  1. Hi all, When I logged into Google Merchant Center today I saw my feed is canceled. Reason is that the URL's are not correct and giving them 404 erros. The following links are generated in the google merchant feed: "http://www.ciclishop.nl/index.php?controller=product_rule&id=1&rewrite=continental-grand-prix-4000s-23mm&ean13=4019238372953&meta_keywords=continentalcontiracefietsbandenfietsbandengp4000swielrennengrandprix4000s&meta_title=continental-grand-prix-4000s-23mm-ciclishop" So I also checked my sitemap and it has the same type of links. I did make some changes on the dispatcher.php file because new preferences in the URL where ignored. I found a fix on github that I applied and it did work. But now these strange URL's are appear in the sitemap and google merchant feed. I restored the original dispatcher.php file and the URL preferences are ignored again and the following link are generated in the sitemap and google merchant feed: "http://www.ciclishop.nl/index.php?id_product=1&controller=product" Same product, different link but this one does work unlike the above. Only problem is that the URL preferences are ignored and I think it's strange it doesn't put the friendly URL in the sitemap. Does anybody have the same problems or maybe a fix? That would be nice because i'm getting really annoyed from all the bugs after upgrading to v1.5.3
  2. The mole got whacked! Adding products and saving them is working again. Removed the columns mentioned before, added them again and now it's working.
  3. Because of some problems with v1.5.2 I decided to upgrade to 1.5.3. Maybe that would solve some problems. Everything worked fine until I wanted to add products. Could not add products or duplicate them. I tried above fixes and it is possible to duplicate products but not add them. When I want to change a duplicated and save it, it doesn't work. Looks like the "save" function is broken. All these problems with v1.5 are really getting on my nerves.
  4. Looks like the HTTP 500 errors are gone. I actually didn't do anything but i'm not receiving the errors anymore. But i'm having new different errors now. I'm now receiving a fatal error after a while: Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/override/classes/../../../modules/cloudcache/cloudcache.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/override/classes/FrontController.php on line 96 It also gives the same error with the cloudcache module disabled. Turning of cache and reloading is enough to get the site back online. I noticed something in the apache error log. Around the time when there is a file does not exist error the site goes down with a fatal error. Yesterday when I got a HTTP 500 error, there are also file does not exist errors at the same time to site went down into a HTTP 500 error. Today's apache error log: [sat Dec 29 13:52:36 2012] [error] [client **.**.137.5] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/content [sat Dec 29 14:27:45 2012] [error] [client **.**.137.5] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/contact [sat Dec 29 16:48:51 2012] [error] [client **.**.137.5] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/merken [sat Dec 29 18:58:59 2012] [error] [client **.**.137.5] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/content [sat Dec 29 19:04:52 2012] [error] [client ***.***.192.124] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/vtigercrm [sat Dec 29 19:30:02 2012] [error] [client **.**.137.5] File does not exist: /home/ciclishop.nl/public_html/contact Does somebody have a suggestion on what the problem good be?
  5. I already did that earlier today but that didn't help. I did it again 30 minutes ago and now i'm waiting if it will happen again. Something else is strange when using google chrome webmaster tools it is showing the following error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.ciclishop.nl/index.html Isn't that strange?
  6. Yes I do have access to it. This is today's error log: [Fri Dec 28 07:14:32 2012] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `ciclishop.nl' does NOT match server name!? 7. Hi all, I'm having some problems with my shop since yesterday. Sometimes the front office goes down and shows a http 500 error. Yesterday I thought the cloudcache module was causing the problem but today I ruled that out. The front office works fine for several hours but then shows a http 500 error. When the front office has a http 500 error the backoffice is still working fine. I have found a solution to get it work again. I change the Cache settings to off, reload the shop and it works again. Then of course I turn on the cache settings again. The site then works for several hours and then the same thing will happen again. I really can't figure out what causes the problem. On 18 december I updated my prestashop 1.4.9 shop to the latest 1.5 version. I made a completely new theme based on the default theme that I'm using at the moment. It did function well until yesterday. Does somebody have some tips on how to locate the problems or even knows how to fix it? I would appreciate it!
  8. I changed the orderprocess back to the standard 5 steps. That works but I really like the One Page Checkout. So if someone has a solution to solve the problem let me know.
  9. http://www.ciclishop.nl I have tested it in latest google chrome version. I looked in the backoffice to set the required fields but I can not find the required fields that are giving the error messages in the backoffice.
  10. Hi all, Recently I have switched to the One Page Checkout shopping cart. I got a call this week from a customer who can not register in the OPC. I have tried it and also get 6 error messages for required field that are I have filled in. I really need to get this working because I have noticed a lot of shopping carts that doesn't lead to new customers and orders. Anybody a solution for this problem?
