  1. It depends on module, how it is organised, but usually you need to add it to some displayHookHome that already exists. Note that in latest versions you can override modules (its php files) too, there is one topic on forum with some explanation. Also try to not use overrides when you do not need it, and check if it is possible to do task in different way. Maybe some custom module that hooks into some existing hook in product-list.tpl, or even add your own custom hook.
  2. Check this http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Orders+Preferences
  3. On homepage product-list.tpl is used by modules: homefeatured, blocknewproducts and beatsellers.
  4. Think you can use this in tpl file $smarty.const._PS_ROOT_DIR_ https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/fbe174506f99ae0d79e03ac06cd3e9420e94f6a3/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.tpl#L90 But in general, if you want to have some variable in several controllers you can override FrontController but watch where you assign variable and when you call parent function. Also do not forget to clear cache.
  5. Hi you probably have theme compatible with 1.5, but check product.tpl section where color is mentioned. Here is code from default theme from 1.6 https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/develop/themes/default-bootstrap/product.tpl#L356
  6. It depends on your theme, maybe it overwrite something. Looks like Warehouse theme. Link to page where you have that would help, maybe some css is needed.
  7. To me his module show correct price, but also saw in one topic (can't find it now) that some user have similar issue with other modules I think and latest version.
  8. What follow up module do you use and also what is your PrestaShop version ?
  9. Listen think you use temporal domain http://xn--karalibasm-5ub.com.tr even your real domain is ready. So check SEO&URLs and enter real domain if it is OK . Then PayPal should work OK. Also even when active you can remove button from product page by "un-hook" module from two hooks.
  10. To me both Chrome and Firefox it is fully working and IE yeah spinning always. There are few cross domain issues with PayPal as you using temporal url that begins with xn-- . So for test try to disable PayPal module and see if there is any difference.
  11. What browser do you use ? And if any change cause some issue try first to clear cache in Advanced Preferences > Performance, then also if you have some caching module also clear cache. To me it works good on Chrome and on Firefox saw that issue but after refresh it was ok too. Also if I may two small css changes on home page #htmlcontent_top ul li img { max-width: 100%; height: auto; margin-bottom: 4px; } and .editorial_block { margin-bottom: 2em; clear: both; } Not sure of exact files, think it is editorial.css and global.css.
  12. Again that is simple html code, should not make any difference. But if it is all working now when code is there, you can try to just hide it with css. So try with this, open global.css and at the end add #htmlcontent_top .icon-double-angle-right {display:none} Note that I think you could still saw those issues, even if I wish you solve all with this. Still think it is not connected but you will see.
  13. That is really strange. Removing just that should not cause any issues. What exactly is JavaScript error ?
  14. Try with this code $(document).ready(function() { $(document).on("mouseover", ".product_image_link", function() { var target_image_id = "#image_product_" + $(this).data('product-id'); var div_position = $(this).offset(); var image_position_left = parseFloat(div_position.left) + 50; var image_position_top = parseFloat(div_position.top) - parseFloat( $(target_image_id).height()); $(target_image_id).css({display : 'block', left : image_position_left, top : image_position_top}); }); $(document).on("mouseout", ".product_image_link", function() { $(".product_image").css("display","none"); }); }); should work.
  15. Your store is in maintenance mode so bit hard to check that out.
  16. Ok figured one thing, because of use of that id="product_reference" reference is set to main product one with jQuery. Also if product have combination then reference part will be hidden so maybe delete that {if !isset($groups)} ...{/if} and leave just {$accessory.reference|escape:'html':'UTF-8'} Which works for me. Or move that if before whole block if you want to hide it.
  17. Well think you use . instead -> so try $accessory.reference
  18. Try to use variable $accessory . I am guessing you are editing this part of code https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/blob/develop/themes/default-bootstrap/product.tpl#L508
  19. Sounds to me that you mixed two things, Prestashop Cloud and self hosted Prestashop. You said you uploaded files and installed Prestashop, then you can access back office ? Think you should check Preferences > SEO & URL's and enter you temporal url there. And links "My Domain" on this website leads to Cloud version so if you add url there you should remove it. Note that those actions with url could take some time to proccess.
  20. Small change add to global.css (should be done in blockcart.css but this is easier) #header #cart_block { top: 90px !important; }
  21. Sorry for not being too precise. You can add css to global.css
  22. It is hooked in displayTop. But if you check Modules >Positions and fins displayTop hook section, you will see there are several modules there. And they have position numbers inside hook, that is important because it influence order of display on front office. So check what position social module have and move it before blockuserinfo,
  23. You set that to NO. If yes it will load module class on that page so will slow it down a bit . If you need to display some message (like upgrade or special configuration) on Modules page then you need to load class and choose YES.
  24. Ok try first to move module inside hook before header user module then add this css #header_right .isocial { float: right; clear: right; display: inline-block; margin-bottom: -20px; margin-right: 26px; margin-top: 5px; } That margin bottom is not greatest solution but maybe it can improved later.
