  1. Hi everyone. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.4.3 and since last week I started getting the following on my error_log file: PHP Warning: Module 'imagick' already loaded in Unknown on line 0 PHP Warning: Module 'SourceGuardian' already loaded in Unknown on line 0 Both warnings started the same day and at the same time, and have been showing up simultaneously since then. I've been getting about 250 logs per hour for each warning. Does anyone know what this is, and how to fix it? thank you, Regards,
  2. UP Hace anyone experienced the same situation described?
  3. I'm using PS 1.7.2.4 and I noticed my site loading time was a bit slow, so I ran a speed test on my webste using https://tools.pingdom.com and I found out that when my site loads, apart from the regular Prestashop cookie, there's also a PHP Session cookie called "PHPSESSID=" that is automatically generated. This is making the site load twice; the first load it requests to set up the cookies, and then the second load comes with the cookies and PHP Session already established. I'm using PHP 5.6 and PHPSESSID is set to "=0" (deactivated)... so I don't know why I keet getting this cookie, and I would like to remove it so the site loads faster. I have ran the same speed test on other sites running on Prestashop and the only cookie I always see is the one called "Prestashop", I haven't seen the "PHPSESSID=" one. Thx in advance for your help.
  4. Hi, thank you for your reply! What do you exactly mean by "enable caching on the php selection". I'm using Cpanel, and there's a "php Selector" tool that I used, but then changing the PHP version, it doesn't give any other additional options but chosing the version you want to use. Regarding "opcache", unfortunately it is available in my hosting plan. I'd like to mention that the slow performance is only coming from my 1.7 Prestashop install... because I also use a PS 1.6.1.17 install for a few other sites (using the Multi-store option enabled) and all sites work just fine (Back-office included).
  5. Has anyone experience something similar, or have any idea about what could be causing the issue?
  6. Hi, I'm using PS 1.7.2.4 and I recently went from PHP 5.4 to 5.6 (just changed it using a tool from my Cpanel), and since then, my web (both back-office and front-office) has been really slow. After the change in my Cpanel, I didn't do anything else... so, is there something else I should've done? maybe something I missed? I mean, anything from Cpanel, Prestashop files, Theme files (I'm using Warehouse 4.1.5), etc. Thx! PS: I'm algo using using PS 1.6.1.17 for a different/secondary website, and it seems to be fine after the PHP change; however, if there are any recommendations on this, I would love to read them too
  7. I'm using PS 1.7.2.4 and I have a problem with html tags <ul> and <li>. When creating a list of items using the "bulleted list" button in the text editor, if I choose the option "by default" the code looks something like this: <ul> <li>Item 1</li> <li>Item 2</li> <li>Item 3</li> </ul> Which should make the bullet points look like this: Item 1 Item 2 Item 3 The problem is that in the front office, the bullet points are not displayed, despite the code being correctly written, it only shows the text alone. In order to make the bullet points "appear" correctly, I have to give the <ul> a "style" (circle, disc, square, etc) so that the code looks like this: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Item 1</li> <li>Item 2</li> <li>Item 3</li> </ul> It should display the bullet points correctly in both cases, however it doesn't. My big problem is that I'm importing a huge list of products from 1.6, and all the products contain "bulleted lists" written with the basic format of <ul> and <li> and non of the lists are being displayed. Has anyone noticed this? Is there a way to make the html code display the bullet points without having to give the <ul> an specific "style" ? Thx

  9. I just had the same problem. Y tried using the autoupgrade module from 1.6.1.17 > 1.7.2.0 and all files were upgraded, but then when trying to upgrade the database I got an error: " [Ajax / Server Error for action upgradeDb] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Not Allowed " jqXHR: 405 Not Allowed" Can anyone help me?
  10. Hi everyone, I only need ONE main address ("shipping address") to be used in the shop, I don't need the billing address, so I want to hide/disable it from every instance in my shop; from the registration form, the shopiing cart (there's a "billing adress" box and it asks if you want to use the same shipping address for billing), etc. I've been looking for a way to hide or disable the "billing address" from my shop, but the threads I've found regarding this are either too old, or haven't worked for me at all. Best Regards,
  11. Hi, I recently created a second shor using PS Multishop option. My second shop (I'll call it "SHOP2") has been working correctly, however I have a problem with the "file manager" tool. On my main Shop (I'll call it SHOP1) File Manager works fine: on SHOP2, all images show a "?" icon: When I upload an image through File Manager on SHOP2, aparently it uploads the image, but it is displayed with the same "?" icon. However, if I go to SHOP1, and look for the same image uploaded on SHOP2, it is displayed properly. I have no idea what is causing this problem; I tried clearing the cache, cleaning .htaccess file, deactivating/reactivating MultiShop... but nothing seems to work. Has anyone experience this same problem? Any ideas on what could be causing the issue, and how to fix it? Thank you!
