I have deleted the cache already but no improvement. Plz see attached screen shot of customer configuration in BO

We are facing very strange behavior on our website (Rangrasiya.com.pk). Any visitor can see the details of recently logged in users information when visitor clicks on sign in link at top. The website was up since long and there was no issue. This issue came to our knowledge couple of weeks ago. We search the forums and internet but did not find any solution. To test, I created a dummy user. After sign in, when click user information link. The information was of any other customer. I tried to Sign Out but it is not working. I also regenerated .htaccess file but without any success. Prestashop version is 1.6.0.9. Any quick reply will be a kind help for us. Apache Version 2.2.31 PHP Version 5.4.45 MySQL Version 5.5.51-38.2 If need any furhter info. Please let us know.

ndiaga Thanks for quick reply. What other informaiton, you required to look deeper. Update: I creaed a dummy customer account and when I logged in new credentials then I see the details of any other user. Sign Out not working even Please help!!!

Greetings of the day to everyone. Prestashop is sending emails (News/Offers) to the email addresses of our employees without our intention. E.g, I have an employee with ([email protected]) email ID. He is receiving newsletter emails from prestashop.com ([email protected]). I need your support to figure out the issue and its solution. I really want to stop these emails. Your earlier response will be very supportive for me. Thanks
