Dupa eforturi indelungate, am ajuns la urmatorul stadiu: Am adaugat o linie de cod in customzeorder-form.php si anume include(dirname(__FILE__).'/form.php'); , iar acum arata asa: <?php include(dirname(__FILE__).'/../../config/config.inc.php'); require_once(dirname(__FILE__).'/customizeorder.php'); include(dirname(__FILE__).'/form.php');$customizeorder = new customizeorder($dontTranslate = true); echo $customizeorder->displayPageForm(); . * Nota: Am observat ca schimbarea lui "include" cu "require_once", din codul de mai sus, nu schimba nimic. Fisierul form.html s-a transformat in form.php dupa ce am adaugat la tot codul html existent(la inceput si la sfarsit), <?php ?> . Problema este ca imi plaseaza in formularul in partea superioara si nu reusesc sa il cobor de acolo de loc. Am incercat sa vad daca este din cauza css-ului, am ingustat formularul, insa niciun rezultat. Tot in partea de sus ramane (vezi linkul: http://s13.postimage.org/txwj5m1nb/form_error_position.png).

Salve, Am probleme in a realiza un formular de comanda personalizat pentru un magazin online. Clientul doreste ca in pagina produsului, in locul butonului "trimite unui prieten" sa fie un buton "Comanda personalizata" si sa se comporte oarecum similar cu modulul "trimite unui prieten", adica sa se deschida un formular, insa unul de comanda, precum cel atasat acestui post, in care clientul sa completeze datele si sa il trimite. Aceste date for fi primite prin mail doar de catre administrator. Acest formular trebuie sa fie disponibil doar utilizatorului inregistrat, asa cum functioneaza si modulul pentru comentarii. Am incercat sa combin parti din modulul "trimite unui prieten" si ceva din modului pentru comentarii, am mai adaugat si cod php generat intr-un formular, de site-ul: http://www.phpform.o...ilder/index.php, insa nu a functionat nimic. Cum cunostintele mele in materie de programare sunt minime, am mare nevoide ajutorul vostru. Multumesc cu anticipatie! Forumularul atasat poate fi gasit si la : http://s9.postimage..../form_order.jpg Fisierele modulului la care lucrez pot fi gasite la customizeorder module.zip - 17.9 Kb sau la customizeorder module zip . Momentan nu reusesc sa integrez form.html in customizeorder.php. Ulterior trebuie adaugat cate un color picker pentru rubricile: "I select my own color" , "I want full product in this color".

Hello, I need a custom order form for my site. It should look like this one from the attachment, and be available, after you click the button "Customized Order". This button will be instead of "send to a friend" button. It will function similar with the send to a friend, but, it will load this custom form order, and it will send it (all information gathered from the user) to the adminstrator of the site. The color picked by user, should be received by admin like code (ex: #ffffff). This form order should be available just for registred user, like the "product comments" module. I'm not a programmer, I'm just a graphic designer and my skills with php are not so good, so I realy need your help. I tried to combine some php codes from the send to a friend module, "product comments", and the php from a php form generated with http://www.phpform.o...ilder/index.php , but was'n't a succes. Also nobody integrated a color picker in a order form, before, so I'm a dead end. At this stage I can't insert the HTML code, from "form.html" to "customizeorder.php". Another thing to do is that, when is clicked "Default dimensions" radio button, it will be have to deactivate the other option "Custom Dimension" with the 3 fields "Height", "Width", "Lenght". At this stage, this isn't done yet. I used your files (from you attacment), and I have some problems with Phone Number text area. It isn't where it should be, like other text boxes, and it's name, in this case "Telefon Mobil" appear write with another font. Another error is the fact that the phone number that the client enter in the phone number field, doesn't appear me anywhere. Why? I need your help to resolve this situation. Thanks!
