  1. Dear Prestashop. I’ve been using the tool for many many years now. The one thing the platform significantly lacks this the ability to import and export products without getting random errors, bugs, products not appearing after import and a swag of other things. Big Commerce for example has this nailed. I’m considering opening another store next year, given 1.6 is a major release. Could you PLEASE provide a solution for this capability. It’s a gamer changer for non-technical people, it could also draw people from other platform to this one. Chetwyn.

  7. Hi Muad'Dib, hey - thanks for all your help. Really appreciate it dude! I've ended up doing this (it's probably the worst solution known to man but seems to work): rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au%{REQUEST_URI} [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} iconhomeware\.com [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au%{REQUEST_URI} [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} www\.iconhomeware\.com [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au%{REQUEST_URI} [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} ^iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ https://www.iconhomeware\.com\.au/$1 [r=301,nc] RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on RewriteRule ^admin836/.* https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L] RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(%2d|-)[^=]+$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*) $1? [L]
  8. Seems to be working ok now. I probably did it the worst possible way RewriteEngine on # URL rewriting rules rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au/ [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} iconhomeware\.com [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au/ [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} www\.iconhomeware\.com [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au/ [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} ^iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ https://www.iconhomeware\.com\.au/$1 [r=301,nc] RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on RewriteRule ^admin836/.* https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L] RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(%2d|-)[^=]+$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*) $1?   9. Hi Muad'Dib I tried it out but I put me in a loop when I typed in www.iconhomeware.com ?
  10. Hi Everyone. We have 2 domains. 1. iconhomeware.com 2. iconhomeware.com.au We would like all requests to be 301 redirect to www.iconhomeware.com.au So far we've been able to figure out how to redirect iconhomeware.com.au to www.iconhomeware.com.au but for the life of us we cannot figure out how to do the other redirects. How to: direct www.iconhomeware.com to www.iconhomeware.com.au and direct iconhomeware.com to www.iconhomeware.com.au This is what we currently have which redirect iconhomeware.com.au to www.iconhomeware.com.au rewritecond %{https} =off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.iconhomeware.com.au/ [r=301,nc] rewritecond %{https} =on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewritecond %{http_host} ^iconhomeware\.com\.au [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ https://www.iconhomeware\.com\.au/$1 [r=301,nc] Could someone please help.. we are SO stuck
  11. this is so fregen cool. you guys know what this means right? We can now easily switch over from Apache to Nginx. You are SO cool! thank you for this. I'm going to download it and try it out. At the moment I'm creating like 2000 rewrite rules. Terriable..
  12. bump... I want to put this module into my site at http://www.iconhomeware.com.au
  13. Great stuff. Need help thou. I'm running 1.4.7 and want to use it all. I have all the out of the box compression on. where do I put: http://web-optimizator.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/libs/php/css.sprites.optimize.php and where do I put prefilter.tws.php.zip ? Should I also follow this http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/91306-static-compression-for-ccc/ and http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/91306-static-compression-for-ccc/ or did 1.4.7 have it sorted?
  14. Hi Vekia I', not sure what you mean by a branched category structure? The menu we currently use is a purchased module called "Advanced Menu" and would like to replace that So just to be clear. Zanui has a menu were by you however over the top and it drop down. The left side being a sort of sub category, then when you high light over it the menu pops ups. Part of the requirements is that we can configure how many sub categories are displayed. For example. Kitchen & Dining. If you hover of one of the items on the left is cookware and on the right is a subset of cookware but not all the links. If you hover over the cookware link in the left column then you see ALL the sub categories of cookware We would wanted all of the menu items, left sub categories and right side categories exactly like Zanui configurable so a non technical person can navigate it. We would also be expecting to own the IP, hence you would not be able to re-sell this module. Are you guys still able to achieve this.?
  15. Hey. Does anyone know how to preload all the images? it only seems to pre-load the large image?
  16. We're looking to move from our old menu to a new one. We have identified the menu we would like and is exactly the same as Zanui's top menu. Example: www.zanui.com.au Could you please drop us a reply to this thread if you think you are capable of this menu which how long it would take and how much $.
  17. Hey - I can't find the module in http://addons.prestashop.com anymore? Is the module still going or has it been stopped. Any idea were I can buy the latest version from? I'm running 1.4.7.
