  1. Hello If you are using Leo Fashion Store theme, http://www.leotheme.com/prestashop/themes/264-leo-fashion-store.html and your having a problem with it then why not ask the developers, if they built the theme then they are more expert than anyone else on the forum and will quickly solve your problem Paul
  2. Hello I do not know which PS version you are using or which theme but, have you had a look at: Back office > Modules > Positions > displayFooterProduct (or something similar) and move this module down Paul
  3. Hello Sorry, but maybe I have missed some but all your link gives is: http://screencast.com/t/QJease0hHvgF I am not sure what you want members to say about this Perhaps you could use gtmetrics, pingdom etc and give a screenshot of the results Paul
  4. Hello Worst time for me is, as anywhere else, the early hours of the morning when normal people are asleep. I know this is a difficult one to crack but, you would think, with the all the clever people on the forum their would be some way to minimise this problem. I am not clever enough to offer a solution but, perhaps, some other members may have an idea. If I am allowed I will report my daily spammers on this thread so everyone knows how big a nuisance this is. Paul
  5. Hello dh42 And thank you for the reply their is no personal spamming but it is so annoying if you follow any forum/s that you get inundated with spam Perhaps because I follow seveval English forums I may receive more spam than others. I am sure at one time their were spam moderators, I assume these have left the forum because I am getting, and others all these emails. Of course, if you think I am the only one suffering from these emails then I would appreciate your help. Anyway, I believe this us a global problem with Prestashop and any other popular forum. The reason I posted this topic was to inform and share the fact the Prestashop forum has too many spammers and, although their may not be a quick fix, the possibility of having a moderator in the UK time zone may capture these spammers. This is why I suggested France as a good place for a UK spam detective. Hope this makes sense Paul
  6. Hello El Without giving secrets away any idea how this is trying to be resolved Paul
  7. Hello Well, the first thing you need to do is: Tell the forum what theme you have What Prestashop version you are using Is it default theme or have you/some one bought it And, really important, what modifications you want to make. I know this forum is great at helping members but information is Good. Paul
  8. Hello all I know this has been asked before but is anything being done to alleviate the amount of spam these forums are getting. Already, this morning, I have had over 50 spam emails arrive in my email box. I appretiate that I follow a few of the English forums, to learn and occassionally reply to a topic so my inbox may be busier than others. Of course the easiest thing to do is mark these emails as spam but 24 hours after I do this then all forum emails go to my spam box. Again, I appreciate, that because of this forums great popularity in answering/helping members it has become a breeding ground for spammers. The forum has many moderators in the English forum, who are able to, and do, delete spam but their seems to be a time difference problem. I am UK based and, because of this, in between Italy, Poland and the America's where the majority of forum moderators reside. Perhaps it would be good to have a French, the home of Prestashop, moderator to take up the loophole in the time difference. I have seen a lot of topics by UK shop owners so perhaps they will agree with me, or am I barking up the wrong tree. Anyway, I would as always, appreciate your views/ opinions/thoughts Paul

  10. Hello Using PS default theme I maybe barking up the wrong tree but: If you mean this part in "Red" http://screencast.com/t/7m5I2dtNM then add this anywhere in global.css header {background:red!important;} Change red to any colour you require Paul

  14. Hello As far as I know if it is blank then Prestashop will not validate the post code so you should be able to add anything in this field. Using your example of a Bolton postcode, eg, BL21 1AA have tried adding this format: LLNN NLL I am not sure what Prestashop does with spaces in UK postcodes Paul
  15. Hello How do have this set up in: Back office 》 Localization 》Countries 》 UK Edit Is it set up as LLNN NLL or NNNNNNN or is it blank Paul
  16. Hello Your site is the Default Theme so their is not a lot to say about it but, I believe, everyone has a talent, you just have to understand what yours is. I am not sure how much you know about customising a Prestashop theme, seo, social media and the hundreds of things you need to know to make your site successful, As the owner of your site, it would be better if you looked after the business/financial side and employed a decorator to look after the appearance. Paul
  17. Hello Have a look at this topic to see if it helps you http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/344260-make-the-top-horizontal-menu-for-16-like-15-help/ Paul

Hello Well, all the "White Space Stuff" are different modules, so their is not 1 place where you can change it all So, for instance, if you want to change search background colour you need to go to: blocksearch.css and around Line 33 change this colour #search_block_top .btn.button-search:before { content: "\f002"; display: block; font-family: "FontAwesome"; font-size: 17px; width: 100%; text-align: center; } #search_block_top .btn.button-search:hover { color: #6f6f6f; } #search_block_top #search_query_top { display: inline; padding: 0 13px; height: 45px; line-height: 45px; background: #fbfbfb; (Change this Colour) margin-right: 1px; } http://screencast.com/t/xyEYiyqZIUz It may also be better to Raise 1 Topic per Question That way you get ore people to help you Paul
