i installed hebrew, and all works great... what is you BO Theme ? did you made any changes ? what is your screen resolutions ?

can you access your MyPhpAdmin ? and see what the table category and category_lang look like ?

how many languages do you have in your website ? and witch tool that you use to import your csv ?
