A lot of client out of Europe don't buy becourse they see the prices VAT included and dont go to the process on writting they address and leave the site I wonder if prestashop 1.6 have a possibility to show the prices based on the IP origin of the client even before he logs in Cheers Mike

Depuis qlq jours que se soir sur Chrome ou Internet Explorer quand je suis dans mon back office après avoir rentre mon login et password. J'ai un problème . J ai une nouvelle demande de password ( 60%du temps) des que je change de page ou appuie le sur trier mes commande, chercher mon pdf ....... Et chaque fois que mon login est demander je retourne sur ma page back office par défaut Merci pour votre aide.

In my backend I can login when I enter my login and password but when ever I click on a internal link ( order, sorting, get off......) 60% of the time priests shop asks me for my login and password again. It is very annoying. Any idea?

hello I have been using chome for years and no recent update was done My issue is : when loging in my admin prestashop there is as alsways a request for a login and password , so far this is normal. but now every ti i click on a buttn once i am logged in, the system still ask me a login and password. If can happen 5 time in a row and after if can go to the right page It looks like the system forgot i was loged in . can someone help me there;-) thanks

Mon probleme est que les americains lorsqu'il voient les prix pour la premiere fois, il les voient TVA comprise. mais il ne seront facturer que TVA exclue

Est-il possible de definir dès que l'utilisateur regarder le site les prix Hors TVA pour un non europeen et TVA comprise pour les europeen intracommunautaire EX, un canadien regarde le site => les prix son hors TVA et en Dollars si possible un francais regarde le site => les prix son TVA incluse et en euro Si possible Mike

J'ai trouvé dans la description du produit, il faut éviter d'avoir du texte trop long. j'ai diminué la taille des messages et c'est redevenu normal Merci

I received the solution remove the block "navigation with faces" it worked for me (in french it is navigation a facette)
