  1. That top black background is in global.css line 5279 header .nav { background: #333333; } Hop you do use Chrome developer tools of Firefox+Firebug. And for changes not showing, try to disable cache in backoffice > advanced preferences and also clear cache. Also clear browser cache. One more thing I noticed, it is good practice to not edit directly default-bootstrap theme but copy it and create new theme in back office for example named avenuechick. p.s. For new questions you have not connected to current topic title , create new topic.
  2. On page http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Creating+your+own+theme there is section so for modules you delete folders in /themes/YOUR_THEME/css/modules/ and then css from main module folder will be loaded. Note if you do not want to use/display some module you can disable it in back office and later when you finish theme and export it to zip file it will save that setting, so when you install your theme it will disable that module. And for override folder, if you think on one in root, that one does not have any connection to theme. It contains overrides of core classes and controllers, so php files.
  3. Hi Marina, Welcome to the forum, hope you have success with Prestashop and new themes. Like Vekia said css files are called in Controllers (php files) and in this case in is from homeslider.php https://github.com/PrestaShop/homeslider/blob/master/homeslider.php#L465 If you want to change some css of module recommended way is to have file that overrides default css. So for example you have in themes/default-bootstrap/css/modules/homeslider file homeslider.css in which you can add your styles. And if you did not already check go to following link, even if it is for previous 1.5 version http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Designer+Guide
  4. Working fine for me also. Try to test with browsers incognito/private modes, maybe some cookie/cache issue.
  5. Not sure what is an issue as your shop is in maintenance mode, you could add some screenshots that helps seeing a problem. But think you have all that is needed just to combine css to specific case you want. For example body.en #right_column {direction:rtl;float:left;} body.fa #right_column {direction:rtl;float:right;} or direction:ltr for English, also try with !important body.en #right_column {direction:rtl !important;float:left;} body.fa #right_column {direction:rtl !important;float:right;} Not sue exactly what you want but again, some combination of those css should help.
  6. Should be /home/pmecake/web/mails/en/reply_msg.html /home/pmecake/web/mails/en/reply_msg.txt if not download prestashop zip of your version from http://www.prestashop.com/en/download or https://code.google.com/p/prestashop/downloads/list or just create files and copy code from https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/1.6/mails/en/reply_msg.html and https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/1.6/mails/en/reply_msg.txt
  7. Try to copy two files from en to gb folder, mails/en/reply_msg.html and mails/en/reply_msg.txt . Also check if any other mail template is missing in mails/gb .
  8. Not sure if you can do that fully. You can try to have translation for right column text in Persian for both languages and similar for left column. So use English to translate left column in Persian too. But think that will not translate all, like product names and descriptions in columns, that comes from php. And for css you can use #right_column {direction:rtl;} #left_column {direction:ltr;} or something similar.
  9. Try with this - edit header.tpl in your theme and add language iso {$lang_iso} as class to body <body {if isset($page_name)}id="{$page_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"{/if} class="{$lang_iso} {if isset($page_name)}{$page_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}{/if}{if $hide_left_column} hide-left-column{/if}{if $hide_right_column} hide-right-column{/if}{if $content_only} content_only{/if}"> Then you can add different css like body.en .container_9 .grid_5 {width:817px;direction:ltr;} body.fa .container_9 .grid_5 {width:817px;direction:rtl;}
  10. Yeah seams something is wrong with gsnippetsreviews module, maybe it got updated to version that does not work well with 1.4. So best to keep it disabled until you got response from module developers. Edit: and turn debug mode off :-)
  11. There is probably some error on product page, by some module or in product.tpl. To find out turn debug mode on edit config/config.inc.php and change these two lines to be as follow: /* Debug only */ @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', true); and post error here.
  12. Module is not needed any more as it's functions are integrated in back office. Go to Preferences / Themes and in top right there are add theme and export theme options. Work like that module.
