  1. We were hoping they could select the color, then select the size and it would carry the values to the cart. You are saying they have to create a combo for Black, Small and one for Black, Medium, etc. Is there no way to have two selections and the values carry over?
  2. OK, the product is back there if anyone can help. http://purpleleopardboutique.com/943-maxi-skirt-or-strapless-dress-.html
  3. This is one example. Only the size gets carried over to the cart. http://purpleleopardboutique.com/943-maxi-skirt-or-strapless-dress-.html
  4. I can get multiple attributes to show on the product page but only the first value shows in the cart. For example Sizes: small, medium large, and then colors: Black, Red, Blue I have found other topics on this but I have not seen a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?
  5. I have confirmed that this is the short description. The database lists the type as text so I can't it there. This character limit has to be set somewhere in the files.
  6. I told them to copy in from notepad. I don't what else to tell them. They are constantly getting errors.
  7. Ok, here is what I found out. I error'd out on a specific product on everything I tried to do. I read earlier about the character limit on the description. So I removed text from short desc., ran it through notepad and reentered it and it saved without error. Do you know how to up the limit on the short description?
  8. OK, I use domainname.com/adminxxx and it redirects me to this: http://purpleleopardboutique.com/adminxxx/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=f99c27f25b6872ede05d3234f94e4d66&redirect=AdminHome
  9. OK, I changed the quantity of an item and got the error same as the first one I posted So then I went to upload the image and I got an undefined error. I hit hte back button and it logged me out. After I logged back in, I was able to change quantity and upload picture. This is really weird.
  10. I am able to change quantities and save without any errors but my client keeps getting the errors. The email I got this morning was that the girl working on the site error'd out everytime she changed a product and that Prestashop completely shuts down on her computer too. I will have her reupload the images and will post again if that doesn't work. Thank you
  11. Ihave 7 of these: [sun Dec 16 12:54:47 2012] [error] [client 108.70.146.65] File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/298-656-small_default, referer........
  12. I found this page and the images folder was missing some images. Not the one in question. I reuploaded all the images from this folder. Here's the page: http://download.exdat.com/viewprogramfile/19679-0
  13. Another problem. There is no "loading.gif" in the /js/jquery/plugins/ajaxfileupload/ folder in the prestashop zip file.
  14. No, I tried to upgrade when the site was in development and I took the whole site down and had to pay someone to fix it. Where would I find the .gif file so I can upload it and would that solve this problem? Also do you know what this mean... File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/298-656-small_default, That is the repeating error. I had 15 of them in the error log.
  15. Below are the last few errors just from today. We are using 1.5.2 and it happens to them in all browers. We thought of the browser issue. [sun Dec 16 12:45:18 2012] [error] [client 108.70.146.65] File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/298-656-small_default, referer: http://www.purpleleopardboutique.com/admin150/index.php?controller=adminproducts&id_product=298&updateproduct&conf=4&key_tab=Suppliers&token=8c0eaa670478ac57ee3cc3da7df15603 [sun Dec 16 12:45:18 2012] [error] [client 108.70.146.65] File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/298-655-small_default, referer: http://www.purpleleopardboutique.com/admin150/index.php?controller=adminproducts&id_product=298&updateproduct&conf=4&key_tab=Suppliers&token=8c0eaa670478ac57ee3cc3da7df15603 [sun Dec 16 12:45:18 2012] [error] [client 108.70.146.65] File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/298-654-small_default, referer: http://www.purpleleopardboutique.com/admin150/index.php?controller=adminproducts&id_product=298&updateproduct&conf=4&key_tab=Suppliers&token=8c0eaa670478ac57ee3cc3da7df15603 [sun Dec 16 12:44:24 2012] [error] [client 108.70.146.65] File does not exist: /home/purplele/public_html/js/jquery/plugins/ajaxfileupload/loading.gif, referer: http://www.purpleleopardboutique.com/admin150/index.php?controller=adminproducts&id_product=298&updateproduct&conf=4&key_tab=Shipping&token=8c0eaa670478ac57ee3cc3da7df15603
  16. This is one of the errors my clients get when they try to add a product. The other girl working on the site is getting errors anytime she adds, changes quantity on the site. She has cleared her cache and restarted the computer. I, the web designer, get no errors when I add the product or change quantities. I don't know what to tell the client. If anyone has a solution or suggestion, it would be greatly appreciated. This is the first time I have used Prestashop and all these errors are baffling.
  17. This error is sporatic to some products. When we try to change a quantity or description to some products, the page errors out but this does not happen on all products. We started with version 14xx and upgraded to 1.5.2. Is it possible this has to do with short description trancating? We cannot copy and paste the description from ebay or we get an error as well. Could it be the wysiwyg editor?
