Guys, my setup: OS: ‪Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS Product: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21 Prestashop version: 1.7.5.2 PHP version: 7.1.33 Theme: Template Monster theme by Zemez I am having the same issue (if I correctly understood). Customers that write a supplementary note at the shipping step of the order (e.g. "I will pickup from store", "please deliver it to my before Thursday" etc etc) get an error 500 and NO confirmation email is sent in the email they registered. Order can be seen only in the PS BO. This can happen in any of the payment options AS LONG AS the customer leaves an optional message at the SHIPPING METHOD screen. Next, you select the PAYMENT method, then comes an (optional) confirmation screen (depending on the payment method selected) and then BOOM! ERROR 500. The error comes immediately after choosing Bankwire, or in the case of COD or credit card purchase, it comes after the COD confirmation or when the customer is transferred back from the bank's safe environment, BEFORE the order confirmation screen that displays the registered order details to the customer. In any case, it must be the text inserted in the shipping step, that causes chaos and mayhem. Order has been placed but the customer doesn't know it. It can be seen only in the BO. Can somebody see what is going on and provide us with a patch or workaround? BTW, "hiding" the specific field doesn't qualify as a solution because customers usually have something extra to request as a final note. Please, I don't want to re-design the site in PS 1.6.xx. Come up with a solution or a recommended server setup! Thanks in advance, Peter
  2. Καλησπέρα, Δοκιμαστικό email φεύγει κανονικά. Τα emails σε οποιαδήποτε αλλαγή του status της παραγγελίας φεύγουν επίσης κανονικά στον πελάτη (έχω φτιάξει και νέα status και eml templates σε 2 γλώσσες και δουλεύουν άψογα.) Έχω και άλλο θέμα με τη φόρμα επικοινωνίας. Όταν πατάς [αποστολή], βγάζει λευκή σελίδα και μόνο αν πατήσεις F5 και [resend] στο μήνυμα που ακολουθεί, εμφανίζεται πάλι η σελίδα της επικοινωνίας με το success message. Άλλαξα και php version, αλλά δεν είδα βελτίωση... Οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια/συμβουλή είναι ευπρόσδεκτη...
  3. Καλησπέρα, σε Prestashop 1.7.5.2. Αν τις παραπάνω επιλογές τις έχεις ενεργοποιημένες και παρόλα αυτά δεν λαμβάνεις, τι γίνεται; Οι ΜΧ είναι στην Google. Τα emails τα βλέπω στην διαχείριση, αλλά όχι στα inboxes των διευθύνσεων που έχω ορίσει σαν webmaster/customer service. Μήπως να ξαναστήσω το site σε 1.6.x.x για να δουλέψει ανθρώπινα;

Την πρώτη φορά που διαγράφτηκαν οι τιμές (2 εβδομάδες πριν), τις ξαναπέρασα εγώ ο ίδιος manually. Σήμερα, η κοπέλα που διαχειρίζεται το eshop (και αποδεδειγμένα γνωρίζει και δεν πειράζει πράγματα) με ενημέρωσε πως οι ειδικές τιμές δεν υπάρχουν πουθενά. Απενεργοποίησα διάφορα modules που δεν χρειάζονται, ακολουθώντας το σαν tip που βρήκα σε προηγούμενη αναζήτηση, αλλά για 2η φορά γίνεται πάλι το ίδιο. Αλλαγές/updates κλπ. δεν έχουν γίνει από εμένα το τελευταίο διάστημα, εκτός από την λίστα πάνω που έχουν γίνει αυτόματα. Επίσης, όταν πας να ορίσεις ειδική τιμή, κάποιες φορές την παίρνει με την πρώτη και κάποιες άλλες με την 2η-3η φορά. Αυτό το συνάντησα πιο πολύ μέσω Chrome, στον Firefox δεν είχε πρόβλημα. Επειδή είναι production site, δεν μπορώ να πειραματιστώ και πολύ, και το εν λόγω θέμα προκαλεί προβληματα στις τιμές που βλέπουν οι πελάτες και στις πωλήσεις. Αν μπορεί κάποιος να προτείνει κάτι, θα το εκτιμούσα ιδιαιτέρως. Είναι μια πλατφόρμα e-commerce με μακράν την καλύτερη διαχείριση και δεν θέλω να πάω σε κάποια άλλη λύση.   5. I can't believe I spent 3 hours deleting, creating taxes/tax rules and doing mass db updates to come to this. Yep, its the Customer groups setting that displays the front-end price with or without tax.... everything else I read and did, mentioned in other posts, had no effect Thanks a lot cdaniel.
  6. I didn't say I have personal experience. I just "read" many negative reviews. Do you recommend them over Hostgator? My problem is solved with gator now. However, I want to move my prestashop installations in European host, guess they will benefit speed and response times....
  7. I had problems with bluehost as well. and yes, I followed presta's recommendation for hosting on them. Site was terribly slow, backoffice even slower. I moved my site to host gator after 1 month and the response time is at least 50% faster. However, today, I have a problem with my presta now hosted on gator. after chatting with a tech, they told me they will fix it asap and notify me via email. I thought of moving from hostgator as well, but the reviews I have been reading for the last 4 hours for many of the alternatives (justhost,ipage,webhostingbuzz), are at least disappointing. And the problem is I am not making that much to go on a dedicated server.
  8. The theme I am using was purchased through templatemonster. The author apparently forgot to add the "availability" part of code to the product.tpl file of his template. Switching to the default presta template, I was seeing the "availability" status block showing clearly on the product page. Switching to templatemonster tpl, the block disappeared.   11. Hi, guys. Before you start telling me that I have to search the forum for answers, I am saying I did, and applied some of the solutions that supposedly worked for some ppl. All I want is to have a message displaying when product is out of stock, the custom one you enter in "Quantities" section when adding/editing a product and a relevant message when product is in stock and can be ordered. None of the messages displays for me, no matter what I have tried. A basic question: Do I need to have Stock management set to OFF if I want to display such messages? What other settings should I have? Thanks in advance, Peter
  12. Hello, it worked for me by editing the php.ini, adding these 3 lines mentioned above with limit up to 5000. Saved, refreshed my translation page on the BO and page came up successfully. BTW, thanks goes to vekia for his reply in the translations related thread.
  13. Hi guys, I am about to setup my e-shop in English/Russian. I uploaded the ru lang pack and most of the site is translated when changing the language to RU. However, some elements are still in English, like the following: Featured Products header Add to cart/view buttons Empty (on blockcart when no products are yet added) Select to compare Shopping cart summary page and so on... Does anybody know how I can add translations for elements/pages show in the FO. I have found a few .php files that contain translations but these are mostly for the BO. Can anyone shed some light here??? Thanks in advance, Peter
