  1. Yeah I did contact them I just thought I'd post here as well until they reply to my email
  2. Hi, I'm having an issue with the module Attribute Wizard Pro. I added file upload fields, however when I try to upload an image I get a question mark thumbnail (http://i43.tinypic.com/15g5nba.png). The images are being uploaded to the server, it's just the thumbnail problem. Also, the attributes a customer chooses to customise their products aren't shown in the order page in the back office (http://i44.tinypic.com/291kx0m.png), therefore I can't tell which customer uploaded which image and which attributes they chose.
  3. It's correctly installed. There was another similar poster who had the same problem as me in the end she just got this module. The post is pretty old though, I think I'll just get it and hope for the best Thank you for your help! I appreciate it!
  4. I changed that, it didn't have much of an effect. However I realised that when I upload a png image it redirects to a blank page, whereas when I upload a gif, or jpg it works, but when you save it you get a blank image as shown in this screenshot: http://i40.tinypic.com/sqquf7.png
  5. I tried uploading large and small files. The smallest was 10kb and it still didn't work. Largest was 500kb.
  6. I don't have access to a php.ini file And yes it's 256mb.
  7. Hey! Done. This is the error I get when trying to upload: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 28000 bytes) in /home3/aalaa/public_html/classes/ImageManager.php on line 174
  8. I have a problem with product customisation; when someone tries to upload a picture and clicks save, you are transferred to a blank page. Anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? This is one of the custom product pages: http://maccessory.or...ustom-skin.html Thanks!
  9. Nevermind! I fixed it by changing the last width to height in the product.tpl file: {/if} id="bigpic" {if $largeSize.width}width="{$largeSize.width}"{/if} {if $largeSize.width}height="{$largeSize.width}"{/if}
  10. I would appreciate anyone's help with this issue. I've been trying to edit my product image sizes, the width is fine but for some reason the images keep on stretching vertically. I changed the height from the backoffice but for some reason it's not working. I can't find the code setting the height either in the .css & .tpl files I looked through. Thanks.
  11. I used the literal tags in the CMS page editor. I just tried your code in the same editor it doesn't work. Should I use it somewhere else? Sorry I'm a newbie I guess I'll figure it out sooner or later. Thanks.
  12. 1. I put the script between the literal tags. 2. I'm using prestashop version 1.5.3.1 But doesn't the template file change all the CMS pages? I only need to add the script to one specific page. Thanks!
  13. I've been trying to add a script to a CMS page and it doesn't appear. I tried using the literal tag as suggested by previous posts, that didn't work as well. I also tried editing the pages from the source but I couldn't find location of the files. Is it possible there is a way to use scripts on CMS pages? Thank you!
