  1. Is there a way that on my website: http://www.presence.designbyconet.com Along the top nav where I have cookware (and a drop down) I can hide the categories that come off the 2nd level cats ie (baking beans, baking stones etc) ? If so - howw!? Thanks again.
  2. Hi there, need some help with how my categories are listed. Please see: http://www.presence.designbyconet.com/index.php?id_category=66&controller=category&id_lang=1 As you can see this is a third level category. It goes: Cookware > Baking > Baking & Gratin Dishes There are A LOT of categories on this website so to reduce the amount that are displayed on the left hand side I would like to show only the categories under the current category. So when someone is in Baking, they only see categories related to Baking etc... I cannot work this out and I am stressing! Can anyone help please?
  3. Ok so I figured it out. First thing you gotta do is go to Localization > Zones Add a Zone called 'UK & Ireland' Then go to Localization > Countries Add Ireland and UK to the new zone you just created called 'UK & Ireland' THen go to Shipping and add 2 carries, one named 'EU orders' and one named 'UK & Ireland orders' Add the required options to these two carriers and wa la!
  4. Hi there, I have a client who would like the following options on shipping: If you are ordering from the UK or Ireland shipping is free on all orders If you are ordering outside of the UK/Ireland and your order is BELOW £100 shipping is £15 If you are ordering outside of the UK/Ireland and your order is ABOVE £100 shipping is free. Ive added two carriers, one named 'UK & Ireland' and one named 'European Orders' but I cannot figure out how to add the options above. HELP please!! (Prestashop 1.5.3.1)
  5. Hi guys, I have the block category set up on the left of my shop, however when I configure the module to make the sub categories show dynamically and save, it doesnt work. The top level cat's have an arrow beside them but I cant click it to show the sub categories. ANy suggestions? Running the latest version of Prestashop Thanks
  6. I just checked the two versions on my hardrive.. The one I developed on the old sub domain has 22,000 files and 3198 folders. The version I downloaded from the sub domain and then uploaded to my live site only has 15,000 files and 2273 folders!!? YIKES! Hmm thats tomorrows job then! Thanks for the help man, very much appreciated.
  7. Thats correct. I have turned off the errors and made each of my folders 775 as you have listed above but still get a blank screen: http://www.safety-sign-shop.com/index.php
  8. No it doesn't work properly if its turned off I turned the error display on in config.inc.php like this: /* Debug only */ @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', false); Should I do it in defines.inc.php ?
  9. Would it help if I posted my FULL settings file ? Thanks for getting back to me so quickly..
  10. Hi there, I followed your instructions on how to transfer my shop from a subdomain to a live domain and everything seemed to go smoothly, however now (when I turn errors on) my homepage is blank apart from this message: Fatal error: Call to undefined method ImageType::getFormatedName() in /home/ftp_conet_customer_sites/safety-sign-shop.com/modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.php on line 111 And on line 111 of homefeatured.php I have this: 'homeSize' => Image::getSize(ImageType::getFormatedName('home')), Any ideas please guys?
  11. I have just upgraded to the latest version and ALL products imported via .csv do not show the images or go to the correct category... Anyone?
  12. Thankyou again sir! A note for anyone else using this: Make sure you have no spaces, underscores or other foreign characters in your dbname, usrname or even the sql pw.
