Ποιο module έχεις για γρήγορη; Νορμάλ πρέπει να έχει κάποια επιλογή για χρέωση της αντικαταβολής. Εκτός κι αν λειτουργεί σε custom hooks (κακή πρακτική εν ολίγοις) και παρακάμπτει εντελώς τον "μανίσιο" τρόπο λειτουργίας. Φιλικά, Κωνσταντίνος

No, the test mail is not being sent, as well. And as far as I know the mailalert module is irrelevant to the default actions (such as order confirmation). It takes action to inform the store owner about an order or to send a message to the customer when an out-of-stock product is back in stock.

I have a client using 1.7.4.4. There is no way of sending emails to regular actions (such as on registration, on order confirmation etc). I tried to install 1.7.5.2 on the same server, still no email. We changed the server, installed automatic 1.7.5.2 (via a softaculous-like application) still no email. Automatic on my own - dedicated - server (1.7.5.2) no email. Manual 1.7.5.2 on my own server can send an email, manual on client not. I put SMTP with correct credentials, send confirmation but no email. Back to PHP mail() error again. I am going insane (and the client as well). I don't know what else to do.

@El Patron I just installed fresh 1.7.6.0. No upgrade, no server move. No 3rd party modules/themes etc. The installation has been completed as expected but then this problem: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user The strange part is that with the very same credentials when I pressed "Test connection" the success message appeared. Do you have any idea about our new (1.7.6.0) baby and its flaws?

Καλησπέρα φίλτατε και καλώς ήρθες στο μικρό παρεάκι μας, συνήθως ο admin φάκελος είναι κάποιος admin(και κάτι ακόμη). Αν δεν ανήκεις σε αυτήν την περίπτωση και είναι κάτι άλλο τότε στείλε screenshot τους φακέλους που έχεις να σε πούμε ποιος απ όλους είναι.

@bellini13 Don't blame people. There are some issues that still make people have nightmares. For example, in 1.7.4.4 I have this issue and that's the reason I am browsing through a bunch of threads so old. Order message encoding (greek and other non-latin) is still an issue that keeps showing every now and then. People are just trying to find a solution and others are trying to help. It's like you telling "Hey Sagrada Familia is too old, why visit it instead of Camp Nou?" Quality is not calculated based on freshness.