  11. Omg.... How stupid do I feel now... I was checking out the PHP files if I could find a solution when I saw in the PHP files that there is an option in the module configuration in the back office to select if products in sub categories will be shown.... It looks like this: Show products from subcategories Yes No Of course it was on 'yes' that's why all products where showing in the categories there were not supposed to be in. I feel quite the noob for missing that. I'm so ashamed i'm gonna lock myself up in the basement for a few days....
  12. Thanks Jimmy! Same here, the layered navigation is the problem. But I really need the module for navigation in the shop. I hope somebody has a solution for this problem.
  13. Same problem here. Reported it as bug: http://forge.prestas...owse/PSCFI-5950 Still waiting for a reply. I'm now going to make a fresh installation and see if it still happens. Edit: Just made a fresh new install with the latest ps version but it still happens. Then I installed version 1.4.7 and it also happens in that version. Used the presta_new theme and original and on both themes same problems.
  14. Thank you markb! I already deleted the blockcategories because I couldn't get it to work properly. I will try this later today and see if it works.
  15. No I have made sure that they are not checked to be in a other category. All products are also showing in the 'main' category although I did only 'check' them for 1 category. For example I just made a new product that should only appear in subcategory1.1 the categories are then as followed: maincategory-->subcategory1-->subcategory1.1 So the new product should not appear in maincategory and subcategory1 but only in subcategory1.1. I only checked subcategory1.1 but it is still showing in maincategory and subcategory1 and they are not even checked.
  16. I did all that but the products are still showing in front office. In back office everything is fine. For example the category onderdelen on my shop does not have any products in it on the back office but as you can see that it is full of products.
  17. Hi all, Recently I made some adjustments to the categories on my webshop. Added subcategories for better navigation through the catalog. I have moved all products to their new category and removed products from their old category. The products have moved to their new category but the products that I removed from several categories are still in the category I removed them from. I can't seem to figure out why the products still stay in a category I removed them from. Does somebody have a solution for this problem?
  18. My webshop is currently running on the media server option because the cloudcache module isn't working like it should. I made 3 CDN's with SharedSSL option enabled in cloudcache and used the SharedSSL links and added them. Works good also in the SSL secured parts of the website. I looked at my cloudcache account for a overview what is stored in the CDN. On all 3 CDN's the following file types are stored: jpg jpeg gif txt png ico css js Altough cloudcache stores the css and js files it looks like they aren't used by the media server. The media server does speed up your website because it can download multiple files from different locations. Cloudcache stores the images in same maps like on my own server so you will probably need to duplicate files on a other server and then set up the link to that server in the media server option. Then it can get a images from your own server or from the media server.
  19. But I do want to use the cloudcache module. I have a Cloudcache account but it doesn't function correctly with prestashop. I hoped somebody on this forum had some experience with setting it up. The module doesn't handle the SSL secured parts of the server correctly because it keeps getting the content from the pull zones from a http:// link and not https://. And I know it can be set up correctly because I made pull zones with SharedSSL enabled in Cloudcache and I use them with the prestashop media server option in prestashop and that works. Then the content in the secured part of the webshop will be taken from a https:// link. I'll try to get in contact with the support of cloudcache today and hope to get this fixed because cloudcache really speeds up your webshop. And that is what I want.
  20. I'm trying to set up Cloudcache on my prestashop but I can't get it to work with my SSL-certificate. I want to set up some Pull Zones with shared SSL enabled. For example I have set up a Pull Zone "cdn1.myshop.netdna-cdn.com" I enable SharedSSL and the Pull Zone will be called "cdn1.myshop.netdna-ssl.com" Now I want the module to use the SharedSSL but In the backoffice the link does not change to the SharedSSL link. It still says "cdn1.myshop.netdna-cdn.com" manually changing the link isn't possible because you can not add a link longer then 30 chars. I managed to change a .tpl file and change the chars to 50 and manual added "cdn1.myshop.netdna-ssl.com". On the homepage it works perfectly but when I go to the secured part of the webshop like the shopping cart or my account it keeps giving unsecured content messages. Chrome even blocks everything from the CDN network because it is unsafe. The shop is getting the content from http://cdn1.myshop.netdna-ssl.com and not https://cdn1.myshop.netdna-ssl.com. I deleted everything because it ain't working perfectly and I can't seem to get in contact with somebody from cloudcache who can help me with it. Does somebody have some experience with the cloudcache module and how to properly set it up with SharedSSL enabled.
  21. The categories block in my PS is also not in alphabetical order. But that was also in 1.4.7, they are ordered in the same way I added them in the catalog. You can change the positions of the categories in the Catalog tab but I don't know of this will help for other languages.
Kies "I want to update prestashop to a newer version" en doorloop de installatie van de update. Verwijder de map install van de server en check in de back-office of alles nog werkt.
  24. Of via deze link. Staan sowieso wel vaak goede tips op. http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/content/6-prestashopseotips
  25. Everything is back up and running again. From now i'll make some more backups in case something goes wrong because this scared me a bit .
