is what I get: http://www.mimazee.com/deep/csv.png They look all jumbled up. What am I doing wrong? 2) If I convert the original to navigate properly in Excel, what steps should I take to save that file properly to import it back to the store? Thank you very much for your time in advance, KidTao
  8. Hi, I have been studying PrestaShop for my next e-commerce project, and I must say, so far, I'm very impressed with its interface. Nice job! I have a question about its available product feed tools though. In OpenCart, I remember using a CSV-based extension called Export/Import Tool, which worked out nicely as a bulk product export/import tool. I have being looking up options available for PrestaShop, but I am not sure if I have found exactly what I'm looking for. The default "export" in Catalog>Product was putting all data in one column, delimited by semi-colon, which I'm not too crazy about. Most modules that I found on the addons store here were either XML-based and/or for importing only, it seems. I prefer working in CSV, preferably using multiple worksheets for speed-sake. Could anyone recommend a good module for what I'm looking for? Cheers, KidTao