  13. Try with using backward compatibility http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Using+the+backward+compatibility+toolkit
  14. My understanding is that that theme is developed by templatemonster and that esupport.template-help is theirs support system. And both on addons.prestashop and on their website it says it is compatible with 1.5.x so 1.5.6.1, so not sure why they said that for their own theme. Did you install theme on 1.5.6.1 with sample data ? And what problems with database you have after installing ? Also don't worry about money, in most cases when there is reasonable issue with item from addons refund is given.
  15. Most themes from templatemonster.com have sample data, as sql file, that is imported to existing database so that customer store can look like from their demo. Note that installing sample data is just for test and at meant for live stores. As big red warring here says http://www.templatemonster.com/help/quick-start-guide/prestashop-themes/master/index_en.html#theme_installation And in same guide there is tip that is best to backup complete store before installing theme. What you can do is to check if you have backup on server, maybe your hosting company do automated daily backups, so you could restore state before installing theme.
  16. As that is paid theme we all don't have access to code so you could try to edit tpl files in those modules or ask developer Leotheme to fix those issues or some other kind of support.
  17. Think problems are from lofmenu , loftabs modules and some more check so most images from these two modules are not loaded with https.
  18. To assassinate files to products go to Catalog > Products, click on product you want to edit (add file), and you will see tabs Information, Prices, SEO ... on left and on bottom there is Digital products. Click on it and there is place you assassinate files by clicking wrench icon and enabling virtual product. On demo that did not quite worked for me but,maybe I am missing something. Well most paid module have some documentation or instructions, that helps user. And for support beside option on Prestashop addons try http://www.silbersaiten.de/page/kontakt-83.html
  19. From demo, I see that files are added from Catalog menu find Digital Files and when you select product in Back Office there is new tab where you can assign files to products.
  20. Same here, and that is caused by this code jQuery(window).scroll(function() { animateGoTop(); }); So it does not allow scrolling as it always calls function to go to top. Also think El Patron would be happy if you could change styles to something like #buttonscrolltop { background-color: #23456B; bottom: 5px; right: 20px; margin-bottom: 7px; margin-left: 10px; padding: 5px; position: fixed; text-align: right; border-radius: 4px; width: 40px; }
  21. @ Vekia - Under Buy rap tracks - http://www.detroitrapmusic.com/cart/index.php In Back office on Module tab find block contact info module and configure it. If you asking about section on right in footer.
  22. This not directly connected to Prestashop but more to your hosting. So for example if you use CPanel here is guide to set up email account http://www.wikihow.com/Set-Up-Email-in-cPanel
  23. Yes I agree it is quite good looking website, clean and nice colors and font choice. I am not a fan of banner/slider on all pages but it is nice on your website. One thing you could maybe add and that is on product page, think there is room for productscategory or crosselling module. And yes it is shame that is not responsive.
  24. Not sure if I can help about your problem but for that line check https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop-modules/blob/master/ebay/ebay.php#L129 But from error you got check folder ebay/classes and EbayCountrySpec.php should be there so check folder permissions maybe.
  25. They are hard coded so you can not remove them from back office. You have to edit file blockcms.tpl in root/your_theme/modules/blockcms/ (or if that don't exist in root/modules/blockcms). Code t remove is {if !$PS_CATALOG_MODE}<li class="first_item"><a href="{$link->getPageLink('prices-drop')}" title="{l s='Specials' mod='blockcms'}">{l s='Specials' mod='blockcms'}</a></li>{/if} <li class="{if $PS_CATALOG_MODE}first_{/if}item"><a href="{$link->getPageLink('new-products')}" title="{l s='New products' mod='blockcms'}">{l s='New products' mod='blockcms'}</a></li> {if !$PS_CATALOG_MODE}<li class="item"><a href="{$link->getPageLink('best-sales')}" title="{l s='Best sellers' mod='blockcms'}">{l s='Best sellers' mod='blockcms'}</a></li>{/if} Edit: yes Paul was first :-)
